Not quite at Stop Equipment but at the Conroe Bull Mania. Awesome venue. Awesome bulls. Awesome rides. I would have liked to have seen maybe another place to get food/ drinks located on the opposite side of the arena, but overall a great experience.

Horrible Awful! Had my Bad Boy lawn mower a couple weeks, said nothing wrong with it. Got it home, won’t run with the mower engaged. Took it back, they had it over a month, we had to call and check on it, They said it was fixed, went to pick it up, the guy conveniently loaded on the trailer while my husband paid the bill, well, guess what, got it home and Bam! Not fixed. Never ever ever buy from here. Very disappointed.Update: We took the Bad boy lawnmower to Western Auto, they fixed it for $100. It was a dirty fuel system. Works like a charm. I’ll still stay with my brand new Gravely Lawn Mower we got from Outdoor Equipment..STOP NEEDS TO STOP BEING IN BUSINESS. YOU SUCK

Stop equiptment has good equiptment but there customer service is poor, the warranty program is useless. your better off fixing it yourself. I wish I would have never bought my mower from stop equiptment!

Customer service is always very nice when you dont now what to order for your lawnmower. Ive always been the one who wanted the pick up basket for the lawn mower but my husband never did so when I called in to see about ordering one the young lady told me that it would be nice to have one but they dont make them anymore and plus they were not all that well made and I really appreciated that the honesty cuz she could have sold me a knockoff so thanks stop equipment for all of your help in my lawn mower needs

Absolutely worst customer service in the mower business. Buy a gravely or scag from Pentex. The mower wont break down after 50 hours and....and chad and his crew are top notch. Would give stop a zero star rating if i could. Beware...

Poor customer service. I went to get a quote on replacing cracked transaxial plates. I was told they dont do welding and 4-6 week wait to have the mower looked at. Furthermore, during the Covid pandemic, no one was wearing masks.

They were great when we purchased our spartan mower, great deal on the mower. Took it back at 42 hours cause belt twisted, had ro pay for the belt said dirt on the pully, got mower baxk and my seat is tore on the side where ut was flipped down and it ht rhe brake peddle

Took 2months bring back for just maintenance, no phone call to notify customer. 17miles from my house, they told me 21 miles so 8 miles over charge and service .Very bad customers service

Stay away!! If youre even thinking about buying any piece of equipment from these guys I suggest you dont. I have had nothing but problems with the service and the lack of knowledge from the people that work there. They are very slow when it comes to doing any type of warranty work not to mention a 2 week wait on an oil change because they are so backed up with only one mechanic on duty.

If I could give a 0 rating I would.CAUTION; I purchased a Husqvarna mower from Stop last year. The drive pulley melted so I returned the mower to Stop for warranty repair. About a week later I called and they said it was ready ( they will not call customer). When I took it in I reported several issues to a salesman (wrong thing to do, salesman had lack of knowledge and courtesy). They only repaired the pulley. Brought it home and mowed the next day, before I could finish I noticed the belt was shredding all over. Took mower back next day and explained (all employees agreed) that it was not repaired correctly. This time and after $200.00 for someone else to mow it sit at Stop 2 week and was never touched. I picked up the mower and took it to a different dealer. They showed me 3 more bearings that were going out (why did Stop not discover this, lack of experienced mechanics). I traded it in right away. Moral: STAY AWAY from Stop Equipment and think hard about purchasing a Husqvarna mower.Dennis

Called to rent a horse trailer was told one was available. Once I arrived I was told there was not one available. Walked in the staff was talking inappropriately and explicitly about a female subject. Awful experience.
