I have bought two guns from P and F. I will return if I want to purchase another. The owner is friendly, knowledgeable, and he stresses gun safety with every purchase. He ensures you know how to operate the gun you buy, and how to break it down. Some might not appreciate the care and customer service provided at P and F because its old fashioned, but I think more gun shops should take a lesson from the P and F Firearms sales method.
