Found exactly what I was looking for without having to ask for help. Mostly organized easy to find things if you know what youre looking for. Friendly atmosphere and many different musical instruments and music for them to choose from.

Its one of the only music stores in the Willis/Conroe area. And even tho its one of my only choices, its still a great choice. Theres a wide variety of choices, and the employees are chill, and dont really bother 24/7. Awesome shop.

I brought my sons trumpet into this store for repair over 2 months ago and I will NEVER again nor will I purchase anything else from them. I have shopped with them off and on through the years, as I have two children that are in band but after the service I received recently, I will now be shopping elsewhere. My sons trumpet needed repair so I brought it in to this store a little over a week before school let out for Spring Break (early March) I was told that I would be called with an estimate soon after I dropped it off and that it would take approximately 5 to 7 days to repair. After not hearing anything from them in weeks, I CALLED them and was then given an estimate. Then didnt hear anything more. Then they closed for the Pandemic. I didnt even know when they had reopened because again, no one called. I just happened to be driving by their store last week and noticed they appeared to be opened. So when I got home, I called them. No explanation was given as to why no one has attempted to call me. I was put on hold for 3 times by the girl I was speaking to so that she could check the status of the instrument. I was then told that there was an error and that the instrument was never sent for repair. I finally recieved a message Saturday (May 16) that the insturment was ready for pick up. I went in Monday to get it and as soon as I stepped foot through the door and employee tells me that I will be unable to shop in their store without a mask. BAD TIMING to be telling me what you want me to do! I told him that he better bring my instrument out curbside then, because I wasnt there to shop in his store. I let the employee know about everything and he offered to take my information and complaint down so he can let his manager (Adam) know and he can call me. Uhh, the way they called me about the instrument repair? I dont expect a call back, especially since the employee didnt care to attempt to make things right. You know the line, Im just following orders, Mam. I know how that goes and I also know how to give good quality customer service and this is just not it. I got the instrument back finally and I was charged over $160.00.

I brought a flute in for an estimate. I received a voicemail with a quote. I returned to pick up the flute and was told a different (higher) price. When I stated that I was a told lesser price by another employee, the person made it seem as though I was a liar and that he could not have possibly gave that quote. I whipped out my phone and played the voicemail in from of him and the manager. They turned red and apologized but held firm to the price they quoted in person versus the one via voicemail. I told them that they were wrong and that I would no longer use them. I found a great place up the freeway that is less expensive, fast, and does excellent work. They are also VERY friendly. Take your business to H&H on 1960! My child has 3 flutes, plays the piano, the guitar, and the violin. She goes through strings and needs repairs often. It could have meant years of return business for them. Scamming people and having a poor attitude is NOT the way to keep customers.
Went in looking for some sheet music, Adam was very helpful and guided me towards some of the easier stuff since I haven’t played violin in years and was looking to relearn. I wholly recommend this place.
They dont carry the selection of instruments accessories or brands that the previous owners did. This is a corporate owned store so it is cookie cutter in layout and items carried. If you are looking for bigger items or a larger guitar selection this is not it. They say they can order it in for you but who wants to pay for am instrument they can not check out first and see if the sound and feel is what you want. I miss the previous store and the old owners. On the upside they can get things ordered for you quickly and delivered to your home for little to no cost.
The best music store in the area, with a knowledgeable staff, decent selection, and quality instruments. Highly Recommend!
Nice staff and private instructors. I rent my cello for school here and is great. The staff can fix anything with the cello in less than 5 minutes. I just wish they had water fountains and THE BATHROOMS REQUIRE A CODE TO ENTER!!!!
The items sold there are limited, although I have been taking drum lessons there for the last 3 years, and by far, Chris Martinez is the best drum teacher in North Houston. Ive experimented with 5 teachers around the Spring/Woodlands/Conroe area, and he is the best, without a doubt.

They recorked and reassembled my very old flute. I am so grateful to have my flute brought back to playing condition.
I purchased a stand for my bongos and ask if I could return them if it wasnt what I wanted. She assured me I could. I paid cash and when I got home I could not get the stand low enough. I took it back the next day with the receipt and was told they could not refund cash over $50 and that I could get a gift card. I was never informed of that return policy. I have never ever heard of that return policy. I will never shop there again.

Would have given it zero stars if I could. Selection is poor customer service is terrible and completely over priced. There are many more stores in the area. Unless you enjoy dealing with rude people and paying too much, stay away from this establishment.
