I cannot say enough about my experience with Conroe Golf Cars. I live in SA and had been looking for weeks for a good deal on offer up or Craigslist. I stumbled upon Conroe Golf Cars after doing some googling and they exceeded all expectations. I was able to get a golf cart at a great price and their sales rep Shay was incredible. She handled everything remotely and sent pictures of the build along the way. The turn around time was quick and they have the best prices. Will definitely be coming back for the next one.

Conroe Golf Carts is exceptional! The cart exceeded my expectations and was delivered ahead of schedule. I drove out to Conroe to look at one of the used carts they had on their website. When I arrived, they informed that the cart was sold, but they said they would check with their team and build me one similar to the one on the website. I told them I had recently canceled another cart order because of the 2W lead time. They called me back that afternoon and informed me they that they couldn’t meet the desired time frame with the cart we previously spoke about but had another option. They provided photos and we agreed to the details. This all took place on Monday and I wanted the cart by Friday morning at 10. As promised the cart was delivered on Friday, earlier than promised. The cart gets numerous compliments and I tell them all to go to Conroe Golf Carts, you won’t be disappointed. My next cart will come from Conroe GC.

I couldnt be happier with the guys at the service department! Brant and the two Steves were SUPER knowledgeable and friendly! Good dudes! I was rebuilding my old Club Car DS, and I did most of the work myself, but I needed their technical expertise when it came to some wiring and electronics (motor controller, solenoid, voltage reducer, etc.). Im a bit of a perfectionist, and these guys apparently are the same way! They did a phenomenal job. Also, I bought several parts there during my rebuild, and the parts guys were awesome to deal with, too. Very knowledgeable folks. I will ABSOLUTELY go back to Conroe Golf Cars!

Amazing and seamless experience. My wife and I had been looking for a cart for a few months, but we were just waiting to pull the trigger. I did not want to have to deal with a bunch of non-sense so I reached out to Shay directly. We let her know our expectations and, after about three texts back and forth, Shay gave me some great options and we ended making the perfect purchase. Little bit of miscommunication on my end on pick-up day, but the cart was ready to go anyway when we arrived. Literally took 30 minutes. Test drive took longer than the purchasing process. Super seamless and Steve was amazing. As a first time buyer, he showed me everything I needed to know and helped me get the cart on the trailer.One last thing, as a newbie that I think is important. We absolutely had the most rewarding purchase experience you could ask for. As a non golfing couple, we wanted a cart to use around our lake property. We dropped in one day to “look around” and fortunately had John Sebastian himself assist us. He could not have been more helpful, patient, and informative. Put us at ease immediately. He assessed what we needed, and was honest in what we did not need. Did not oversell us. In fact, we pushed him to show us each possible add on. Actually made our decision that day but he had us take a day to think about it before we committed. So easy to work with. We got the cart we wanted and they actually delivered it to our home 212 hours away. Such a treat. Tim delivered it straight to our door. So nice and calm with us as we had had a hectic day before he showed up. Can’t say enough about the entire service program and sales experience.

There is not enough time in the day to say all the great things there is to say about this company. from ownership down to mechanics everyone was in a good mood and quick to help. i ended up purchasing two carts for under the budget i went in with for one. If you are wondering to yourself if it can be done just ask and they will say YES! they do everything in house with a huge inventory so you dont have to wait on custom orders that take forever. i wanted some things added and changed on two carts and to my surprise they were delivered to my door in less than 24 hours. customer for life here!!

Great experience here - We were looking for the perfect car for a few months, but werent having any luck. I finally sent a build sheet through the Club Car website (reluctantly because I didnt want to wait for the build timeline) and Shay reached out to me early the next morning from Conroe Golf Cars. She showed me a few options that they had in stock on their property. After discussing back and forth the type of modifications we could do (excellent communication), we were able to make our perfect car! They were able to make the modifications and delivered it within 3 days of initially contacting them - amazing! The entire family is happy on this one. I brought my club car carryall here to be fixed because it had been flooded. Now, let me start off by saying that I am not upset about any pricing. Even though it was $2600 to repair, I understand why it cost so much. What I don’t understand is why it took so long for me to get it back! I dropped off the cart and Brent told us it was going to be looked at by Tuesday (dropped it off Friday of Labor Day weekend) I was totally okay with that. They call us Tuesday and say that it’s going to need a new motor controller, pedal controller, and on board charger. I asked them if I could have a couple of days to consider and they said sure. I called back and asked if we could install the parts ourselves (they were going to try and charge us $500 for labor that took maybe an hour to do) as soon as we said this, the attitude changed completely. I told them go ahead and order the charger since that was the one thing they didn’t have in stock and Brent said he’d do it. 2 weeks go by and I don’t have any calls or messages from this place. Finally I call up there and they said we never told them to order the parts! I told them yes I did and they basically brushed me off like nothing ever happened. So I said whatever just please do it. Now I was finally able to pick up my cart 4 days later and now my BRAND NEW $1300 TROJAN BATTERIES ARE DEAD. It didn’t have enough power to make it up into the trailer! (Thank you to the nice gentleman that helped me push it up I wish I got your name) A job that should have taken a week and a few days took A month. The other guy I talked to was very nice but I don’t remember his name. Honestly half the people here are nice and the other half aren’t. Most times I called Brent wasn’t even there and he was apparently the one overseeing my cart. I won’t be coming back here not because of the price but because of service. I would rather pay more to have my stuff done on time and at least have someone who cares about my belongings. God knows how much battery life was taken off these things. Thanks guys real great service.the only reason I don’t say it’s 1Star is because of the guy that helped me push the cart and the nice guy in the service department. EDIT: (My review has nothing to do with how fast the parts came in.it has everything to do with the incompetence of your company and employees. Don’t try to blame it on COVID.)

I work for a senior apartment complex and had our leasing golf car serviced, it needed all new batteries. When we got the golf car back there was a cover hanging at the bottom and it was dragging. So I called and spoke to Brent the service manager I believe and I explained to him that the cover was hanging down and that they billed us for a full inspection so how is it that the cover is completely hanging loose dragging on the ground? He got a attitude with me and a smart mouth and said I’m speak to your manager and hung up on me. So I’m working on finding another company to service our golf cars unfortunately until then we have to use y’all. And the issue was never fixed the cover broke off and yup great customer service Brent.

After looking for a golf cart for sometime, I finally decided to go to Conroe Golf Cars. I was greeted by Shay who was very helpful. Brought my family in to buy a cart and there was only one sales man, which is not very smart when you have multiple people waiting to buy a cart. Many people posted this before and it’s true. Either way I was patient and waited when it came to our turn to be help, Tim the sales person was walking with a mechanic and walked passed us and the mechanic said that we were next, Tim simply stated that he was gonna help another couple and stated we could wait. Not smart at all, we ended up purchasing two brand new carts for 12 grand a each. Conroe golf carts is not a place to go and previous warnings seem to be very true.

I came in to look at my options with financing a golf cart and was ready to buy. I spoke with the Sales Manager first and he was very polite and helpful. He then directed me to the Vice President to review an application I filled out online. He pulled it up and due to high credit card balances on business credit cards Im personally on, it caused my credit score to dip. He took a whole 30 seconds talking to me and brushed me off. I was just checking to see if that was an option. I still had about $5,000 I could spend cash on a unit but decided to leave when he was dismissive and answered a call while I was still in his office and motioned for me to exit. Seriously?? Horrible customer service. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the Sales Manager that helped initially.

My mom purchased a golf cart from here about 5 years ago for riding around her community. Not knowing anything about them when she bought it. She paid over $4000.00 for a used unit. A week went by and we noticed the batteries were very week. After discussing it with neighbors, the batteries were old and no good. So we replaced them. This cost her over $600.00. We also noticed the steering had way too much play.. Not long after the speed controller caught fire ( thank God nobody got hurt). We then spent over $800.00 to replace it.. Not long after that we tried getting parts for the steering issue and come to find out the frame is a different year from the body, so now we are stuck trying to figure out what year the frame is. Needless to say this company is a joke. Putting together carts with random parts and selling them with crappy batteries for high prices. I am very very dissapointed. I strongly suggest going somewhere else with your business.

Best place in or a around Conroe to get you golf cart worked on. They are friendly, fast and inexpensive. Parts and service departments are awesome.

My parents purchased a gas powered golf cart about 2 years ago. A month later, It would not stay running. As it was under warranty, they came our to fix it. They said water was in the gas. Drained the gas and added fresh gas. They changed the oil and filters, preventive maintenance that it did not need. Problem was never fixed. Got a bill in the mail from them a month later for over $125. So the brand new thing set in the garage for months until I came home. Looked it over to find out it was losing fire. I traced it to a loose wire. Problem fixed and $125 out of pocket no help from them! Do not let them do any thing to your cart that it doesnt need unless you understand you will have to pay for it. Oh, it was the head shop mechanic that came out to fix it...

We did not have a good experience here. My husband called earlier in the week to inquire about delivery bc we were looking to purchase immediately a gas golf cart. Drove 1.5 hours to be told they had no gas golf carts in stock and that the carts on their website werent actually avaiable. My husband asked if we could order a custom one and the salesman stated he didnt know where he could get one to customize for us. Salesman basically pushed us out the door. Terrible service.

Love the selection of Golf Carts. It took 30min. To get someone to help me. They said they only had 1 salesman available and hes with a customer and the other salesman are at lunch and I had no problem with that at all completely understandable. When I got a salesman I asked if he was familiar with a credit union that they advertise with and he stated yes. I told him I was already pre approved and liked my rate because Ill have it paid for in a year. I picked out the 8,600 and another 2,000 in accessories I was adding on a golf cart I wanted. and he knew I was ready to buy because I even brought my trailer. We go back to his office and wants me to fill out a credit app with Sheffield Financial nothing against Sheffield because there a good lender as well but I was already pre approved with another company they use. He kept telling me lets use Sheffield and I said no I want to go with the other because I dont want another inquiry. He finally says ok no problem and then says I dont know how to deal with this lender because there new to us?? Ok?? He said the salesman that deals with them is out until Monday it was Thursday around 2pm. I asked if he could call the lender or is there someone here that knows what to do?? Remember they advertise this lender!! He said no. He said that he would call me by the end of the day and have it all worked out. I never heard from him again WOW. I even told him I purchased a golf cart here about 5 years ago for my lake house. Unbelievable that youre not going to try to get a Manager or call me back on a 10,000+ golf cart!! Im not going to chase you for my business.
