Best Customer Service I have ever experienced! My wife and I stopped by real quick just to check it out cuz we had a few gold jewelry items we wanted to get rid of! We were greeted by a very sweet woman named Vanessa! She was very informative, polite, and respectful! Also, very patient and understanding! I was insulted by the way I was immediately low balled from the beginning and offering me not even 24% of value sterling silver. I called her on it and gave more then a fair quote for 152 grams...I told her $85. Which is a huge profit margin for themI settled for $ 70 because I wasn’t to waste driving17 miles. I went there because they were willing toanswer to negative reviews ... answer to this oneNever take your precious metals to there....Period ... This is a true and honest evaluation of my encounter

Spent over an hour in this place then the lady tells me that she is going to give me a check but I dont find out until Im in line at the check place for an hour that she gave me an unsigned check. So next day I call in advance to have replacement check ready. They said yes but lied because I had to wait another 30 min to reissue a check

Im giving them 5 stars because of Lindsey. This young lady was very personable and really helpful Good price paid for my items. Drawback is the e-check they issue takes 2 days to process !! If you need your money on the spot probably not a good place for you !

She offered $143 for 27.4 grams of gold. She either thought I was desperate or stupid. I ended up selling mine on e-commerce, but if you need to sell your gold quickly, shop around in that area. It will be worth your time!

Another more important edit:They told me I had 40 troy oz of sterling flatware. Afterward I weighed it on my digital kitchen scale, and even without the 9 knives (with big sterling handles), I have 37.2 troy oz. Most of each knifes weight is clearly in the handle, and with the non-sterling blades, together they weigh 21 troy oz. Even if the handles were only half the weight of each knife, I would still have way more sterling than they told me I had. So not only did they offer an extremely low amount, but they lied to me about how much silver I actually had.Edit: I am removing the star I gave for politeness after the confrontational reply I received.Also to be clear, 40 troy oz of sterling silver currently has a melt value of $662 ($16.55 per t oz), not $415 like the reply says. $330 is less than half of that. They also told me that they do not match prices if a higher offer is found, despite claiming to have a best price guarantee. T̶h̶e̶ ̶l̶a̶d̶y̶ ̶b̶e̶h̶i̶n̶d̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶c̶o̶u̶n̶t̶e̶r̶ ̶w̶a̶s̶ ̶v̶e̶r̶y̶ ̶p̶o̶l̶i̶t̶e̶.̶ However, the offer for my silver was insulting. For 40 oz of sterling silverware, I was offered $330. Less than half of what it is worth just melted down. I asked why that was their offer, and she said because thats the offer. Silverware is always worth more than its melt price. I understand a business needs to make a profit, but this offer is objectively just an attempt to rip me off.

They do not meet other offers. They offered me $360 when showing that I was offered $780 somewhere, she didnt even try to come close. Went back to the first place in Houston who offered me $800. Dont waste your time with these people

The lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful, however, whomever makes the call on buying must have thought I was a sucker. Silver is currently above $17.50 and he said the best he can do is $14.75. I understand they have to make money, but if I wanted to get ripped off, I would have gone to a pawn shop. I was going to sell some 1oz gold coins to surprise my wife with a small vacation this weekend. However, I never entered the store because I noticed the anti 2cnd Amendment sign on the door that read I would be a criminal if I entered their establishment with my licensed concealed carry. As a retired local police officer I choose to do business with establishments that respect our Constitution. I wonder how many actual criminals would respect the signage. This is a poor misguided policy but I respect their right to be misinformed. I took my coins elsewhere.Reply to the response below. Your below statement is inaccurate. The determination to refuse concealed carry is made by the company NOT the insurance provider.
