Dont even bother calling the store. They arent interested in helping anyone. All their sales are via the website only. Huge shout out to Robert for being a complete ah when I called asking for help. I will tell everyone I know not to bother.

Dont believe the 5 star reviews. One of them is from an employee which goes against google community reviews.That said, save yourself a drive since the location isnt open to the public. Save yourself a phone call since Robert has made it clear they are not in the business to help customers. They are online only.

Robert needs to be fired! I called to get help with a part and he told me he no longer helps people on the phone and that I must go on to the website for help. What a worthless human being!

The girl that comes to our shop to restock our supply’s is such a cheery person and very kind..... Fastenal is a great company to have as a supplier def would recommend them
