This place was absolutely awesome! The owner himself was there working like one of his employees. Theyre open 7 days a week until eight to nine p.m. I will recommend this store to anyone in the area. Its absolutely A1! Everyone was very knowledgeable friendly. They were all very helpful ANDDDD they will work out a deal with you if youre like $20 short... Theyre GREAT... Go try them out guys π₯°
Horrible People, just bought a Phone and Was giving me many issues when i tried switching out they took my phone away and made it hard for me to switch out, if they ask you to give the phone do not return the phone when you already paΓd for it, asked to borrow the phone to atleast get my contacts and info and they said no .Compre un telΓ©fono y me dijeron que lo tenia que regresar pero yo lo pague cash ace unos dΓas y ni dinero me devolvieron cambien se a boost movile personas muy amables ahΓ

Told me I have to pay 30 for a flip phone while I need to downgrade for my kids. Their Smart phones are due for update and they told me I have to pay 30 bucks for a flip phone but one of the smart phones is absolutely free with our plan. Well, they hv a smart phone and cant stop getting in trouble on it so If I downgrade to flip I would still be able to text and call them-- main reason for a phone. My kids always find a way around me trying to restrict them from this or that. They are freaking geniuses. Let me take them back to T9 and see how they get around my system- they wont be able to! Why as a customer that has been with your company with 4 lines for 5 years have to pay 30 for a flip phone?? I think as a loyal preferred customer if I want to downgrade my kids instead of upgrade they should be free phones and pay 30 for the actual upgrade. But that is merely my opinion and as a 5 yr customer I shouldnt have one should I? I guess not to this store. I will cut all my lines and go pay less at Boost Mobile and get whatever phone I choose if I go back and nobody can work a deal with me.
Purchased a phone case for my phone. Got home, its the wrong phone case that doesnt even fit my phone. Went the next day, didnt line the cases they had but was told they couldnt refund me my money because they dont do refunds. Now Im stuck with an ugly phone case that i hate. They are sweet but every time i go in they dont pay much attention and are almost always sitting talking on the phone. I dont have problems at other locations.
Not Honest AT ALL & High Priced. Horrible Customer Service.I got a new phone that used a smaller sim card than my old phone, so I went in thinking I needed a new sim card. First off, they wanted $27 for the sim card... I had just purchased one about 3 months prior at another local MetroPCS store for $17... But I was already here so I went ahead with it.I told her my new phone uses the smaller sim card and my current phone uses the larger one. So she scans up the new sim card and starts to install it in my my phone. So I pull out the SD card from my old phone to put in my new phone at the same time. As I do that I also pulled out my old sim card and realized the outer part breaks off and it turns it into the smaller version I needed. This is how the conversation went from there...Me: So, did you not now it does this?Her: (Extremely rude) WELL, YOU DIDNT SHOW IT TOO ME!!! Some of the older ones dont do that!Me: Uhhh, Ok... Do I still need the new one?Her: Its already scanned and activated. That will be $27 sir.I didnt show it to her?! This is literally what she does all day long and she didnt think to take 30 seconds to check my original sim card to see if I actually needed one?! I used to recommend people to MetroPCS all the time. Im having second thoughts now, and will definitely be telling everyone it pertains to my experience at THIS STORE. Some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced... $27 isnt a huge amount of money, but being lead to spend it needlessly makes me very angry. Would have rather taken my family out to dinner or done something else... WHAT A RIPOFF!!!

This service is not 4g. I have the unlimited everything plan and the phone still works like its 2g and 3g hardly got blazing fast results and when i did it was because i had on the wifi
