Found Fully Promoted via a Google search - checked out their online store and website which I found to be super helpful and full of great swag items, found the golf towels that I wanted to purchase, called the store and Lauren was able to get me the quantity, our logo proofed and approved, printed and shipped to me in a week ! It was a super short deadline that I imposed on them but they went above and beyond. Highly recommend this local Woodlands company. Our towels were a hit at the golf tourney too !

I have been buying my branded apparel from EmbroidMe for over 8 years. I am always impressed with their huge selection and customer service. They keep quite a selection in stock so that you can actually see the products in person rather than having to select from a catalogue. JoAnne and her team are always seeking out the latest and greatest in promotional products.

Place is a joke. Brought an item in and was informed they couldn’t customize it because I didn’t purchase the sweatshirt from them. My wife was in the business so I know what it entails. All about the money. Not to mention my one item was going to be a$20-$30 job Don’t waste your time going here as an individual. It might Be worth it if you are looking to spend hundreds or thousands with them through your business.

This company is really great. I had to get a few things for my son for school marching band and I went to the storefront in conroe. The employees are so amazing! All of them I have worked with have been so helpful and acomadating to me. The lady that works the front is extremely nice and made us feel very welcome at the store. It was a very comfortable atmosphere. I also worked with Julie and she went above and beyond to make sure my son had the perfect size band shoe and that our order was perfect for us. The company has a true family feel to it and I love that. This company gets 5 stars from me and the deserve every one of those stars. Absolutely great company and employees!

I recently had the chance to order some promotional items and giveaways for a breakfast for 500 people. Fully Promoted Conroe did deliver these items super fast within a few days as I was worried I wouldnt have them on time. She did communicate with me through every step of the process and re-assured me the goods would arrive on time for the event. Fully Promoted Conroe made me look so good for the event and I strongly recommend you contact them.

This place is horrible, customer service and owner are horrible. I can not put 0 stars, if I could, i would.I called yesterday to ask if they have a jacket from my daughters school and if it was available . They said yes, they informed me that they had what i needed available . I drove an hr. Just to find out that the embroidered jacket was not available. She told me i hadnt asked if the EMBROIDERED version was available, which is a very idiotic answer. If Im asking for a specific school jacket, its supposed to be embroidered already. Because i was super mad, she told me she would take the jacket to my daughters school. I specifically told her it was the junior high building, not the elementary. And of course, she dropped it off at the elementary building. This place is very disorganized, unprofessional, and they dont even know what they have in stock. Thank God I wont have to buy from this place again.

If I could give negative stars I would, buyer beware!!!! These poeplp are crooks. They wanted $90.00 dollars for digitizing + cost for embroidery on a hat and cost of hat. Absolutely ridiculous!! I will never call them for anything when the other 4 places I researched on average was $55.00 to $65.00 dollars for one hat.
