Its now a new month and I still havent received the contacts I ordered. Will definitely never be back to Visionworks and now I regret not going to eye trends! I also did call the store and they didnt answer. They didnt even order the correct contacts I wanted which is a huge bummer to wait a whole month and still receive the wrong product. Maybe Ill finally get my contacts this month we will see...

Am I one of the only ones who had a terrible experience here?? Cant understand why there are so many glowing reviews! This Visionworks is TRASH. Was in here a month & a half ago after my vision exam next door.Bought a new pair of glasses & replaced the lenses in an old pair my Ray-Ban Frames. About 2 weeks later, new glasses show up. My Ray-Bans with the new lenses never appeared. Called them up over the next few weeks, long story short, my Ray-Bans somehow got lost in transit so they went ahead and ordered me a new pair of Ray-Bans (I really liked my old frames but whatever, it is what it is I guess). 2 weeks later, the new pair never showed up. Called these bozos today & somehow the order was never put in. Now they gotta place the order all over again.So here I am nearly two months after I dropped off my original Ray-Ban frames with my original frames LOST and no new glasses to make up for it AND now I STILL have to wait another week or 2! Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS PLACE!!

I am sorry if this review seems a bit harsh but please dont waste your valuable time at this particular location, there is a woman I believe her name is Leah and is some sort of manager ..this woman has no business managing anything less than a shipyard or landfill, she is so rude and arduous ...one other person walked off as she explained she was the boss as he asked if he could speak to a manager to voice his complaint, the other woman there was kind and helpful, if I was to go back to this place it would be because of her and at the end she even somewhat apologized for her managers foulness. ...need more kind and obliging management Visionworks, this person definitely not leadership material

So impressed with this store! All of the staff was incredibly friendly, greeted me immediately and made sure I had the help that I needed. I am one of those very picky, indecisive shoppers that will always have to try on close to 30-40 pairs before I make up my mind, and due to COVID any pair you tried on had to be placed to the side to be sanitized, so you can imagine the pile of glasses that I left them to sanitize, but not once did any of them make me feel like an inconvenience.Jill was superb! She worked diligently to get me the best and most fair price, possible. I ended up walking out with two new pairs of glasses for $124!Thanks Visionworks! You’ve got a new customer for life!

I always get my glasses there. This time when I walked in the staff was to busy eating their food. They were not as helpful as the past years. My prescription had water spots from the food when I left. They did help find glasses for me. We left without ordering anything.

Was greeted immediately by Helena who let me look thru all of the frame options. She was very helpful in the entire process and very thorough. I was also assisted by the General Manager, Latonya. Together they took their time and worked me thru all of the insurance options. I am very happy and grateful that I went to Visionworks. Truly one of the best experiences ever buying new glasses

We have been using this store for awhile. We recently went in to select new glasses and the staff was beyond helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. They helped us select which frames looked best for our face shape and went above and beyond in their service. They were all extremely friendly. This is how a business should be run! I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking to get new glasses. You will not be disappointed.

These guys are amazing! I came in on my work break to get a pair of glasses. They have a wide selection of frames to choose from. Skye was the best! She was very patient and gave me honest feedback on each frame (I think I had 10 frames to narrow down ). The manager was also extremely helpful. I shopped at another vendor a few days prior, and I was able to purchase two pair of glasses for less than what I would have paid for one pair at the previous vendor. Hands-down, the best eyeglass purchase experience I’ve had.

Just went to go get my glasses tightened and as always it was a great and quick experience. Latonya helped me and she was the sweetest thing. She made sure to communicate with everyone waiting that she will be getting back with them as soon as she could. Although it was a few people in line she still took the time out to get to know me and start up a conversation. We need more people like her in this world!!

My glasses broke during the quarantine, but luckily I was able to book an appointment with the onsite optometrist as well as purchase glasses when businesses began to reopen. Apart from the EXCELLENT customer experience, both Dr. Asma and the store manager were also incredibly meticulous with insuring sanitation/social distance safety. They went above and beyond in sanitizing all the equipment and frames I used and provided exceptional attention to my purchase. The manager personally helped me pick from dozens of frames, and I found the perfect pairs. Theyre friendly, professional, and attentive. I definitely recommend this location!

This was our first visit here, and the staff were nothing short of amazing!!! From scheduling eye exams with Amanda to making a selection of classes for myself and my five year old with Crystal G. EVERYONE was awesome! They were so patient with me as I had my three little girls with me. Crystal helped me figure out the best plan to buy contacts and two pairs of glasses. They were also very efficient!

The first time I went it was just to ask a question- I wasn’t even a customer. She was incredibly nice and kind and didn’t rush me at all.When I went back for an appointment everyone was just as wonderful. Every employee is nice, answers questions, let’s you try on a million pairs of glasses, and genuinely cares about you. I’ll always go here.

I would like to thank Christal A. for helping me out with a new frame due to a 911 Emergency. My glasses weren’t re-fixable due to how they were made but she placed my lenses in a pair she thought was suitable for me, and now I can see again. First time Ive ever been to VisionWorks, and I must say, I am suitably pleased with the experience. My purchase was handled by Cristal, and she did an outstanding job of wading through the convoluted twists and turns of my new vision coverage. She did so quite well, I might add. She was knowledgeable and fully versed in the answers to my questions. My desired customisations for my lenses were taken down accurately and entered in my order. She was friendly, courteous, and helpful beyond my expectations. The store was well lit and neat, and the selection of frames outstanding. I have DEFINITELY found a new place to buy my eyeglasses!

Overall a wonderful experience. No pressure sales for unneeded products. The only complaint was a slight lack of communication, ( I never received a call or text about my glasses being in like I was told would happen; I had to call and inquire about them). Totally disappointed. The wrong contacts have been ordered twice now. This has been going on since 12/28/19. I have not been contacted via cell..nothing. I feel like I will never get the contacts I ordered. Went there today and the wrong contacts in. It was the monthly ones. They did not even realize it was not the daily ones until I went back by again.

This has been our location for years. Every time we come we get a great deal and great service. My daughter got 2 pair of frames today and Leah walked with her and helped her pick making the process stress free.

I had a great experience while visiting this location. I went in and needed my glasses adjusted. The young lady Skye was very kind and did an amazing job adjusting my glasses. They always have great deals and a good selection of frames too. Staff very helpful. If you have insurance they check to see which is the best way to get the most for your money, either using the insurance or using their special promotion.

Most amazing customer service I have ever received. My glasses paint has been coming off and they always replace the frame thru warranties. Well today I went in to have them order another pair (3rd to be exact) and the visit was pleasent as soon as I walked in the door. I was assisted by a lady named Skye B. She instead of order thru warranty got me to pick a whole new pair that the paint wouldnt keep chipping on (a plastic pair) I love by the way. For the same price as the warranty for the old metal frame. Thanks for making my whole entire week better Mrs Skye my whole week has been bad until today

Went in not knowing much about glasses. Employees were very helpful and walked me through all the choices. Was very pleased with my experience.

Today, we went to Visionwork in Conroe and it was the worst customer service we have ever received. We have been going to this location for over 3 years. Because of this, we will not be returning. We have been noticing a down turn in service for the past year but thought it we will give them the benefit of the doubt. They gave us the business card of Latonya Stracner, but no email address to complain. Now we will find another company to handle our family of 7, all who wear glasses.
