Only kolache place that seems to get it right, every time! Such a wide variety, I always have a hard time deciding! Great for fueling up for an early trip out to Lake Conroe!

Wow, you should come try this place out at least once. By then you’re hooked. They make them fresh, so soft, every morning- especially that very first bite… try the ranchero, sausage and cheese, and potato, egg, and cheese… 🤤

Amazing kolache with friendly staffs. Sadly came by after a group of people almost emptied all the stocks. Food was really good with selection.

This was the worst Kolache factory I have ever been to. It tasted very weird and the kolache was warm on the top cold on the bottom. Dry on the top of the inside and Wet and cold on the bottom of the inside.

The place was nice. The food is a bit expensive if u plan to get a couple kolaches, but they sure are pretty good. Its becoming a habit for me to go all Saturday mornings and getting some tasty kolaches for me and my family. We really like their kolaches.

Horrendous. I was given the wrong food and simply asked for a refund. The supervisor decides to instead argue, insisting that because we didnt come in the same day with the uneaten food we ordered, we couldnt have the refund, not even a partial refund. Probably the most unpleasant experience Ive had at a food joint.

The food is always good but the workers are extremely rude and unfriendly. We did not have a mask on and the lady was extremely rude refusing service but the other workers literally making food were not wearing masks. She was rude and condescending and I will not be returning.

First time eating, ordering and delivery. My order of $48.07 was wrong and no drinks. They will NOT put the money back into my account! I WILL NOT eat, order and never delivery again from this company. They wouldnt offer anything. They were the ones WHO GOT MY ORDER WRONG! NOT fair to me and OWE me MONEY!

Horrible customer service. I understand getting customers in and out but the employees usually rush to the back to eat and talk while customers wait. Then when they finally reach the front were rushed to order. I’ve been here multiple times but enough is enough.

This was my first visit to the Kolache Factory. I went a little after 6am and I have to say I was pleased the the food. I had never had these before but they were good. The staff was helpful and polite and the restaurant was clean.

Kalaches are good but the lady this morning was super rude, management needs to tell her to chill with the attitude and quit rolling her eyes for no reason.

Kolache undercooked and overpriced. Still cold after asking for it to be warmed. Not friendly and under staffed.

The kolaches are great however waiting 25 minutes for my order isn’t. Whenever they are out of kolaches they don’t replace them unless a customer requests them...I arrived at 11:30 and the entire shelves were empty and people including myself were told to wait 25 minutes although the restaurant closes at 1pm. This always happens to me seeing that I enjoy brunch instead of breakfast....I believe some sort of system needs to be put in place to ensure customers can receive their order in a timely matter.

Wish they had locations across the US. Best quick breakfast stop anywhere

Yumm! Never been disappointed when I visit. I was surprised at how good the jalapeno popper one is! If you want to be a hit at work, grab a box or two of assortes kolaches from this place. A++

Not what I thought it would be. Spent way to much for not that much. Its okay though. I mean, the food is good and I may go back if I needed to.

Best place for breakfast, my fiance and I come here a few times a month. Very delicious food, my favorite would be the chicken enchiladas 😋

Warm greetings and warm kolaches abound. Definitely a place to check out if you need a quick bite. Would recommend the sausage jalapeno and cheese as well as the ranchero.

Amazing kolaches the philly cheese steak is my personal favorite. Kudos to the entire staff on a job well done. You guys Rock!

Great selection and price though some of the sausages dont taste fresh.

My son was wanting a taquito from whattaburger so we got in line there at 1050am... by the time we got to the speaker it was 1102am and the lady refused to make a taquito for the little man. So, we came here and got the egg and sausage kolache for him and a few other assortments to try the selection. He LOVED IT! He made it through the first and one bite into his second before he fell asleep. When he woke up he finished the second. The ones the Mrs. And i got were very delicious also. Its now my Saturday morning family breakfast stop.

Went there Sunday morning. The lady behind the counter didnt really look like she wanted to be there. Had a blank stare. I say if you dont like your job find another. My wife and I ordered a potato and egg kolache. The lady heated it up in a microwave. Grabbed our bag and left. Took the first bite and it was cold even though they nuked it. And it just didnt taste good. I ate at other K.F and they were decent but not today.

WiFi is free and the location is pretty convenient. Kolaches are oka, theyre served cold but can ask to be warmed up.

I have other kolache places I prefer in terms of quality but it is hard to beat the Kolache Factory for quantity of options or consistency. This location is very similar to others I have been to and they were working hard to keep up with the waves of customers throughout the brunch rush. The ham and cheese kolache I ordered didnt actually have any cheese, though, so I definitely wont be ordering that again.

This place is gross. They don’t keep food in warmers and leave things like eggs and meats out in the open for bacteria to grow and contaminate the food. They also get mad if you ask for something that’s fresh and still hot, the cashier literally yelled at me saying “they’re all cold!” Okay! I don’t know why we even bought anything at all. We got bacon egg and cheese kolaches that had two flakes of bacon in it and some gross eggs inside idr it having any cheese at all.Rude people. Gross food. I’ll stick to Shipley’s ! Always hot n fresh and served with a smile !

A co-worker brought some of these kolaches to work last week.I never seen these before. I was like...Are those bread rolls? He stated theyre fancy kolaches. In amazement...I tried one. I was totally hooked! On Monday afternoon, around lunch time I took my daughter to the Conroe location. We got half a dozen as options were limited. They have a large variety of kolaches but,please get there early to experience the variety. Has these lil breakfast treats are delicious and sell quickly. Now my lil mini me is hooked. Upon, arrival the establishment was very clean. Customer service was very friendly. I was greeted very kindly and was welcomed nicely. The baker was very informative of the different varieties that are baked daily. She stated they do sell rather quickly in the morning hours. All this with a smile. High five to you young lady! And,prices are reasonable for the delectable lil meals you get. Hats off to you Kolache Factory! I will be a repeat customer :-)

Dont run coupons if your not going tohonor them. It makes people never come backI didnt cut the coupon, it was torn by heb receipt printer. Yet you wont honor it.I wont be back

The ladies in there this morning Friday August 26th were rude and rushed us to the point we left. She also did not speak English very well. It was insane, not to mention there was no need to rush, there was nobody really in there. I usually really enjoy the Kolache Factory, but I dont think Ill ever go back to the one there on West Davis.

This place is trash. Never clean, no coffee ready at 8:30. I know it’s just a kolache factory, but you should have coffee ready to serve. Daniel the manager at the time had a terrible attitude Just don’t go.

Wish they used a warmer to keep the baked product instead of microwaving it after you ordered.

Came to the store an hour before they closed so my choices were limited and thats understandable. When I went to order what was available, I asked for a box. The cashier Anthony, said I wasnt able to get a box because I needed to order a dozen. Ok, at this point he didnt know how many kolaches I will ordering nor did he ask. Continuing with my order I end up getting 8 total kolaches all at the price of $14.40 for kolaches. I have 1 bag of 2 fruit kolaches and another bag of savory kolaches. So I asked Anthony if I could have a box instead of having my kolaches smashed. He said store policy was to order a dozen kolaches for a box. I asked how much does someone have to spend to get a box? He said store policy is to order a dozen kolaches. Ok, fair enough. So I asked him if I had ordered 12 of the fruit kolaches (lowest cost product) which at $1.10 each x 12 = total of $13 20. I would get a box.. but I had just spent $14.40 for a total of 8 kolaches if i could get a box. Since I spent more then the lowest cost kolache he still said no. Seriously, i just wanted unsmashed kolaches to take home? He didnt undesrtand the concept. Oh well. Ill be going some place else from now on.

There is literally nothing here. As in, whenever I go to this address, there is nothing but a grass field. I have no idea whats going on, but this is the third time this has happened, and Id really like an actual building that sells kolaches

Good variety and tasty kolaches as long as u get there early.

Great experience all around. Offering few different pastries besides Kolaches, Kolache Factory managed to break in to a niche market with their major focus of making great kolaches. In turn, Kolaches are slightly higher priced than the typical competitor whom usually only offer donuts and/or traditional kolaches.That being said, theyre kolaches are awesome, with unique and different tastes to satisfy most customers. As one reviewer pointed out - To go to Shipleys for a better tasting kolache - I dont think I can disagree more. If you were looking for a traditional kolache or pigs in a blanket, then other competitors would be sufficient. However, if youre in the mood for something new and exciting, give this place a shot!

Okay. Kolaches are good, really like the pecan coffee. Heres my problem. My wife found a coupon for this particular store for a free sausage and cheese with purchase of ANYTHING of equal or higher value. Fair enough. I order 3 premium kolaches and tried to use the coupon only to find out that if you buy anything with eggs, coupon is invalid. WHAT? Apparently there is an extreme egg shortage that must be localized to their parking lot or something because I just bought eggs at HEB and they were fully stocked, in fact, I noticed the price on eggs had dropped since last time. Either way, whatever. Not a coupon queen anyway. Problem is, when trying to make sense of it all and resolve the issue because it was a little confusing, they were not very helpful at all. So poor customer service. I am in the service industry as well and customer service is KING! They were rude, very stern and offered no solution. I figured it all out on my own and all is well. I will still go back but it was just wierd. An egg shortage? Are the chickens on strike or what?

I had arrived before another customer and was completely ignored...I don’t know how she couldn’t have seen me...I was standing at the counter...she threw all my kolaches in a bag to warm them up...some where cold and others blazing hot and we didn’t know what was what 😒

They gave my fiance expired milk!Went back for a refund and was told they werent going to do anything because i didnt not bring the bottle with the date on it with me. We will not be back!

The service is terrible - these ladies do not speak English and continue to speak Spanish to one another while waiting on customers. The young girl who waited on me today did not know which kolache was peach.... plus manager has large neck tattoo and is very unprofessional. Even though it will be inconvenient, I will try to find a different Kolache Factory to stop at before going into work.

The staff was very rude with me im not going back to this store anymore.
