They answered all of our questions and made sure we fully understood how to operate the equipment. The best part is being able to operate everything from my iPhone, it really puts my mind at ease to see everything when I’m away from home. We have now had our Ageint Security System for 4 months! We love it!!! The quality of the cameras is amazing. I also love our front door and back door locks. My youngest son would always forget his key and would get locked out. Not only can he open the door from the keypad, but he can also open it from his phone. It has been wonderful.

I worked here for about a week and a half weeks thought it would be something I could try I ended up leaving didn’t work out but after that Abe has blocked my number he gave me one check for the week for the other half he has not given it to me they do not care about there employees not professional at all

One of the benefits of having the Ageint Security System is that during or after a spell of bad weather. You can check your property for any damage, rain, wind, hail, that might have occurred. You don’t have to leave the comfort and safety of the inside of your home. If anything has happened, then you have a visual that a problem has occurred and some action must be taken, either immediately or at a more suitable time.

We have had out Ageint Security System for several months now. One of my concerns in switching companies was Response Time when an alarm was set off at our house. Yesterday we were leaving the house and my husband went back in and set off the alarm by mistake and we had a call with in One Minute! God forbid we have a real emergency, however it is good to know that the Police, Fire or Ambulance will be dispatched quickly!

Absolutely love these guys, they came out, looked at the house and set us up with an EXCELLENT system. My job changed and had my wife home a lone a lot more, now with the security system they installed she sleeps worry free. I recently requested Ageint Security come to my home to give me a quote as I was extremely unhappy with the quality of my builders security installer/provider, DataSmart. The owner of Ageint Security, Darrell, personally came out and couldn’t have been more professional. We worked together to design a custom camera system based on my exact needs and the layout of my house. The installation team was polite, clean, detailed, and in every way top notch. I’ll provide an update on the cameras later, but thus far, the camera system has BLOWN AWAY ALL my expectations. I’ve even decided to move my monitoring service to Ageint based on their great customer service.

Update: going on about a year and we still love our system!! We love Ageint Security who installed our security cameras along with a monitored alarm system. There is no movement on our property without it being recorded. They are efficient, helpful and have done a great job at keeping us informed and educated. From start to finish, I had a great experience with Ageint Security. I called for a quote for home security cameras and they were able to work around my schedule to get this done for me. I had to work around HOA restrictions and wait for approval. They did not bug me every day waiting to see whether it was approved, rather we discussed that I would be contacted every two weeks to confirm I was still interested and whether there was a change in status. Darrell and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and very easy to speak with. No extra sales pitch or needless conversation, but they also werent short or uninterested. When HOA finally approved, I was able to reach out to Ageint Security to set up date and time for installation. The installers were very friendly and polite. Although drilling was necessary and they had to go in and out of the house, there was absolutely no mess, nothing was left out of place that was moved during installation, and the gentlemen got it all done within a very reasonable and timely manner. Ust had Ageint Security install an awesome camera system for the house. Its fantastic. Love it.Chase, Brett, ans Danyer came for the install. Were super professional. Got it done in one afternoon. Super friendly and explained everything completly. Even came back the next day to adjust one cam that didnt sit right and wasnt working right at night.Learned that in order for cameras to be admissible in court they need to have time and location stamps on the recordings. DVR has to be able to save and record for future reference.APP for phone so I can watch it from anywhere.
