We had Rebecca as our salesperson. She was knowledgeable and helped throughout the entire process. She made our purchase quick and easy and made us feel like we were just talking to a member of the family. Its comforting knowing we had someone like her on our side when it came to negotiating a price and looking at options. It was also a breeze trading in my fiesta.
Giving 1 star is being very generous. Absolutely horrible experience from sales department to service department. Got a absolutely horrible rate because they somehow they forgot to put in all my income information. When I questioned it at signing, they finance guy said he never got it and had to proceed as it was. Then they marked up the vehicles over 2k in add insult that are not optional. Then they sell you warranties that they do not actually want to do the work. Sent vehicle back in for service, because vehicle was running horribly. The service department says no problem and sends us on our way. Problem persisted and had another garage look at the vehicle and they diagnosed the issues and gave us a print out to give Wiesner to get exact problem fixed. Got the car washed and oil changed and sent it back to Wiesner and gave them all paperwork showing exact problem. They called couple hours later saying vehicle was ready for pickup. They said problem was oil was over filled. Asked to speak to manager, and rep said he was busy. Left multiple messages with no call backs. Went to pick up vehicle and asked to speak with manager, and of course he was not available. And guess what, cranked up car in parking lot and still has same problem. Customer service is horrible and poorly trained service staff. Right now I don’t even have confidence they could even do a oil change. Everyone do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership at all cost!!! I baught a vehicle years ago from Wiesner and had no problems. They just lost a repeat customer that will need 2 more cars next year.
Today was my first experience using Hyundai Wiesner Conroe. I got an oil change and routine service. Cindy Black was exceptional and professional. Her explanation of service and the related charges was very clear and transparent. I feel she is a caring and honest employee. I could not give her a better review. She is awesome.
Recently purchased a 2021 Genesis G80. I love the car and had a very good experience working with Wiesner. Bob Mitchel was my salesman and really appreciated his approach. He was straight forward about the current environment of buying a car and put no pressure to make a purchase. He was knowledgeable about the features I was not aware of and once I made a decision things moved very quickly to finalize. Also found the finance manager (Trey Traylor) very easy to work with and and gave good insight on the best way to purchase the vehicle.

First off, I want to say that Wiesner has a great Service Department. I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy from North Freeway Hyundai (NFH) and took it to NFH after my brand new car started leaking oil and because there was a loud rattle in the dash. Not only did NFH’s Service Department not fix the problems, their staff was unprofessional and completely callous about the inconvenience they caused me by failing to fix the problems the first time. At any rate, I took my car to Wiesner Hyundai in Conroe and the difference between Wiesner’s Service Department and NFH’s Service Department is like night and day. Wiesner’s Service Department staff are courteous, professional and have been eager to help fix the problems that NFH refused to fix.
I purchased my first car today at Wiesner Hyundai and had a great experience. I drove down from College Station because the Conroe dealership had the color I wanted. When I got there, Kenny was beyond helpful, and he even took off the unnecessary extras associated with the sale. He answered all questions thoroughly and to the best of his ability. I could not have asked for a better experience purchasing my first car.
Not a good experience, but I was warned about this place and the sales manager before I went and didn’t listen. The couple of sales reps we spoke to over a 3 day period of deciding on a car were nice and then it came to buying time and the entire atmosphere shifted. The sales manager marked up the price of our perspective vehicle over $2000 dollars the day after we test drove and decided on the car and told us that was his market adjustment and nothing he could do about it because “I could mark it up $5000 over market value and still sell it like I have done with plenty others” and then put $2000 in add-one such as windshield coverage and leather interior coverage and then said they weren’t optional because “we’ve sold those coverages on all of the the others we have moved off of this lot” they play nice until you’re in the chair to buy it and then flip the script to be as predatory as possible and hope that you are too soft spoken or oblivious to catch them and say anything about it. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a supposedly reputable dealer and will not ever return. I caution any new car buyers who may read this to be on your P’s and Q’s if you are going to attempt to do business here. I’d give less than 1 star if I could.
Terrible communication between departments and lack of training. I scheduled an appointment to come in and get a new key fob programmed. While setting up the appointment, I was told the key fob was going to cost only $20 and the programming will cost about $220. When I arrive for my appointment, I am informed that they now have to SEE IF THEY HAVE IT IN STOCK, as well as telling me it may take a few business days to come in. Not only that, I was told that the person who I talked to on the phone misinformed me when giving me the price, and the actual price was over $500. Absolutely ridiculous.

Price advertised online not the price you pay, shady dealership alive and well. We came up to this dealer because of pricing online and yes, deal to good to be true. We were buying a car for our daughter and were ready to write a check when we were told we have to pay an additional 2k for a windshield and gps protection package, a package that our insurance covers and hyundai comes with. Told the sales rep we didnt need this, the message was this isnt my fault, it is what the dealership requires, you pay it or leave.......not even a goodbye or thank you........salesmen literally stood up, walked away. We walked out, went to the competitor down the freeway in Spring who cared about getting our business, didnt charge us for a package we didnt need and we wrote a check and our daughter got her new car in less than 2 hours. Now I will be posting a rave review for the competition, the salesman and will share what happened at Wiesner every chance we get.UPDATE: Shared with our neighbor, she now has a new hyundai from down the freeway in her driveway. I will keep spreading the word!
Wiesner Hyundai is an excellent place to shop for your next vehicle. We have bought our last six vehicles from Wiesner and have loved every minute of each vehicle from that time we stepped into the dealer floor to the time we signed for the purchase. Our salesman Ron Clark is the best person I have worked with and will continue to give him my business as long as we are buying vehicles. Wiesner is a fair and fast (in my opinion) process to get you the vehicle you want to the financing you need. EXCELLENT AND GREAT SERVICE EVERYTIME!
The car listing price on cargurus is $21,150 vs dealer website is $22,680. I asked for a clear out-the-door price sheet and they only give me a message which is $27,200. So $6000 more for tax and title? Just fix and match the price please so people dont waste their time!
I was interested in looking at Sante Fe amd Tucson and the person who was showing us the vehicle up and left with no keys. They need to work on their service.
I purchased a vehicle back in April. It wasnt until I was ready to sign that they told me I HAVE to purchase this GPS tracker service and an extra red brake light cause they were add ons that were already installed in the car! I caved and bought it anyway because I live 4hrs from them and I made the drive just to buy the car my I wanted. Turns out the ZAZ GPS service did not work. I called the provider who told me the equipment was not hooked up to the actual car!! Called the dealership to ask if I vould take it to any Hyundai dealer in my area to get it fixed, but as it turns out... If I dont want the extra 900 I paid for this stupid tracking service I didnt even want, I have to drive 4hrs out to Conroe to get it fixed!!! I didnt even get an apology from the lady who very rudely told me it was my problem I dont live close by!!!!I love Hyundai cars but never again am I doing business with Weisner Hyundai!!!!
Wiesner Hyundai was amazing! We knew exactly what car we wanted before we went into the dealership. Mason helped us and made the buying process move as quickly as possible. We were in and out within 2 hours from beginning to end. While the finances were getting situated Mason went over the car and all the buttons not wasting a minute of our time or his. Mason was so knowledgeable about the Palisade and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be back and we will recommend Wiesner Hyundai to everyone!

Be WARNED of Hyundai Wiesners GIMMICKY sale practices regarding their mandatory WARRANTY. I was sold the windshield protection warranty that was claimed to replace a cracked wind shield with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), but the warranty company was unware of Hyundai Wiesner sale approach since they only offer third party windshield replacement. Which most insurances cover and for some of you would mean no need for a baseless warranty. My BIGGEST concern/issue is the lack of Hyundai Wiesners response from their team to discuss any concerns or clear any misconceptions of the windshield protection warranty that I may have. I was able to talk to Ed the Financial Manger the first time I called. He said he would look into the matter and get back to me. We are going on 2 months with no follow up from the Financial Manager. Ed has yet to answer my follow up phone calls or return any voice mails. At this point, I would like confirmation on which party is incorrect - Is Hyundai Wiesner incorrectly selling Warranties claiming to replace parts with OEM - or is the warranty company not abiding by the requirements of the sold warranty. I would be happy to put this issue behind me once I get clarification on any misconception I may have. At this point, I would not trust Hyundai Wiesner to manage your car purchase or any type of warranty or auto loan if they can not respond to a simple request.
Mason is one of the best sales people that this organization has. I would request him individually as he understands his product and will do anything to help you get you in a new vehicle.Ironically, we showed up to the dealership earlier to be not attended to but Mason stepped up and really knocked the ball out of the park. We went to purchase a new vehicle, the sticker price was $32,000, upon confirming we wanted to purchase the vehicle the dealership tried to add a $3,100 extended warranty. The sales guy insisted it was “on the vehicle”, as if the warranty was physically adhered to the vehicle, as if it was an object not able to be removed. Upon further discussion it was apparent and obvious this was a scam, meaning this warranty they described covered the “front windshield, paint and seats” for 3 years, or 36,000 miles. I asked what it was good for, he had no answer then want on to say he agreed it was a bad deal and he hated selling it. This was a SCAM, and should be investigated for its legality. After much argument, threats to leave, they reduced it to $2k, proving it was fake, when we packed up the leave the manager removed it in full. This was a total SCAM and should be fixed. Our sales guy was honest and a good guy, the manager and dealership were con artists that needed to be checked and battled over this subject. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, fight for your rights and do not fall for their scams.
We were offered top dollar for our trade in, and the salesman Ray was very friendly, and never came across as pushy, just very helpful, and courteseous. In fact all of the stuff we dealt with were very friendly, and helpful.

Stay away! I drove over an hour for a specific car and Weisner’s 3500 discount. After sitting down, for pricing, we found out they have a mandatory 3000 dealer package - worth almost nothing (features already included on Hyundai’s and / or part of our insurance policy). We went to another dealership and got the same car for less with upfront honesty.
I was very happy with the service at the dealership. Mason Wayland helped me get into the car I wanted and made sure that I could get it before I headed back to Austin. I have family here and I really needed something dependable and affordable. I was spending so much on rentals. I am so grateful Mason was able to help me! I arrived at this dealership to compare the Hyundai Kona to Tucson.My Salesman was Christian..I waited for more than 15 minutes for him to assist me. But he apologized & was courteous and offered me something to drink, I chose a beverage and we sat down to discuss the differences between the 2 vehicles as well as a test drive. The Kona is a smaller vehicle but the price tag of $26k was just too much especially in a pandemic. I thanked him for his time & left.I had seen a much better deal elsewhere.
I bought a 2020 Hyundai Tucson a week and a half ago and I love it! My salesperson, Christian Castro, was great! He showed me exactly what I was interested in, didn’t try to sell me something else, and was very polite; took the time to answer all my questions. This was my first time to buy a vehicle from Wiesner and I found it to be a pleasant experience, no high pressure. My sister was there with me and also commented about how easy the whole process was.
WOW! Just wow. This dealership was absolutely amazing and made it the most painless experience EVER buying a new car. Mason is absolutely wonderful and was quick to assist with any questions or concerns I had and even continued to follow up with me after my purchase. I tried to go to other Hyundai dealerships in the area and they didn’t take me seriously at all but, at Wiesner they treated me with respect and took my car buying serious (even getting me the best price in Texas!). Great staff and easy to work with. Service was relatively fast and I was happy with it. If you use them time after time, you get great deals on oil changes that includes a free car wash and inspection of filters, fluids, etc. But most other things are extremely overpriced including replacing a 3rd brake light bulb for $20. Really?? I did it on my own and only costed me a couple bucks and 3 minutes of my time. Other than that, I had a great experience and will return for oil changes.

Extortions! Yesterday I arrived to the dealership to buy a car for a sticker price (full MSRP) plus tax. I have the entire amount in cash. But I cant!Because they wanted me to pay over the price MSRP for an extra red lamp that I dont need. Full BS! I refused to pay higher than the price - thats my right. They said they would not sell me the car and that I would leave.They wont sell at full price if I dont pay them over MSRP! What is it? I will clarify this issue with the relevant authorities.

We bought a Palisades Hyundai from Wiesner. Their customer service is extraordinary and made buying a new car an enjoyable experience. Love the new Palisades SUV with its features and safety features. But, most importantly, is the helpfulness and knowledge of the people we dealt with. No question was too small for Mike, Ryan, Charles and Mason. They made sure we knew we could call or come by any time with questions or help with any of the new features, and we have. To show their attention to detail, I am a short person. Before we left with the new car, Ryan even came out and adjusted the tailgate height so I could reach the closure button---Great customer service!

Awful experience! We spoke with Kerry at this dealership, and from the very beginning I got the impression that he had better things to do with his time. I can only assume that he felt we were beneath him, since we were looking at some of the lower end vehicles (my apologies for not being rich). He wouldnt budge on any pricing options, or with the value of our trade-in. He even spoke to me and my wife with condescension and indifference. I honestly left feeling somewhat angry and even embarrassed by our treatment. Being in law enforcement Im very well-versed on how I present myself to the public. The way Kerry presented himself to us was extraordinarily unprofessional and uncalled for.Luckily we left and immediately went to a different dealership (I wont disclose so Im not accused of advertising on this review page), and was treated with respect. They even gave us almost twice the amount for our trade-in quoted by Wiesner. I was warned about this dealership by some friends, but decided to come anyways, since it got good reviews. I hope others do not make my same mistake.
Terrible experience with this car dealership. After wasting 2 days buying and agreeing on the price for a car which more than the offer from another dealer. I was expecting to deal with a respectable business. When I was on my way to buy the car Tim clarify that there were an additional $2,000 on add-ons. I confirmed with Kenny on a cash price only for TTL to be added. This is very unprofessional and a lack of respect for their customers. I cant imagine the rip offs when yo take the car for repairs.Stay away from this kind of dealership. They dont deserve your business.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Just receive a response from dealer. There was no misunderstanding. I have done commercial purchasing for over 28 yrs. I asked for cash out of the lot price in order to avoid last minute surprise charges. Look at the other reviews my situation was not an exception but more like the rule.My suggestion to the owner is to fixed the problem and stop giving false excuses. Stop the bait mentality; at the end will hurt your business since it doesnt worth it. Revise your business OGSM and make sure that you incorporate ethics training to all management and sales team.

I love Wiesner Hyundai, I have bought my last 2 cars from this dealer and used their service department for the last 8 years, my experience Friday was the same great service I have come to expect with Wiesner. Kasidy my advisor noticed a swishing in my steering wheel that needed to be fixed ( under warranty) and I had a bent hubcap on the front drivers side that one of the service people straightened out and it looks so much better! I really appreciate those extra miles step they took when I was only coming in for routine maintenance.
Ryan Allen provided outstanding assistance in working to get us the best deal possible. I shopped around perhaps 8 other dealerships, including 2 other Hyundai ones before finally settling with Wiesner Hyundai. Ryan was instrumental in working out realistic figures without much price hackling.Some other dealerships I spent hours attempting to work down the price, but I ended up walking out due to dishonestly, or simply just providing the deal I was conformable with. Just note that it seems Wiesner Hyundai provides about 3k(give or take) off the price for the same vehicle at all the other dealerships I visited and that was before negotiating the price down.I hope my experience will help others to make a decision moving forward.
Visited Earlier Today. We had a poor experience due to the poor customer service. Let me explain. I know this is true, but we were told that the promotionals online offers are used to get you in front of my desk. Even with that being said, I had recently spoken with sales rep. Ray who talked numbers with the me. Now according to todays sales person and sale manager, Ray was misinformed or only talk final number - this was not true. Remember, stop blaming other employees, you all represent the same company (sale manager, sale person, whoever). Then we were told multiple times that we are not going to lose money on the vehicle. Again this makes sense, but come on, its 2021, dont bring an invoice and say this is what we paid for the car (Its a tactic). The shady thing about this was when I was taking a snap shot of all document the sales manager was very quick to snatch the documents up. It made me feel uneasy because he knew these extras were a way for them to make money. The picture on the left is the price of a car that they are advertising for 13888.00. They added 2693.00 of extra coverages that we did not want. We asked them to remove the extras but they state We could but it would not change the cost of the car. Confused?!? Lastly, to all of the CISD employees, We were told that they would honor a 500 dollar discount after specials/promotions...be careful...they choose if they apply this discount which they did not on the documentation. I will figure out a way to share the live picture of the sale manager snatching the document I was reviewing when I tried to get the photo. Lastly Weisner Hyundai, regardless if you make a sale or not, treat people with respect and make them feel welcomed. Im ok we did not buy (not mad), but adopt some Chick Fil A customer service skills.
I have been shopping around for a car for a while. I was not quite sure of what I wanted to purchased but I knew that it had to have a great warranty, sporty look(for an almost 40yr old) and definitely have all the updated features... Just so that I was comfortable with signing my name on the dotted line!Mr. Kenny Brocken had did just that! Although the transition wasn’t as smoothly as we anticipated, he stood by me every step of the way and still! My deal end up being successful and well worth it!I must tell you guys if you want to have a great experience while trying to get a nice car my guy Kenny will definitely make it happen.Fast forward: It’s been a week today that I’ve had my 2020 Hyundai Sonata Black Platinum( Black Panther is her name), and I am turning heads on the freeway and feeder Rd while driving....Thanks again KennyB you rock & roll!

Cindy was the service associate who helped me during my last maintenance appointment. She was courteous and kind, and she knew exactly what I needed. She not only explained what was happening to my car and helped me to understand, she also helped (by phone) a co-worker of mine who was at another Hyundai dealership having her vehicle serviced. The other dealership was not efficient when it came to explaining why they were doing what they recommended. Cindy, on the other hand, let my friend know exactly what she needed and explained why it was necessary. The other dealership did not do that for my friend. When I left Wiesner I felt informed and well taken care of. Most importantly, I felt like my vehicle was well taken care of too.
Loved our experience here. Our Hyundai sonata vehicle had a blown engine due to a recall. I spoke with Kapri at the service center and they got it towed into the shop right away and within a week they replaced the engine as well as all of the recalls.She was so nice and everything went so smooth.I highly recommend them and any future service needs this vehicle needs will definitely be done by them!!Thank you all so much.
I purchased a new Hyundai Sonata a week ago and love it. Mason is a top tier salesman. He spent the entire day with us and was fantastic the whole time. He was very knowledgeable with the vehicles and answered all our questions and concerns. If you need a salesman that loves to help people out, ask for Mason. The dealership was fair and helped with everything I needed help with. I never got a hint of anything negative while I was there. Mason was great and I’ll be coming back to get another car from him. Jason, who is the financial manager, was great as well. He laid all the paperwork out in a clear and precise way. That made me more at ease when buying the car. I went on their website and they had a Kona listed for a good price. When I got there, the salesman told me there was an additional $4000ish worth of dealer addons not mentioned on the sale price on their website. I told them that was a bait and switch. They didnt deny it either. He said it was shady but every dealership does this now. I told them, they need to have the actual price of the car they list on the internet. I have bought cars from other dealers before using the internet price and it was always the same price listed on the website. They would not negotiate on the dealer addons, so I left. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I wasted my time going out there.Is Bait and Switch Legal? “Bait and switch” is a crime, and is considered a fraudulent sales tactic that is punishable by law as false advertisement under the Lanham Act.
My service advisor was Capri Chapa, when I took in my 2012 sonata for engine failure. Her customer service was excellent. She greeted us with a smile. And was very courteous and compassionate about our automobile problems. Throughout the week. She kept in contact to keep us informed of the process of our vehicle This gave us peace of mind. Our car is running great. I would highly recommend anyone needing service. To talk to Capri Thank you Capri for making this car situation a pleasant one.

I was reluctant because I hate car dealerships. I was shocked. Through Kenny, there was no BS, he made us laugh, no haggling and we got a better deal than I was expecting.When we got to financing (which is when reality usually hits), Ed was funny, explained everything in detail, gotvus the add-ons that fitbour budget and needs (which I recommend) but also made the paperwork signing very fast. I just wanted to come here and give a shoutout to Kerry Smith! 2 weeks ago, I came into Wiesner with hopes to get a Kona I had found online. 1 week ago, I did not think I would be able to get the car due to my current vehicle being so upside down on the note. 1 day ago, I closed on my first brand new car; and its ONLY because Kerry took the time and energy to make sure I did. It was an uphill battle, but over the course of the past couple of weeks, Kerry continued to follow up with me with new solutions until one worked for ME. This dealer was a LIFE SAVER. I came in in tears immediately asking for a Sales Manager because I had been treated so terribly at two other Hyundai dealerships in town. They listened to my story with empathy and let me know that I would leave the dealership smiling.They were kind offered me tissues, put a bottle of water into the freezer to get it cold and brought it out to me. They discussed my options with me, looked through the numbers and were able to come back with a number that was in my price range. They let me know that if anything that number would just get better.At the end of the day, I was able to get my car for a better price than I had hoped. I was treated with respect and understanding. They were helpful, friendly and good people all around. I did leave the dealership smiling.Ryan was my salesman and he did a great job of finding me the perfect vehicle for me, and explaining the differences in pricing options. Rick Frazier, the Sales Manager, was not only empathetic but understanding and made me feel as though I was getting a vehicle from a dealer I can rely on in the future.The entire staff was fantastic and all around I would say that EVERYONE in town would be better off going to Wiesner than dealing with any of the other dealers in town.
I needed a vehicle check at 120,000 miles before taking a long trip. Cindy Black had my vehicle checked thoroughly and only repairs that were absolutely necessary were done. My experience has been that the service is always honest and thorough.
