No problems. Bought door, installer brought it to the house and installed it. Everything went according to plan. Im happy with the door. Life is good!

Mr. Charles was a great help. He helped us in every way to get what we were looking for. We received our new doors approximately when promised. The only down side was when they delivered them they were not covered for protection. Our home is new construction and the doors have to sit and wait for the wood workers to install them. It would have been nice if it had at least shrink wrap on them for protection. I’ve been shopping with Tri-Supply for 5 years now and will continue to do so.

We needed a teeny piece to restrict the opening of cabinet doors into adjacent walls,vent hood cabinet, etc.Tri-supply found the part we needed, ordered them and called us immediately when they arrived at the store.Certainly not the biggest sale at 11 CENTS in (yes, $.11) per clip BUT service was a million dollar deal to us since cabinets no longer bang!!!!! I cannot remember the the last time I had such a good experience at a store! I am so glad I found this place. I was looking for lights for a bathroom remodel and after trying Home Depot and Lowe’s looked online with Tri-supply and they looked to have the most options. Went to the store and there is SO much to look at, which I wanted to do. The store manager (I didn’t know until the end) worked with me for two hours. Also brought in the lighting specialist. They talked me through all of my options, listened as I explained all of my concerns and visions and truly helped everything come together for me. After lighting was worked out and future complimentary options for my kitchen, I wanted to find towel rod hardware to compliment and we looked at everything. The patience and care was unreal! They really took the time to walk through every detail with me, gave me every possible option, I never felt rushed or a bother. I cannot say enough good things about this place. They have everything from fixtures to appliances and accessories like knobs, handles, ceiling fans, patio furniture, you name it. If you are looking for anything for your home, start here! I will 100% be coming back for future projects! Remodels are stressful, this was the best part of the process for me!

My husband and I bought a wooden door and asked if we wanted the clavos and straps, like on the demo door and we said yes, and they recommend someone to install it.. he did an amazing job!! The problem was that the straps were to long and would not fit, it was too long for our size door.. So we took them back and was told they only have one size strap so we just asked to return them.. She said she would have to ask the dealer!!! Im not sure I understand that... I bought the door from you and its not my fault they dont fit!!!!! I have called and left messages and no return call. it has been over a months. UPDATE. I. was contacted by Tri- supply and they refunded my Money for the straps..

I’m updating this because they came back and winded up delivery the correct door to our house so I feel a bit better.I am very disappointed with their service. We ordered 10 doors and when we picked them up on Friday one was not the same style. The employee in the back went to the office and came back and told us they ordered the correct style and it was put on a rush delivery and would be in on Monday. Called store on Tuesday and was told door was not in. They lady I spoke with said she had no idea when it would be in. Called back and spoke with assistant manager who was no help. So now we have to make a 3 hour trip to pick up up one door whenever they do get it in. And on top of it all, in my opinion the doors were not even done correctly.

Kevin at Tri-Supply-Conroe was referred by someone who had a great experience there, and we were not disappointed. Kevin was super knowledgeable about each brand of appliance in every price range. He was patient as we decided what met our needs. He then searched for price-match opportunities, and he exceeded our expectations in every way. We needed to call a couple of times since our purchase about delivery or with other questions, and service after the sale has been just as stellar. Their appliance delivery expert, John, was also remarkable! Five Stars for Kevin, John and Tri-Supply!

My mom and I ordered a stove range hood from this store that was on sale, but they sold it to us incomplete, we went back to the store to get the pieces but 7 months later we haven’t had the complete order & they won’t let us return it. If you buy something make sure every piece is in it before you buy it & don’t buy display items as they sold it to us without even checking it.

I’ve used Tri Supply for all my supplies in building my house in 2008 and now again in 2020 from building cabinets to buying appliances !! They will tell the truth about good or better appliances with no pressure to purchase.

Couldnt be more pleased. They were kind enough to hold my products 3 months while our house was being remodeled. We didnt know it would take that long but tri supply never once complained. When delivery day came the only day that worked for me was a Saturday. This is not their delivery day but they called me back and worked something out. My products were delivered on Saturday morning. They are always very helpful. I highly recommend them. Love my appliances too!

Oscar was a great deal of help in choosing door knobs and handle sets. I appreciate him knowing the products and taking the time to explain. He was very courteous and welcoming to the store.

I am very dissatisfied with the experience I have with this company. They promise a delivery date and when that day came no delivery. I never received a call. When I called the promised another delivery date and again no delivery. Finally after the third delivery date they delivered partial order. I ordered 3 doors only received 2 because they broke one. Was never notified by the company. I had to call to see about my last door. Was promised to have it no later than 5 day. The week went by no delivery or a call from the store. I called to speak with my sales person he was busy and promised to call back. To the date I am still waiting for the call. Another week passed and I called to speak to the manager. Was not to be found in the store. Was promised to receive a call back. Still waiting on call from manager of this store. I had to wait 6 weeks to receive my order when it was promised to be delivered that same week I went in and purchased.

This store is a great alternative to Big Box behemoths. It is an easy way to patronise small businesses right next to home. They have a very good selection of doors, cabinet hardware,appliances and lighting.We chose this location because they were the only business open on a Saturday afternoon that sold cabinet pulls and knobs. They were friendly and attentive to our needs.

I needed replacement glass for my french doors Id purchases there at least 2 years ago. They were able to pull up the order, price the glass insert, order it, and give me a date of arrival for pick-up in 5 minutes. I was very impressed. The insert was inexpensive and it arrived early, yay!

We ordered 4 windows and received 3. It took 3 extra weeks to receive the last window. Secondly we ordered 2 doors that should have only taken 2 weeks to receive but took 2 months. We dealt with 2 different salesman that both got our orders wrong. My advice is only purchase things they have in stock or shop elsewhere.

Charles helped us with a new microwave and trim kit and his service was A+. However the kit did not fit. It is too small so we made the best of it considering he said it was the largest he had we saw no reason to bring it back.

Really wasnt impressed

Ordered a door here. Brought my dog door in for them to put it in as well. Over a month later, since I still dont have the door, they now told me they misplaced my $400 dog door, but finally found it. In the meantime none of their employees would tell me what the delay was while I was promised calls from managers that never followed through.

MyWife and I had a good experience shopping for patio furniture here. Oscar waited on us and eventually sold us a complete patio set at a great price.

As a home owner that does many DIY projects I’ve always thought that the cheapest prices and availability would only be found at a big box store...and not only that, I thoughtTri-Supply was for contractors only. I was wrong on both accounts. I buy small quantities and yet still treated like I’m spending several times over. When it comes to doors and trim there are so many styles to choose from and many available in store. The pricing is in line with and several times in my case cheaper than one of the discount stores. A bonus that isn’t usually found other places is that the level of expertise for the products they sell is second to none.One example I just have to note..before finding out about Tri-supply I had replaced all of the interior doors in my home..standard 32” and 24” two panel doors...except for my 18” linen closet door..it would have to be special ordered for $165..almost 3 times the cost of the other doors. 2 months go by and I found Tri-supply and see my 18” door on display and after being satisfied with my experiences there I asked to have that door ordered..I was informed it was a normal stock item..with..normal pricing and I could pick it up that day. Done deal. I’m sold on Tri-Supply.

I am astounded that I spent $1,870.52 on Breezesta patio furniture (off season, no less ) and picked it up today only to find it was in shipping boxes. Assembly Required was never in the product description, on the order paperwork or mentioned during the sales process. What is this? Ikea?When we asked about the assembly the only response, Its not hard to put together. Well if thats the case, why didnt they do it? Just to be clear. This isnt a full dining set, just 2 chairs and a small table.To be fair, everything else with the store was a great experience. They have cool stuff (i.e. Breezesta furniture made from recycled plastic), friendly staff, but I guess nobody knows how to use a power screwdriver.
