So I have been there twice in the last week first time I dealt with Austin to replace my husbands phone and my sons. Austin was very helpful and fast. He switched everything over very quickly! The second time was to cancel my spare line and port my daughters number to my cricket plan I dealt with shelby. She is awesome! She had everything done within ten minutes! Austin and shelby are hands down the greatest! I will always look for one of them anytime I have to have anything done both are very knowledgeable, very quick and very nice people!

Ssrvice is tsrrible lately. Went 3 days without ssdvice.

I don’t know how this place stays in business. I went there on the third at 3 pm and they was closed. Stopped by a few hours later and still locked up. Then today I stopped by and they was closed again, at 7:00pm on a Friday. Not sure what’s going on but on the door it says they’re open til 8pm. Good luck keeping customers doing that! Not happy at all!!

Went to go pay our bill. But they say they are open till 8 pm. Went at 6 30. Now Ill owe 15 more. Cause for some reason they wont take my payment on line. All a scam

Friendly staff, prompt service, and clean environment

Been with cricket since 2016 and was with straight talk before them. Ever since I switched I havent looked back. Customer service at the connersville store would have to be 10/10!! Just recently upgraded to the idol 5 and the lady that helped me(wish I knew her name) was super sweet and helped set up my new phone! If you need a new phone or ready to get out of your contract I recommend Cricket Wireless!!

The girl that works in here is horrible. She just told us to set up our own phone cause she wants to leave. We have been here four 4 hours and she still isnt done. Are you freaking kidding me.

Apparently noone knows how to answer the phone.. Ive tried calling 8 times and it rings for a little then they cut the connect.. rings 5 or 6 times then it says line is busy so apparently they have been on the phone with someone for over an hour?
