Max always gives great service! So friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Got in touch with him the first phone call and scheduled the appointment for the day that worked for us. Max has also worked on some of our relatives appliances too. They also had the same great experience with his great service.
I have a camper with a regular fridge in it that is only 2 years old. None of the RV Services could help. Steve wasn’t going to be able to come out for a couple days, but another job brought him out the the area the next day he called, and was able to fix the problem quickly. Will be passing the company name around the resort. Great job Steve!

We have had the opportunity to use Sweets 4x (2 different refrigerators and 2 different washers) and every time they have been quick to respond, they are very knowledgeable, and very reasonable. Couldnt ask for better appliance service!

Steve the tech came out for the second time and actually fixed my problem. The first time another guy showed up and didnt really examine the problem just said it was something simple and would order the part. Of course the part never showed up and it ended up being a different problem! They are very bad at getting back in touch, I actually left a few voicemails over the course of a week or so and finally they answered a call. When I got my appointment the techs were there EVERY time ON time. Wish there was more options to choose from for warrante parts/replacements/repairs. Was going to give 2 stars, but because of Steve being VERY nice and quick Ill bump to 3.

You cant rely on good service anymore, i get so mad i called them and said i would fix them if they didnt fix my unit i would go up there to their office im so tired of all those business that dont care. so, im draining the swamp just like president Trumpis doing.I would not recommend them to anyone i rate them an F
We were required to use this store through Whirlpools warranty claims as they are the only store within 60 miles (apparently) that was Whirlpool certified. Our washer broke January 25th, and I called Whirlpool that day to schedule a repair as it is only 9 months old. We were told that the appliance company (Sweets) would contact us to confirm our Wednesday appointment time. Sweets never called and never returned the three voicemails I left between that Thursday and the following Tuesday. Sweets then called my phone (when they were requested to call my husbands phone, number given multiple times) several times that Wednesday morning to ask what address we were at, since apparently, though Whirlpool gives them this information, they had no idea where we lived. They then arrived without any knowledge of what brand of washer we had, what the error message was we were getting, or what the problem was. They were there for five minutes to say they didnt have the part but theyd order it and be back next Wednesday. We were then at 2 weeks without a washer. My husband gave them his phone number again and asked them to confirm Friday whether theyd have the part and be able to come that Wednesday, as he would need to take off work again. They again never called. I called Tuesday (2/9) and was told that the part hadnt shipped yet so they wouldnt be able to fix it until maybe next week. We would then have been nearly 4 weeks without a washer. I asked the service clerk to at least let us know when the part does come in so we can schedule time off to be there, and reminded them that for scheduling they would need to contact my husband. The clerk then called my husband to tell him that they wouldnt be out there, who was understandably a little short with them (he did not yell, curse, threaten; he expressed what was causing the frustration and asked for the process to be sped up since we still do not have a working washer). The clerk then had the audacity to call me again to tell me that my husband yelled at her and she didnt like that. Not only does this company refuse to call you back, they have no website, they have obviously incapable technicians, and lack even the basics of professionalism. This is a simple fix. I could have ordered the part myself and fixed it more quickly than this company. The company did not ever answer the phone until I called Whirlpool to ask Whirlpool to contact Sweets. There is little excuse for not taking the time to give us simple updates. Additionally, their technicians told my husband at first that they would let him know Wednesday if theyd make it out to us....that Wednesday. Most people cannot just walk out of work on a minutes notice. Most have to take off work and coordinate schedules. This company shows an unbelievable lack of common sense and courtesy towards customers.They continued this until the washer was finally fixed after 4 weeks. The fix took 10 minutes. They insisted on refusing to actually schedule any appointments and insisted on calling the day of to actually let us know if and when theyd be out. I submitted a complaint to the BBB in order to get this resolved and the company had the balls to flat out lie on their response and tell us that we were horrible customers by being dissatisfied with their complete lack of communication and common sense.If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is ridiculous to work with, and while their technician is nice and did do the job, the sheer hassle and stress to work with just doesnt make it worth it. Their receptionist is rude, whiny, and blatantly lies. Whirlpool needs to end this contract and get someone that actually will work with others.
I was told by my local appliance store that sweets would contact me about repairing my refrigerator. I waited two weeks and was never contact by them so I called another place to come and fix it. Then sweets calls the store that told me that they would contact me and tells them that Im not answering my phone and has them call me. Sweets never called me about my refrigerator. Not a good company to call for anything.
We were having dryer problems. They took care of it quickly and got us back in business. Reasonable and reliable.
