Mr. Emus is a good diagnostician for car issues and he and his staff repair the car and provide friendly competent service. He also accommodates people who are in the midst of travel to make sure their car will provide a safe journey. Recently had two cars in for repairs, one was an unscheduled one that broke down on the way to Conneaut. Both cars needed parts ordered which was accomplished efficiently and properly installed. I highly recommend Emus Automotive staff and trust their competence and judgement.

So I was in Conneaut with my husband for vacation when my car broke down at the sandbar. I called the first shop that Google showed and I explained what was going on. Cliff actually gave me his cell phone number if jumping my car didnt work. Well it didnt and I called him after hours and he came right down there. He got my truck going and I brought it to his shop the next morning and he fixed it super fast. But here is the kicker!! Later that evening my husband and I drained our battery again down by the railroad tracks fishing and I called cliff for help and he came down there and jumped us again!! He literally saved our whole vacation. I am so thankful to have met such a genuinely wonderful human being. Thank you again Cliff!

I had a fuel pump go out on Christmas and they were busy still got me in and greeding someone properly is important. They did it all and had my truck done sooner then I thought due to there busy schedule I thought it take longer but nope it was done before I could ask how it was going thanks so much Ill be back next time.
