Our swim team needed an oversize banner made quickly and Tim and Tom were absolutely wonderful to work with. The banner was done on time and looked amazing. We will definitely work with Concord Signs & Banners again.

I have excellent customer service, especially from a customer who has no idea of what I wanted my sign to look like. I had Tim design me a new sign for my building in Pleasant Hill. I needed it to last and be fade resistant. The sign was going on top of my building directly in the sun. Tim was knowledgeable about the right materials to use for outdoor longevity.The cost was reasonable, especially for the work they put into the sign; it looks incredible.

I love the customer service and delivery time. I needed to get an A-frame sign to attract some walk in business for my wifes sandwich shop and found Tom at Concord Signs & Banners. He was quick with the estimate and knew exactly was I was looking for. He said he has done over 1000 A-frames signs over the last 30 years and that I will be impressed with the results. This confidence is a good sign and I was happy to get this project started with him.The sign took 4 days to make after I approved the final layout and shape. I couldn’t be more excited after seeing the final sign. Tom is awesome. The sign gets good results and I have been asked 2 times already who made it. Then they bought a sandwich.

I found Concord Signs and Banners from a van that drove past me on the road and thankfully their phone number at the bottom of the graphics. I wanted my van to look similar because this van caught my eye. Tim was the guy I spoke with and I found he is a very talented guy. My Van was going to look just as good as the one I liked, maybe even better. I had high expectations. Tim sent over 3 different layouts and I liked them all. I picked one and drove my van down for the makeover. The job went perfect. My van stands out and looks spectacular! I am very pleased with Tims work.

Thank goodness I found Concord Signs & Banners because they came through when I needed an emergency banner made for my sons boy scout troop.I originally went to FedEx or Kinkos sign center and had a lot of trouble getting the banner in time for our meeting. Finally I got a recommendation from a friend to call Tim. When I called he was very sympathetic and made an effort to make my deadline. He handled all the graphics, were this was the area I was having problems with Kinkos. He whipped out a fantastic, original banner and my son and his friends loved it. Try them out, you will be impressed with the level of personalized service.

Tim and Tom assured me if we dropped it off the graphics could be installed in 2 days.We brought the truck to them at the end of a Monday, around 6. They had the truck done the next day by noon. Amazing service and the job was perfect. We are located in Pleasanton but it was worth the drive to Concord for their service.

Tom professionaly answered the phone and after chatting about my project took the time to come over and give me an estimate.The price was right and Tom had enough know how and articulated the steps to get a finished sign that would last longer than the original.
