Very responsive and made the rental process simple. Never had any issues accessing my unit. When moving out there was a issue with the lock that caused a delay in closing my account and they reversed the automatic payment. Very easy to work with and operate a good business fairly.

I rented a 10x10 online the day before my move to NC from another state and I was given everything I needed before I moved to get into my unit. They even called me to confirm everything before my move. I had no issues getting into my unit and was given a good deal when I purchased my unit online versus instore purchase. I highly recommend extra space storage.

I rented a space yesterday. The process was simple and easy. The customer service representative explained and help me determine the size unit that I needed. I was then transferred to the local site manager, Michael, who helped me with the lock, code, and necessary information that was required. I went to see the unit last night. Everything worked accordingly. Would recommend them to anyone.

The office was nice and neat when I first walked in, and I was greeted by two friendly staff members. I had previously looked online, and knew what I wanted. I was invited to view the last available unit like I wanted. The grounds were impressively neat and clean, and looked very secure. I was pleased with the location of my potential unit, and with the soundness of the building, roof and floor, and the interior walls that separated the units as well as the ceiling were thick and sturdy. Much better than some other storage facilities I had recently visited. Opening the unit revealed a bit of dust, and I thought, well, Ill just tote along a broom and mop when I come back, but when I arrived to store my things, the unit had been cleaned and tagged for me with what they had done to prepare it. Ive never been so completely pleased with a storage facility!

I would give the place a 5 star rating and i dont think this is the only storage company to do it but every year there was an increase. I started at 99 dollars a month and ended a few years later at 142. I expected an increase after the first year but not every year. Other than that I never had any issues. Just like all outdoor storage facilities the dust dirt and bugs get in there so i would say that I would use this place again bc they are like all the other places and this one was closest to my home.Chris Greening

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. I had an emergency storage situation and they were willing to accommodate me on short notice. I also was looking for a special that they were running. I missed the cutoff date for the special pricing and was unable yo get the unit that day. Amanda called me when the special was running again and I was able to sign the lease the very next day. I would not only recommend them to others but I will surely keep them in mind for my own future storage needs.

Rates keep going up been here going on 15 years rate started at $85.00 a month and now $202.00 monthly. I bought my own building for $135 monthly for three years then I own it. I will be moving from here as soon as I’m set up at home
