Great service on our Bullfrog spa. They scheduled an appointment for the next week and diagnosed and repaired our heat pump. Parts took a few weeks, but that was to be expected. Justin was extremely knowledgeable. Couldn’t recommend their service more highly.

We were treated great from the start. We came back 3 times selecting our perfect spa. it was delivered when promised and installed professionally.I could not be happier.

We had narrowed our choices to HydroPool & Master Spa. Starting online, both companies responded quickly. Both companies had showroom close by, it quickly became apparent that Shari Baker (Paradise Valley Spas)was more interested in trying to get us into the right swim spa. On Sharis suggestion, we visited a showroom, but became discouraged at the lead times and final costs. Shari emailed asking how the visit to the showroom went. We told that, that based on our visit, we had decided to wait. That was when Shari jumped into action. Shari was able to find us, exactly what we wanted. Five weeks later, with customer service support from Alyssa & Dan, we have a beautiful HydroPool AquaSport 17AX Swim Spa in our back yard. And our review just keeps getting better. Shortly after the electrican (1@4 Shari suggested) energized our spa, Justin Hawbaker (PVS Service Mgr.) came out and did a complete systems check. Justin explained the chemicals and made recommendations on ways to ensure the spa water was safe for our family. In the end, PVS was the BEST from start to finish. We strongly endorse and recommend PVS, Shari, Alyssa, Dan, Justin to anyone looking to but a spa or swim

I bought a Sundance spa almost 28 years ago. Its still in fabulous condition. Its proven to be a bargain over time because of its superior quality. I have had a few service calls over the year and I am always pleased with the quick response time and the knowledgeable staff especially Justin. He has me back to marinating in my spa in no time!

Very dissatisfied not with the spa but with the Covana telescopic cover. Works great but the seals on the front have come off and I have repeatedly contacted Paradise service and final the sales men that sold us this unit and they would not even come out to see the problem. We had had the unit for six months (purchased and installed one year ago) and the seal started to come off in the front. I have had to use double sided tape to repair. It is now one year old and still no response from Paradise except to say “will get back to you”. What a laugh .

For 15 years Paradise Valley Spas has always done an excellent job repairing my spa whenever a problem occurs. Justin is an excellent technician I appreciate his expertise and friendly approach. I would recommend Paradis Valley Spas to anyone who wants to keep their spa in great shape

UPDATE:After a few back and forth calls, they have ensured that we would be receiving the spa very soon and have made extra efforts to collect it from the other delivery person who was not able to deliver, and provided a new delivery date. They have been very understanding of customer frustration and have made steps to immediately rectify the situation which is appreciated!PREVIOUS:We ordered the spa 3 months ago. They took the deposit and said it would be delivered in about one month time. Then Covid happened and they said it would be delivered after lockdown ends, fair enough. We phoned again recently and they now say they starting to deliver again but our spa is with someone else who does the delivery for them who is not delivering and there’s nothing they can do.So they’re now holding onto thousands of dollars of deposit and not delivering the spa, the type of response we get from them has been very fuzzy and non committal, very disappointing. I can only pray they deliver it soon or I’ll try get a refund, this has not been a great retail experience.

Top knotch service, great selection of Jacuzzi tubs and more. Great financing got me the hot tub (Jacuzzi) of my dreams. My wife and I couldnt be happier. Having a Jacuzzi has totally helped our skin and its so relaxing after a long day a work. It just makes you feel better. They service the hot tub every month so theres nothing for us to do but enjoy. Best purchase since I bought my Harley! Five stars, highly recommend!

I just bought a optima spa from the sale that was going on at stonridge in Pleasanton tried three times to tell Javier the sales man the colors that we wanted he was always very kind in saying they would contact me by phone and they did to go over the colors and special equipment for my 85 year old mother with a stroke the delivery was very stressful and they didnt know how to connect the special railing that has not been attached Ive called 3day in a row since delivery on 8/16/17 no one will return a call to help not to mention the spa is completely the wrong colors accept for the inner part and the cover is grey not the light beige 😡😡😡 And the outer shell is dark brown not light beige so they are the worst at customer care up till today and until someone gets ahold of me and fixes this I will not change my post. And I will contact the media if necessary
