We bought our spa early 2019 before COVID hit hard. Despite all that everyone has been great! We’ve had a few issues with our salt cartridge and they have been wondering. Customer service has been great.

We ordered a swim spa/jacuzzi combo pool and have to say Creative Energy was a great company to deal with as they kept us in the loop with our order, the delivery went great with a awesome crew and John Jr. was very east to work with and made time to come over and explain all the ins and outs of the pool which was pretty simple. We purchased a Fireplace Extraordinaire 616 Gas Insert from Creative Energy and absolutely love it, we had a wood burning fireplace for the longest time and due to all the spare the air days, we were unable to utilize it when we wanted to. We worked with Casey and he was able to help us find the perfect insert that fit our needs. The technicians that did the installation were very efficient and courteous to us, while in our home. The fireplace heats our large house very well and Ive already referred some of my friends and family to stop by the showroom. Thank you Creative Energy!

Creative Energy Concord – When we visited your store we were greeted from a friendly staff that gave us exceptional customer service and were attentive to our needs. We wanted a good hot tub and after reading several recommendations we decided to go with the Hot Springs. Driving down and speaking with Michelle and Antonio really helped us decide what hot tub to go with, they were patient with us and they answered all our questions and concerns. After three visits during the weekend we finally decided on the type of hot tub we wanted. However, before deciding I would highly recommend the soak test before purchasing that was what really made us make up our mind. Casey was phenomenal in helping me map out our yard and I appreciated his passion for helping me get that task done quickly. He was able to come out the next day and meet with the contractors to help layout a plan that best suited our hot tub. It’s important to remember when you’re buying a hot tub that you’re not only buying a hot tub, but you’re developing a relationship with the company that you purchased it from. It is worth taking a drive out to Creative Energy in Concord before you purchase a hot tub, the store is beautiful, the staff is friendly and they have a lot to choose from.

Creative Energy carries the superior Hot Springs Spas. We chose the Beam model and were lucky enough to have Casey as our customer service rep. The pricing was excellent, Casey provided excellent contractor contact info for both an electrician and landscaper who helped pour a concrete slab. The day the tub arrived the electrician came by to hook up the tub that day. Casey came out to the house to walk us through set up and continued maintenance. One of the best customer service experiences ever. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of working with Casey at Creative Energy while searching for the right spa for our home. Casey took the time to help me understand the salt water chlorination system, and walked me through all of the different Hot Springs models available at their store. We needed to match the color of the natural wood on our house, so we ended up ordering from another manufacturer (through a different store), but Caseys assistance really helped me move toward finding the right spa.

I was looking for a Hot Springs Spa store close to me and when I looked it up I see there was a Grand Opening of a new store in Concord. I called to see if they carried supplies and they do so I went down to check it out. I was very impressed with their showroom they had a lot to look at but I was just there for supplies. The sales staff were very helpful and took me over to their counter and the lady asked me what make and Model I had. I did not know the make and model because I bought it about 4 or 5 years ago. The young lady proceeded to look up different models until we found it. She was EXTREMELY patient and very sweet to look up all the parts I needed plus the pricing was better than Amazon. They have a Grand Opening Sale going now so it is a good time to stock up. It is nice to have a reliable source close by to me. I highly Recommend them.

Quick, Efficient, Clean and Polite

This is my first time buying or owning a hot tub, let along a salt system hot tub. I checked out Creative Energy. Right of the bat, Casey, the sales lead was super responsive to what I was looking for. He was quite candid in what the hot tubs could offer. Long story short, he was the reason I bought the hot tub. He helped me get a great deal. He has also followed up with a lot of newb questions.Now for the hot tub itself. As I mentioned earlier, it is a hot tub with a salt system that generates chlorine. When you open the tub cover, you smell a bit of the chlorine but when you step out of the water, you do not smell the chlorine on your skin. The water feels soft on your skin and not harsh like chlorinated water.Bottomline, really recommend the salt system and getting a hold of Casey to help you out!

Our experience with Creative Energy and our salesman, Casey Ellgas, has been outstanding. The showroom in Concord was beautiful and they had an area for my kids to play and plenty of treats. Casey was a wonderful and knowledgeable salesman. He also helped us get the best deal ever on our Relay spa. He was available to us with any questions and got back to us right away. When the spa was installed yesterday I realized that it was oriented the wrong direction! I called Casey right away and he has offered to come over personally and help turn it! Patience Pays! First time owning a spa so I didn’t know what to expect. I was referred to Creative Energy by a friend who purchased a tub from them a few years back.It all started with a visit to their new showroom in Concord. I called ahead to let them know I was going to stop by with my two kids to test out some spas. The showroom had just opened a day ago so it wasn’t all dialed in, but the owner and rep Casey made it very welcoming for my family. My kids are pretty young and full of energy and appreciated the patience and attention Casey had for my kids. He powered on some spas for them and let them jump in. The kiddos had a blast.I was deciding between The Vanguard and the Grandee. Both have a lot of benefits, but The Grandee fits more people which I liked. After much research between the two I decided to pull the trigger on The Grandee.We were working on our back yard project while looking for a new spa which included pouring a concrete pad for the tub. There are a lot of details on the tub that you need be aware about that will impact the way an electrician and or concrete contractor goes about there project. Being that our back yard project was a complete renovation these details were very important.I was able to contact the owner at Creative Energy and have him connect with my contractors to insure we were all on the same page on where electrical needed to go, how thick of a concrete pad we needed and any other details. The owner was super helpful and went over every important detail with my contractors and myself. Any questions that came up throughout the construction project he would be available to answer. I was very impressed by his thoroughness on insuring we had what we needed.Once we finished the concrete pad we were ready for the delivery of the tub. We were placed on their calendar for delivery. After only a few weeks we received our call for delivery which was a few days before Thanksgiving. The delivery crew arrived and they were very aware. I let them know that our sod had just been laid out and to plan the movement of the spa accordingly. Tub set...Success!!! The crew went over the features and special instructions on the tub for electrical connection.Once again I connected the owner to my electrician to go over the connection details...they made it happen and the tub was up and running.It was time to fill up the tub and throw in the chemicals. I called Casey who was the rep that I started with at the showroom. Casey has been awesome throughout the process. Especially while getting my tub dialed in. Casey stopped by my home for the initial walk through and made sure all chemical levels were set. He went over the control board with me so that I understood the features. He’s played a key role in making sure my family and I get the most out of our tub. I am getting better with the chemicals and setting the levels, but still needs a bit of work LOL.Overall I am very pleased with the Service I received from this family owned business.The attention to detail is very important to me and they did a great job meeting those expectations.The Tub is Awesome...my family and I party in there every other day. I highly recommend Creative Energy for you next spa purchase...now it’s time for me to take a dip! Cheers!

I stopped at Creative Energy in Concord to pick up supplies for our new hot tub. Casey Ellgas was on the showroom floor and was extremely helpful. I casually mentioned our difficulty getting the water clear and getting the chemical levels right (were not use to the salt water system), and he took the time to contact my wife to trouble shoot what we were doing wrong, and go over the proper steps to get it right. My wife reached out to Casey a few more times subsequently when she erred, and he helped her repeatedly without condensation. As a courtesy, he even stopped by after work to physically see our tub, and get us on the right track. This was old-school customer service at its finest. We are so grateful to Casey for his tutoring us, and we REALLY love our Hot Springs tub. Weve already referred one hot tub shopper to Casey, and I have another referral on the way. Casey at the Concord store is my go-to guy on all things hot-tub related, so I can concentrate on enjoying my spa tub.

We have a 13 year old sun drenched, cat clawed & generally beat up hot tub cover which is soon to be replaced Thanks to Creative Energy in Concord.Back in 2006 I purchased our 2 person Solana TX when Creative Energy was located in Dublin. Searching the internet multiple times I thought I would never be able to find a replacement cover until I discovered the Concord location.Caseys friendly customer service was fantastic, he was able to locate and order the part immediately. A new cover is now on its way to us!In addition he mentioned the proven health benefits of regular spa use and I couldnt agree more.Thanks Again, ~cathy
