They have always been very helpful. Every time I bring in a water sample they are usually are able to test it and make their recommendations in just a few minutes. I am very happy with the service provided.

I am experiencing the opening of a salt water pool for the first time. I have had three chlorine/bacquacil type pools before, but I wanted to be sure I did this correctly. The guys at this shop treated me as if they had known me forever. They explained in detail that was clear to me what I needed to do and provided the procedures in writing as well. This took away all of my concerns about this. There are pool stores much closer to my home, but I will travel the extra miles because these fellows will go that extra mile for you!

Great service. Came here at the recommendation of my real estate agent and was not disappointed. Asked a million questions my first time in to get some extra input on general pool ownership as I was inheriting a bit of a mess. Was steered away from gimmicks Im sure they couldve made a quick buck off of if they wanted. Instead I got a ton of valuable feedback, my water throughly tested and supplies I needed to close up for the year.

I did not have the best experience with these folks. While they were nice enough, they did not fix my problem BUT did charge me for it! They did not know what they were doing with pool heaters, so if that is what you need service on, call someone else.

They practice bait and switch, this is the second time an employee over the phone told me a price but when I got there the item is $10-$15 more.The first time I wrote it off as a mistake and purchased the item from them.The second time it happened an employee told me the prices have been changing, well if you know that then just go look at the price tag. The store is small enough. It’s frustrating because I want to support local businesses and honestly if they had told me the correct price I would have purchased the second item from them. The deceitful tactic is not okay. I hope they will take the time to look at the price tags next time someone calls if it truly was a mistake.

Insanely knowledgeable crew here. Highly suggest bringing a water sample if youre having any issues and theyll map out a quick way to get your chemistry back to normal. Every few weeks, I take one in just to check. Never feel pressured to take something I dont need, and they have parts available for just about any setup in case your pump or skimmer or anything in between has an issue!

I first called and wanted a service person to come out and look at our hot tub. They suggested I bring a water sample In so they can test it and see what it needs rather then spend the money on a service call. When we arrived they tested our water right away and gave us what we needed. Jacob and Tracy were very friendly and knew there product. We will definitely be going back on the futureThank you both so very much

The people that work there are very helpful and they do a PH test for you if you dont have a tester for your own personal use and with the test they tell you what chemicals that you need for your pool

I would highly recommend this company for phenomenal service, they recently located an ongoing issue that had been going on for over a year, this problem caused by another pool company locally. I requested they replaced a pool pump and to repair my sand filter. They did the repairs in a timely manner, the service tech was first class and they did all the repairs in record time. A great company to work with and they have my pool and spa repair business going forth. Thanks Cayman Pools for making me an enthused customer. Keep up the good work.

If we could give them ten stars we would! Kathy and Dave rescued us when we purchased a home with a poorly maintained pool equipment issue. They worked us in to their busy schedule, came out and inspected the equipment and recommended a repair. They are very professional, did a great job and the price was right. We have been impressed with the professionalism and quick response from Cathy whenever we have had any service needs for our pool. Most recently Cathy diagnosed our problem over the phone and was able to fit us into her busy schedule. She and her partner were at our home first thing in the morning troubleshooting the issue, secured parts necessary and got us back running by the end of the day. Cathy and Dave totally saved our bacon when pump stopped working, potentially killing the last little bit of our swim season!! With no previous relationship, we reached out to Caymen in desperation to fix our pump when our pool installation company kept putting us off. They came over at 7:30 pm on same day of call and had us back up and running in less than 20 minutes!!! I cant say enough good things about them. They are awesome!!! I think this is the very first Google review I have ever given, so that should tell you something!!!

We just replaced our pump and filter for our inground pool and the service and professionalism have been amazing. We discussed what we needed (low maintenance and energy efficient) and they never tried to upsell us, just worked with us to meet our needs. Then they stuck with us to help us get our pool sparkling clean for the summer. Everyone at the store is very nice and super helpful too. I highly recommend them!

This is a great company. I called them because we were in a pickle with our pool, we had another pool service provider come out because we asked them to change the sand in our filter, they really botched the job and took forever, our pool was out of commission for almost two weeks (creating a nasty green pool). To top it off, the other company broke the filter. Cayman told me they could help, they came out within a day or so to determine what kind of filter and infrastructure we needed, and then went out of their way to fit us in on a Saturday, even with their very busy schedule, only a few days after my first initial call to them. So now our pool is finally back up and running. Cayman will be our first call next time!!
