My shopping experience at Rug Gallery in ConcordMills was a very pleasant, satisfying and unique experience.Pleasant, because I came in not expecting to find the rug that I felt would specifically fit my needs. Lauren and Yaser approached and asked me to describe what I was looking for and what room; what kind of decor and colors I had in mind. They patiently searched and found a beautiful rug with the colors and pattern that I really liked. I was also surprised when they allowed me to take a runner sample of it home to see if it was a fit.So the unique part is my beautiful rug was personally delivered to my home about a week later by Lauren and Yaser. I didn’t have anyone to help me so they brought my rug by and helped me get it all set up. They took the time to measure and place the rug as if it were their own home. I will never forget the outstanding customer service I received, and Will happily come back if I ever need another rug, and would refer any family or friend to them when looking to purchase a quality rug.I am very satisfied.❤️

The Rug Gallery is unbeatable! Not only do they have a ton of choices at very reasonable prices, but the customer service is seriously the best! We bought a home with a very open floor plan. I had a very pleasant experience shopping for and selecting an area rug to go under my Breakfast table. The sales representative was very patient and offered several options and suggestions. I did not select the option to take home a couple of different rugs to test out which rug would fit best in my home, this is an option that’s given to any prospective buyer. This is a very unique service at least to me as I’ve not received this level of service or trust in this type of establishment prior to now. I will admit, this is the best customer service I have had in a long time. Yaser was so helpful with picking out the perfect area rugs for our new home. He let me take several rugs home to actually see how they would look in my house. I purchased 2 beautiful area rugs. The Rug Gallery cut one rug down for a more customized fit in my dining room and made 2 runners out of the extra piece. They surge stitched the rough endings to match the original edging of the rug. I was traveling and found a rug in a store that I thought was perfect for the Great Room in our home. I was concerned about traveling with it and started to research it online. I found it at the Rug Gallery and the price was competitive. I really wanted the rug immediately and was afraid that it would take a few weeks to be delivered from the Rug Gallery. I called and spoke with Yaser. He was great. What customer service. He called the warehouse to check the status of that rug and how long it would take to get it shipped. Yaser called me back w/in an hour and told me that it would ship our the next day and arrive in 5 to 6 days after that. Perfect! I ordered it and received the shipping details. I got a phone call from Yaser 2 days later asking how we liked the rug as it showed it had already been delivered. I was away from the house, but sure enough, it was waiting on us when we arrived. Fabulous service. Fabulous selection. Within the few minutes of walking into the Rug Gallery, My husband and I knew Yaser knew his stuff, He picked up on what I was looking for even though I didn’t know right away. I have a hard time making decisions and I just couldn’t picture a rug in my room, so he let me take two rugs home without even a deposit….just my name, address and phone number. At Rug and Home I had to buy the rug and then get a refund after returning. If they didn’t have the right size, I would have to wait 6 weeks. Yasar could get any of his rugs (that weren’t discontinued) and the same one I saw at Rug and Home in about a week. THAT’S CUSTOMER SERVICE. He let me take a total of 5 rugs home. Now, the perfect one lives here. We absolutely love our living room rug.

No stone left unturned-Initially I came to the Rug Gallery seeking help with cleaning a larger area rug and left with so much more.First off, I was pleasantly surprised with the plethora of rugs available for viewing and even found myself browsing the content despite not being in the immediate market to upgrade.Yaser did a fantastic job with helping me navigate the different styles offered and even showed me some in house examples of rugs that had been seamlessly pieced together.I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism exhibited and that the timeline was kept in regard to picking up my cleaned rug. I was allowed to take the rug home on a trial basis to see the true colors. We wanted a smaller one but ended up keeping the larger one we took home. Talk to them and let them know your need ..they are willing to work with you to find what you need. comparing to the chains in the vicinity of 10 to 15 miles the price point/ quality / customer service .. We were very impressed with our experience at the Rug Gallery. The associates were most helpful and patient with a customer who “will know the rug I want when I see it.” - me! They knew when to suggest something or when to just let us look. They asked questions and looked at pictures of rugs I had saved on my phone, trying to read my mind. I did find my rug! It was almost at the bottom of a tall stack of rugs (of course!) This store has a lot more inventory than the storefront might suggest. It was definitely worth our drive from Rock Hill, SC.

Rug Gallery offers an impressively large selection of styles to choose from, and the owners are very helpful in determining the right choice. Two of the rugs we wanted were not in stock, so they had to be shipped directly to our home from the factory. Through no fault of the Rug Gallery, the factory sent us the wrong colors. The Rug Gallery owners were very attentive to getting the problem resolved, and they even voluntarily refunded our shipping fee to compensate for the mixup. It was very satisfying experience.

He is very knowledgeable and helped me understand what I was looking at, how it was made and helped me find great natural material rugs for our home.I took advantage of the Summer Sale and saved so much Im almost feeling guilty, since Ive looked for weeks for the rugs I got from him, but was ready to pay much more. I always like to support local shop owners but when youre looking at a larger purchase, often their prices cant compete with the big stores. Not the case here. I even ordered another rug from him to match the ones I bought since the prices were so awesome!Tea and fruit in the lounge area is a nice touch, and the friendly, relaxed atmosphere is a welcome change from lots of other stores who either ignore you or assault you with sales people.What a great, friendly, easy buying experience! I would highly recommend coming here and taking advantage of their sale prices and great selection.

I had not bought a nice rug in years and came to Rug Gallery by mistake thinking I was going to another store. I could not have been more pleased. They had a great selection of rugs of all sizes and then let me take home some samples to see how they looked in my house. They also let me take home an 8 foot round rug to see how the size was. They are very talented with colors and what goes together. They are the nicest and most helpful people. I would highly recommend them for your next rug purchase.

They have a large selection of absolutely beautiful, high quality rugs in a variety of styles and sizes. They can also customer cut and bind to meet your needs. I feel that the prices are reasonable. I had already shopped at almost every rug dealer in Charlotte when I found the Rug Gallery and Im so glad I found this business. From the beginning they worked with the budget I had allowed. I was treated so well by the owners of the Rug Gallery. I moved into a house full of hardwood floors and needed to integrate different colors of rugs from room to room in a multitude of sizes. The owners spent lots of their time helping me with a design plan and considered the amount of traffic each piece would get in determining the quality I needed. They special ordered specific sizes for me and kept me informed on the delivery schedule. They even worked their magic on capping and seaming a special runner to the specific size I needed. The owners at the Rug Gallery were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

Words can’t express how fabulous it is to shop at the Rug Gallery. The selection is phenomenal and is only surpassed by the customer service from Yaser and team!!! Seriously, I have bought several rugs; big, small, wool, polyester, formal, casual...and never disappointed with choices.
