Such an awesome experience. My husband got hearing aids~ had been after him for years. Now he has them and we are both SO happy. From the first day, its been the best experience. The office staff and the owner Melissa are absolutely amazing! Melissa took her time with us and made us feel like we were her top priority. You just dont get that anymore.....its get em in, get em out. Not here! Technology has come a long way. If youre thinking about hearing aids~ I highly recommend The Better Hearing Center. I cant imagine youll get better service or a better experience anywhere else.

Al and his staff are very helpful and they know what theyre doing. Getting good hearing aids makes a huge difference if you are hearing impaired. Al got the most out of the hearing aids that my insurance covered, and he worked with me to fine-tune them to the best they could offer. No hearing aid is like real hearing, but this is the closest I have been in 20 years and it has been a wonderful change for the better. Thanks Al!

They they set me up with the hearing aids I needed for my hearing loss no complaints whatsoever highly highly highly recommend this place wonderful staff they wont sell you what you dont need

Likes to spend time pushing just one brand of hearing aids which makes me think they must get a bonus for selling them. Think they should be more open to many brands as one aid will not work for everyone.

This was my first time in the hearing aids experience. Quick appt. setup (meaning not 2 months out). Herb took the time to explain every detail and answered every question i asked. I was very comfortable at this place. The staff are very nice and super helpful.

Not a fan. Only went here because they were an in-network provider with my insurance company. Little stuff. Hesitant to let me demo a 2nd pair of hearing aids. Not having aids ready for appointments. Not having accessories I asked for at appointments. Invoices dated two weeks prior to being mailed. Invoices sent to wrong address. I do feel that my audiology exam was pretty thorough. Thats the only positive.
