Useless. During the time of covid delta, I walked into lucky, no staff at door checking compliance, no one at customer service desk, after standing around for way longer than a few minutes a younger bagging techncian, clearly irritated by my standing mask less and quizzically gesticulating my need for a mask in order to comply with govt mandated edicts as well as keep lucky from being fined for failing to give 2 flying fs about anyones safety; I was told they have no masks to provide me, they wont sell me a mask, and for me to walk to CVS. I explain that Im not from here and ask for directions. They say they dont know where CVS is... its half a mile. Really? I see your priorities reflect- er.. reflect... wow I guess something, but what? Poor service or uselessness. I dont even know why Im wasting time writing this. You deserve 0 stars. Sorry. After normality is re established and if you still exist Ill try again.

This is a super nice store! If you havent shopped here, you should. It isnt usually crowded, and has both unusual things and the regular things as well. Plus the floors are super nice, and they have a fresh orange juicer. Produce is always very good. Prices similar to safeway.

Lucky Supermarket is a great place to shop. The store is clean and well stocked. My cashier, Lajuanna, was rude. She never greeted me and kept talking to another employee. The only words she spoke to me were do you need help out? This is not the first time I have had this issue with this cashier. I try to not get in her line if at all possible.

If youre tired of the service at Safeway, or should I say, the lack thereof, try Lucky; Im betting you wont be disappointed.

The isles were surprisingly spread out. The store was roomy and clean. The prices seemed better than Safeway.

My favorite market. Prices are reasonable even now, compared to other markets in the area. I know many of the cashiers. That makes it nice. I usually find what I need. I tried the instacart. That was good. But I like to use my marketing time as an outing for the week.

Deli worker not wearing mask..

This gets 4 stars due to the COVID. In a land of Safeways Lucky is empty with wide aisles. They have almost everything I would get at Safeway and a few are cheaper. I wont lie, once everything settles down I will probably go back to Safeway but Lucky fits the need for now

I Usually shop at Safeway, but I was killing time in the area around Luckys, and will shop here again whenever Im in the area, I enjoyed the open spacing in the store.

This review is for Tanya, who was working at the Oakland Luckys in Montclair during the pandemic, but who normally works at the Concord store. I went to the Oakland Luckys on a Friday night, and on the way out, I lost my wallet in the parking lot. I called the store, and even though it was after hours, Tanya agreed to search the parking lot for my wallet. A few minutes later, I found it wedged between the seats in my car, and I called her back and told her so. She said thank god, because the flashlight on her phone had drained her battery and she couldnt call me back. Anyway, Tanya went way out of her way to help me, even when the store was closed, and she is very cool. She should get paid millions because she is so cool and helpful. How lucky Luckys is to have her!

Theres been some great changes in this Luckys store this past year. Prices seem more reasonable and they have really expanded on food items for those of us with food allergies. If your dairy free and gluten free this store works very well now. Our family also appreciates the expanded options of organic fruits and vegetables. Thank you.

Great selection but pricey. Hadnt set foot in a Lucky store in ages. Staff is pretty courteous except for a certain few.

I absolutely love shopping at Luckys I love how friendly everyone is their the customer service is great the food is always fresh I feel welcomed there. I absolutely have no complaints they have amazing sushi bar I highly recommend it. Im so sad that Ive been living in Concord for almost nine years and I always drove past Luckys but I never bothered to go inside till recently and now I always go to Luckys, you dont even have to be a member to get the discounts!

Great store with friendly workers

Great store. Has all the foods you need. Produce section looks fresh, meats have good color and firmness. Prices are good and specials can be awesome. Aisles are wide and plenty of parking. The weekend summertime barbecue holds a special place for me.

I went to the Lucky store to shop for my vegan chili ingredients. The energy in the produce area was amazing. As I was gathering my produce, I couldnt help notice the young man working in the produce area. He was interacting with so many customers as he was restocking shelves and organizing displays. As I approached the employee to ask for some help, I noticed him grabbing and bagging greens from a high shelf for an elderly lady. What a gentleman! I noticed his name badge. Alex is great with customer service. He helped me with my pepper selection. In conversation, I mentioned that I was making a vegan chili. He immediately showed me the selection of vegan products. He mentioned a few that were new to the store and shared his favorites. Alex is quite knowledgeable about his product. What an experience!

Beautiful store and friendly employees

Dont use the self checkout, when it doesnt work the guy will not help or move from his stand, even if no other people are in line. Spent 15 minutes attempting to check out called for help and was told try it again 7 times. Finally packed everything in cart and got in line at normal check out. Wont ever go back .

Great price for salmon when on sale

I love this store and sometimes I forget that its there. Its a little pricey but they have really good sales on their meat and produce but dont ever go there at 3 on a weekday, its horrible. Thats when school gets out and all the kids from the high school seem to go there.

Super clean store. Shelves always stocked nicely. Nice variety of items with much more choices in many categories. Meat, seafood and produce are excellent. The shopping experience itself is a pleasure. The store is at least 1/2 as crowded as other competition. I have run in to grab a couple items I had forgot while I was cooking. Was in and out in way under 5 minutes.

I dont go into grocery stores very often. I mostly shop at Costco, Concord Produce, and online food markets. However, sometimes the deals at Luckys are too good to pass up, and this is my favorite location to find them at. Employees are always happy to help you find something, and everything is usually well stocked and organized.We went in on Fathers Day to get some $0.50 oysters to BBQ and they happened to be out of them, (a nice gentleman employee walked back and double-checked for me) but they gave me a rain-check and I bought lobster tails for $6 each instead!Self-check always seems to be in working order and I get just as good customer service there as I do in the other check-stands, and there lines arent ever bad either. This is such a great store - glad its close to home.

Clean and well maintained store. When I was there in the morning the store was almost empty, very few shopper inside.

I purchased the prefix meal for Thanksgiving at $49 it was absolutely a steal. The food was delicious the portions more generous then stated 8 to 10 people easily fed 12 with leftovers. I would highly recommend this holiday package to anyone looking for a easy to prepare meals with great taste and wont break the bank. And thank you Luckys and friendly staff at the deli.

One word. I LOOOOVE IT. Well thats three, but its worth the extra two. I use to work at Kmart and I loved coming here for lunch to get their deli sandwiches. Amazing prices on them. Very friendly workers at the deli also. Helpful. And honest. And Kind. I enjoyed shopping here.

I love this store! The cashiers are friendly, and even the customers are nice - unlike the people that shop at other grocery stores. But, they really need to teach their employees how to bag items. All your groceries seem to just be thrown into bags as they come down the belt; no matter what the items are - like canned goods on top of baked goods. :/

My neighborhood grocery store, while it is not as updated as the Safeway that is right down the road, there is rarely any congestion at this Luckys which makes for a better shopping experience in my opinion. The prices are on par with competing grocery stores, and they have everything you would need or expect out of grocery store so Im giving 5 stars just because I never have to wait in lines when I come here to shop.

Luckys is the only grocery store I go to now. Great customer service, the special sales are the best.

I have always been a lucky fan. Prices are low enough at the store and not have to worry about coupons is a great feeling.

Its clean and not as busy as other grocery stores. Their flower department is subpar at best. Service is very slow too.

It is in disarray as they are in the process of remodeling.

They had everything I needed good places to big though. Pretty fair prices at first I couldnt find the front door theyre it easier in of the far building it was weird what a good place for an out-of-towner to shop

The meat manager is a masterful artist with his display in the meat counter and is a wealth of knowledge concerning cooking methods.

Store is nice. Most people who work here are nice but few grumps. Extremely sick of the kids hanging outside front door. Pushing carts towards cars. Rude, vulgar and inappropriate attitude to adults entering store. Also unimpressed with people begging for money via guitar/ other means.I am a mother and a nurse. Love kids but these ones give other teenagers bad rap. Wish you could clean that up.

Nice market cannot smell fish counter when you walk in door, good selection, higher prices than say safeway never very busy only real issue complaint is they only ever have 2 check stands staffed needs more employees other wise a fine chain grocery store.

Ive been to bigger lucky stores but this one is just right, I usually shop at night and this place is nice and quiet when I go. It is a bit far from me but they have somethings you cant get anywhere else so its worth it.
