Definitely, one of the busiest Teeters, but also lots of associates to assist with finding products and assisting in the check-out process. Store very clean and looks like a fair number of home-shop business is done here. Staff very nice and helpful. Very well-stocked aisles, especially for a Sunday afternoon.

Im a total Food Lion girl, but this Harris Teeter is so clean, super stocked and the nicest employees! Definitely sigh up for their rewards program to help save money.

Harris Teeter is great. Excellent seafood section. Pricey but when they have a sale its usually a great deal!

Over priced and not a lot of choices in anything. Bathroom was nasty.

Some may say they shop here because its convenient but I shop here due to the employees! Theyre always friendly and making sure you find everything you need. Big shout-out to Mike and Pete theyre personality and willingness to help is amazing!!

Went early on a Saturday to get donuts for the kids and they had them out and ready as expected and the kids gave the donuts a thumbs up on taste.

This particular Harris teeter is a great local store. We go in for $3.99 full subs when they are on sale, which they are through February 23rd, and they always make fantastic subs. Also, their meat department is next to none, they are great people and always here to please. all employees at this store are friendly and helpful, and the store is always neat and clean.

This particular Harris Teeter fits right in with the chain of other Harris Teeters. Nice, clean,, great staff, dope selection. What else could one ask for in a grocery store.

Its our regular goto place for veggie shopping, we get our collard green and kohl rabi from here.

I was shopping there today and there were several ignorant customers not wearing masks at all. I also saw several employees with masks around there necks. They don’t clean their shopping carts either. There are plenary of places to shop that take covid seriously. I’ll shop elsewhere.

Fourth week in a row out of wheat bread in the deli, they do not close for another 3 hours and will not make more or have made more any other week. It is annoying at this point, so I’m writing this one star review in hopes y’all make more wheat bread for the deli. White bread does not sit right with me, I am annoyed, just make some wheat bread please.

Well the customer service has just become pathetic. I got two extra things yesterday threw the receipt by mistake as they earlier used to lookup receipts on Vic card. The store manager on Sunday night 8 pm (did not get her name) was extremely extremely rude. When I requested Ina very soft tone...is it possible for this time as I did not know about the new policy.. She literally yelled at me saying thts the policy.. I would have happily taken a polite No. U just lost a loyal customer. Straight went to food lion (east field Rd ) 5 mins drive frm this place and did my groceries for the week of 100 bucks.. byby Harris teeter ! Kudos to your impolite customer service. Keep on using the Vic card which is of no use except for the company to collect my data... Hope to never see you again.. !!

I just wanted to thank the hard working staff at Harris Teeter. I went in this evening for a couple of things and what impressed me was this friendly worker spraying and wiping grocery carts with disinfectant. She said hello and asked me if I needed a cart. I did. So she finished wiping it down and gave it to me. Something simple but so very important did not go unnoticed nor unappreciated.

Location is clean and well stocked. I prefer this store over the Highland Shoppes one nearby.

Disgusting deli with staff that is never around, always off to the side doing God knows what, a lady there (short w/ brown hair in a ponytail) doesn’t wear the mask properly (she has her nose out) and there are visibly lots of flies landing on all the equipment. Saw three flies dead on the floor in front of the deli and flies on both the weight and slicing machine. I was repulsed and will never buy anything from the deli at this store again.

Unfortunately this store has a blasé attitude towards enforcing their mask mandate. Numerous people walking around without masks. The store could inform people that claim to have “medical exemptions” that they need to do carside pickup. Haven’t seen it this bad at any other Harris Teeter and it’s unfortunate.

Always a great place for groceries at this particular Harris Teeter. Never had a problem in the deli, or the bakery, or with anything whatsoever. If you live in the area and even if you dont, I would recommend stopping by this particular Poplar Tent Harris Teeter

I had a really bad experience there on Friday 3/20. My hand was cut several places by the shopping cart handle. All their carts are in bad condition and hard to push and rusty. I didnt notice until I got home I wanted to pick up a prescription a half hour before closing but of course it wasnt ready. (of course I called) I was wearing a an N95 respirator because of severe asthma. I decide to get a few grocery items. I asked for help out. All the teens ran away. One boy was locking the doors. He wouldnt unlock the closest door for me even though he had the key in his hands. I walked back and got a polite adult assistant manager. And He helped me. To add insult to injury the little cashier girl did not give me one item really wanted. I called back later. Spoke to a manger, they dont usually save stuff like that. And the trouble with the door didnt happen because he didnt see it. I wouldnt go there unless you want your hand cut by a dirty cart handle

I have been going there for 17 years. I have seen it managed well. And I have seen it managed poorly. Right now its at its lowest point. But they always have what I need. The meat counter could definitely have better cuts of meat for the price they ask. No choice cuts. Only USA prime.

I love this grocery store.....so why do I only give it three stars? Simply put, the prices. Many items we buy, if not on a buy one get one free sale, are 30 percent to sometimes 3 times higher than the local Wal-Mart. Yes, I said and meant 3 times the price. (I usually see this in the ice cream and frozen food sections) I only go to HT to pick up convince items and buy one get ones since it is so close, but I save my weekly shopping for grocery stores a little farther away that are not as pricey.

This was one of my favorite locations to go to. Whoever this new supervisor is I think his name is Jason will make you not return to this location again. I will be going down the street to the Davidson location from now on until he is gone or relocated. Amanda is my favorite supervisor there

Great place for grocery shopping with good prices and variety of stock. One of my go to places for grocery shopping. The VIC and eVIC program is one of the best. Now their fuel points program is another awesome option. All in all a great community grocery store.

I like shopping at this store. Its well stocked and clean. Also if you or your kids play Pokemon Go, its a gym! 📱🎮👍

Im a Michigander and I just love coming to North Carolina. When Im here I use this Harris Teeter for my groceries. I think they are terrific. Choices plentiful, wine selection full and the people are always so nice.

This store reminds me what true customer service means. When my toddler threw a tantrum, a very nice store manager put on a vest and helped me get my groceries to the car. Thank you so very much!

Quality grocery store. Good selection of items, quality butcher. Good selection of wine/beer. Clean. Does not have salad/food bar with seating as some other HT. Good customer service. Expect to pay 1.5-2x Walmart prices.

It’s 2020, if you’re going to change your hours post it online not on a piece of paper on the door. You posted hour updates June 3 due to Covid so Clearly it’s possible

The home shop at this store could be better. This location usually has a wait to check out. They could use more help, especially during peak shopping times.

This Harris Teeter has everything you need. This location is also very clean. Checkout lines moved very quickly. The Starbucks at this location is very good also.

They need a new butcher... My wife and I wanted a thick slab steak cut in half and he cut it more like 25:75 ratio. Now Im eating a thin steak while my wife is enjoying a nice thick one :(

I love shopping here. Most of the people here are very nice, but they have a handful of the rudest people cashiering. May need to change stores.

Associates are friendly. The store offers a nice variety of items. During big sales, many sale items are not in stock, however a raincheck is offered if you ask at the customer service desk. Prices are higher overall, but quality is good.

I love shopping at harris Teeter. And love they have star bucks insided the the store.

We shop at this location often. Today however we were concerned about employees NOT wearing gloves and masks. We were there (9 AM) ...Employees stocking produce shelves no gloves no masks...check out people and bag packers.

Well stocked, even on the weekend freebies and sale items. In the rare event that I cant find an advertised sale items, rain checks are great. Service is always great.

Nice clean store, its in basic terms a much better Walmart (for grocerys). You can find what you need quickly, and you can get checked out quickly as well. The service is nice and the employees are kind and on top of there game and there not just sitting around on there bums waiting for a pay check to be handed to them for nothing.

I am here now in line for super bowl Sunday and the line is across the store. I was looking for an item that they were out of so they checked in the back and could not find it. The guy knew about the product so he made a suggestion and it ended up working out great.

Visiting from the north I have to say that it is an exceptional grocery store

When my wife and I lived nearby this was our primary supermarket. Very nice, clean store and good service and selection. I hope now that Kroger has taken ownership that they are able to bring down prices, as that is my only complaint.

The store is quite small and doesnt carry many of the brands and specialty items I look for and can find at Walmart. I havent been impressed with any of my visits, not that its a terrible store, its just best to go there for milk and bread...basic things.

DO NOT GO HERE AS A VETERAN.My husband has been verbally abused and physically threatened by a staff member named KC countless times. Weve also witnessed him attack other veterans, and when one fought back, the store called the cops who arrested the veteran who was attacked, not the staff member.We had another issue when we bought a gift card and later went to use it. The card had $0 balance even though we had been charged the $100 when purchased. When we first tried to use it, the manager instead of trying to help, accused us of theft, asked to pat me down and kept insisting they had to call the cops. I kept insisting I had the reciept at home and offered to pay for my purchase with my credit card. She accused me of the fact I was wearing a sweater was proof I was a thief (it was 50 degrees) and kept threatening to call the cops. Luckily another employee interevened and we were allowed to leave without the cops being called.We went back later with the receipt and it turns out the original cashier stole our activated gift card and gave us the inactivated gift card. But KC now yells THIEF YOURE A THIEF whenever he sees either of us and nothing is done.Weve easily spent $8000/yr between groceries and prescriptions and were done because of this constant harassment.
