I have a hard time when I visited in the past to get customer service. I looked at a couple of items and was ignored by the people working there. I left without buying anything. I had gone to Collectibles Unlimited when they had the old owners. These new owners are not as friendly.

The employees are helpful and friendly, and if they dont know a thing, theyll get you to someone who does. They have a good selection of comics, a great selection of board games and an excellent selection of wargaming materials and are willing to place orders for you as well.

Went was totally ignored, the person who was there just looked at me and just went.into the back. I waited bout 5 mins. Then i left, will never go there again

This places has a little bit of everything and the employee there is a great guy always will to take the time out if you need help with something of just wanna talk it over. I would recommend this place if anyone is into tabletop games.

Friendly, Knowledgeable staff that works with handicapped and wheelchaired individuals. This place is not only game focused but customer focused as well. this was my first visit to C.U. but the feeling I got was that if I had a question it would be answered completely. As this was my first foray on purchasing a second tier board game (something more than monopoly), Mike educated me in the minutia, if not succinctly or concisely, on how he orders the games and what to expect if I want something that is not on his shelves.Overall my experience at Collectibles Unlimited was enjoyable. This will be a POI for me when I visit Concord in the future. The gaming area is a little small (4 Tables Big). Despite the smaller gaming space they do host a variety of events through the month and a monthly schedule that can be picked up on location.The organization of the store is decent. The board games are off to one side and promoted items are on the other nearest the door with RPG books separating them.It definitely gets my recommendation for local and visiting gamers!

There is a small amount of space at Collectibles devoted to coins. I bought some silver recently and the price was more than fair. Recommended highly.

Collectibles is my favorite location for hobby, game and comic related fun. I spend far more time there than anywhere else in Concord. I highly recommend it if you are looking for Magic Cards, Warhammer, Board Games, Warmachine/Hordes, X-wing, or Comic books!

Lots of Warhammer stuff, the owner is really nice, and they even have a lot of old Magic packs going back even to Alliances.
