My husband and I had a wonderful experience! Everyone was SUPER nice and very helpful! This was my first endeavor into getting anything embroidered, and they were patient with me and all my questions. And the final product is just as beautiful as I was hoping! I will definitely be back...sooner rather than later!

Love the friendly atmosphere, willing to help and take the time to explain all she has to offer (there is a lot, which is cool). Have been a customer for several years, purchasing business attire that she has embroidered that has been AMAZING each time Ive gotten them done here. She is willing to do almost anything when given the proper amount of time and the value is great! I will soon be doing some holiday shopping for 2017 because she has unique gifts that one can put to use everyday. Highly Recommend...but dont go in, if you want something done in an hour, her type of quality is not going to take an hour but a couple days and you wouldnt want it any differently because what you are getting is PURE quality and her love of what she does!

Made our newborn daughters bedroom set - handmade crib bedspread, ruffle and curtains. Strips of multi colored fabric all sewn together with border. Still have it.Also handmade our Christmas stockings. Wonderful, heartfelt ideas based on listening to what I had in mind.

I havent used their services before. However will not be in the future. When I called, the lady who answered the phone was rude and acted offended when I asked about same day service. I didnt ask with the assumption in mind that they werent busy. I just needed something quickly.

Went in to ask about embroidering a Christmas stocking and the lady was super sassy. Treated me as though I should have know the type of material I brought it couldnt be embroidered. She was rude and I will not be back!!

The lady that answer was very very rude and hung up on me I have a hundred hats that need to be done by the end of the week and I asked her how many heads she had and she then proceeded to be very mean so I do not recommend this place whatsoever

Called and asked a simple question lady who answered gave me an attitude and had horrible customer service answered the business in a stern loud hello as if it was a home phone I will never recommend or do business here
