They installed a very sharp colonial looking insulated steel door. It is very nice. I went with the Liftmaster opener motor. They did a great job, no issues at all.

These guys are hacks. I get it my garage is old and slightly out of level, but to pay almost $1500 dollars for the weather stripping on my brand new doors to be folding in is not right. Got a second opinion from a professional who stated he simply has to move the door over to fix this yet the technician from overhead said it wasnt possible. Also they put in electric openers which I didnt want and then had to come back to remove them, and the BRAND NEW doors were rubbing on the motor as the door opened causing them to scratch.My advice? Call a different company.

Called overhead to install a garage door, they were great to deal with. The installer was a great guy that took pride in his work. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am reviewing overhead doors on Manchester, by the looks of it, a branch of a regional company.I called for an estimate on a regular garage door, nothing fancy. After waiting an hour on the day they were to show, I called to find out my appointment wasnt in the system (sketchy). I had made the appointment with the supervisor. After putting him on he said he completely forgot.......Anyway, I waited for him to show up. When he did he had a car full of friends and made the estimate in about 5 minute. He told me theyd have an estimate to me by the end of the day. Never heard from them again.....Needless to say my garage door is still busted, but on a plus note I did install security cameras on my property. Id say stay away from them, but most likely theyll stay away from you.

Im giving a one start because they actually mastered the skill of picking up the phone after that good luck. I called for a simple service call and on three occasions couldnt even get a day scheduled after two weeks I called another location. I realize the drive was far for them and putting a date on the calendar is rough, but poor customer service cost them my business. In full disclosure while I live on the seacoast this location had installed the door in my home prior to my buying it so I would have called Portsmouth location initially, but figured Id give original installer from Concord first crack at my business. Well I was wrong. Portsmouth picked up first ring and gave me a date, imagine that for the tech to come out. Overall it shouldnt be this hard to give simple honest customer service.

Needed a replacement torsion spring. Brought my broken spring at 7 am and they cut me a new one on the spot. Very good experience .

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the biggest scam of a company Ive ever seen. If you want to go to someone who takes advantage of the elderly, go to them. My grandmother had another company come out to install a garage door keypad outside and this company showed up and charger claiming they did the work, WHEN THE DID NOT. They changed the passcode that the other company made and charged my grandmother $75! She paid them thinking it was the company because she had just got home. They tried to claim the work of anothercompany, biggest scam Ive ever seen should be ashamed and I hope they go out of business
