Part of the Four Points Sheraton, this is a modern cafe will very decent selection of food, mostly western. Great service even at night, one hour before closing. Food is served promptly and freshly made, except for the salad which is a tad warm, as though the ingredients were left out of the fridge for a while now. Otherwise the taste more than made up for the flaws. Nice ambience with spacious seating and high ceilings. There were people sitting around with laptops, as though they have been there for a while. Overall a great place worth visiting.
A part of Four Points by Sheraton, the restaurants ambiance was lovely. The interior reflected a posh modern classic design, with white-painted walls, tiled flooring in the palette of white-beige-brown, and typography arts. The main dining hall was spacious, with a bread corner and a mahogany grand piano on a corner. The smoking area was separated by glass walls. The interior design of the restaurant is in tune with the hotels one.We had Fettuccini Basil, Roasted Chicken Spring, and Hazelnut Latte. I personally liked my pasta and they served it the way I wanted (I asked them not to add some cheese on top of the pasta). For the roasted chicken, the portion was a little bigger than expected (which was good). I would not say that the latte was exceptional but it was decent though so no objection from me. The price was somewhat expensive though but with such an ambiance, Buttercup Boulangerie is worth a visit.
This place isn’t open! Came twice on different days both closed. Do not waste your time coming here. 1pm and 5pm we came at.
Great place for hang out with friends and family. Good food. The space is quite large so it is quite comfortable if you come along with many friends. However, Id like to give them 4.5 because after several times come to this place, I wouldnt recommend their Asian or Indonesian food. I would very much recommend the pastry though.
Considered affordable since it’s located in a hotel. The food, however, is not as good as expected. Many of its menu were out of stock. I ordered pumpkin soup as a starter and three layer sandwich as the main dish. The sandwich is good, but the potatoes were overcooked. It was the most bitter potatoes I’ve ever tasted (even a homemade potato didn’t taste this bad). The pumpkin soup came later. It tasted so so, but the bread was obviously crunchy and good. I think their main speciality is bread.My family ordered pasta and steamed salmon fish. The pasta was not so good, and the steamed salmon was just purely plain.The place was cozy and comfortable though. If the food tastes better, I’d come here again for sure. But maybe for now, I’d come here again only for the bread.
Very cozy atmosphere. Good selection of food and they even have an all day breakfast till 10pm. Pumpkin soup is freshly made and it is served in a bread bowl. Tumbs up. I ordered the beef sandwich and found the beef is too touch. But they are willing to change it for me but only the beef. If you happend to be in bandung the cooler month, their herbal tea is a good beverage choice.overall its a nice drining experience here. I would have given a higher rating if not for the sandwich.
Tried the food but for me the taste and price are quite standard for Bandung cafes.Liked their presentation of pumpkin soup inside a bread crust.Also tried their baked chicken rice but seems the serving size is too small.Too bad many of our choice of dishes end up not available not sure what is the reason and the servicing time is quite long.
We came here for dinner at christmas event, and its really bad experience we had there. The decoration for christmast was great, a nice spot for take a photo for your social media feed, but the food is not so good. We had Dori Spinach and Minute Wagyu Steak Sandwich. The dinner food here is pricey, so we expect something great in taste. But, the taste is no special. Minute wagyu steak sandwich taste is not great, and Dori Spinach taste is bad. We are really disappointed.10/10 will not comeback.

Came here for christmas dinner with my wife & in laws. The place is nice, food was almost decent, service was very bad. For an establishment located at a hotel i expected much more and i really think buttercup can improve.1. Very bad waiting staff service -> staff was not briefed about the special menu they had for christmas eve dinner,staff had no knowledge about what wine they were going to serve,no offering for water or any other drinks, when i asked for water they said it was going to be charged but it was not even bottled (then why charge? How do i knwo what water you are servin)2. Unorganized food service -> i came here for a family dinner but they served us out food individually one by one with about a 5-10min tomeframe between each dish. The appetizers came last after we finished our main dish.3. Food quality -> my mother in law’s chicken was not cooked well and she was doubtful about eatig the center of it. I asked for a medium well steak and it came well done instead.Overall it was a very bad experience, i do hope buttercup can improve. I heard their lasagna is good, but for christmas eve the menu is limited and special, yet i dont understand why they would screw up an already minimum menu. This is a christmas eve dinner to laugh about.PS: at the end our water did not even come

When it was newly opened, I was so excited to see and taste the real Japanese boulangerie. Now, the taste, the atmosphere and the service are getting worse. Hope it will be improved again...

I was totally disappointed by this place. They do not live up to their standard. There was no french bread left at noon time and the salads and soups were prepared carelessly and highly overpriced. I ordered the pumpkinsoup which was too salty. When I asked for white bread they brought me 6 slices of white toast. The service lacked in quality, as well. The only thing I recognised is that they do not use plastic bottles. Still, not worth a visit!

I jus returned from wad was supposed to be an enjoyable xmas eve dinner. My wife n i booked the xmas eve set menu 3 days prior & paid 50% DP the day after.Shortly after having us seated, they asked us to move to a smaller table as it was jus the 2 of us & apparently we were wrongly assigned to a bigger table by the lady who was supposedly to b in charge of booking. Fine.I clarrified w the waiter if the menu option meant we each hav to choose b/w 2 mains, the waiter said yes. This is common so i said well hav 1 option each. The waiter approved.The menu listed soup before appetizer. The appetizer came first. I askd if this was meant to be. He said its up to us, but since the appetizer was already on our table, i said ok well hav the soup next. No issue.After a series of miserable attempts of fine dining welcome canape, appetizer & soup, we waited for about 10 mins for nothing to happen. So we decided to take pics w the decor that attractd my wife there in the 1st place. After queueing for a bit n taking lots of pics, we returned to an empty table. We waited for more thn 30 mins after the last photo (i checked the time stamps). The main courses were yet to arriveOther two tables not far from us, came after us, ordered after us, were already having their mains! Within the waiting time, i remindd the waiter we were waiting for the main course once, & my wife, twice..which was not easy to do btw, as the waiters/waitresses were all avoiding eye contact to avoid the question it seemed. They knEw it was taking too long.Finally the long awaited main course arrived. My wife & i, the same menu. I enquired. The waiter was confused. I showd him the set menu given to us. He lookd even more confused. I dun tink hes seen it before. I banged the table to make sure i was taken seriously, dint raise my voice..told him why i was upset, & askd for the bill.Long after, a male manager (i assume), came & ask wad wud i prefer to do. I said i jus want the bill. He askd r u sure u want to cut the meal set halfway? I said yes. (He dint apologize)Long after, a female who i assumed was in charge of booking, askd wad happend cus she said she was blamed by the others. I clarrified i dint blame any1 in particular, n told her wad happend, n askd for the bill. (She dint apologize)Long after, the bill arrived. The full price for the set menu. I paid & leave.PS: This is the 3rd time i visit the premise. The first 2 visits i rmmbr the service were also bad. Dfntly not going there again if i can help it.
Very nice and cosy atmosphere. Good place for business meeting on weekdays and family friendly for weekends family gathering. Their bakery is awesome...japanese style bakery. They have western and indonesian selection for their menu. The tahu cocol us awesome if you just want something light to munch on..overall, its a good place to chill and they have a wude variety of selection for their menu..
This is not my first visit but today got some dissatisfaction.I was interested with lamb chop then I choose bake potato but then waitress said bake potato has sold out. The other choices are potato wedges and fried potatoes which not my reference.Then I check all the containers which they are serving ready bakeries and found one display container got a big green fly.Then I told a man in charge about this. Without no words he just bring the cakes inside.Then I back sit again then the waitress came and told me the kimchi sandwich the menu I ordered for replacing lamb chop has sold out.This lady told me after 15 minutes order.Well then I cancell all my orders.I just lost my appetite.Hope the management could fix this mess in future.
Extremely slow service, the food came around 40 minutes after ordering, then we had to wait another five minutes for cutleries, and drinks came out last. Food was good but not worth the wait.

So sorry to say. The service was very lousy. I was here on an invitation. We had a fixed a la carte menu to choose from. The food took forever to be served. When the food was on the table, no cutleries available. The waiters had trouble finding who ordered what. Its a mess. The restaurant was not prepared at all. The sound system (microphone) didnt work. Finally, the food was just ok. I dont know if its because of my sour mood or something else. I would not say the food taste great.
