Its been over 2.5 years since they installed our granite counter tops. And there isnt a week that goes by that we dont comment on how great they look. The whole process was how I expected it to be. Smooth, professional, w/no issues, and at a reasonable/fair price. Everyone was great; from sales/showroom floor people, the guy that measured everything, the appointment setter, and the install guys. We almost missed out on this amazing company, as we were ready to give a deposit to another company, but something told me to keep looking and thank goodness we did!! Quality Granite in Concord is awesome! Stephanie was very generous with her time to help us decide on the perfect counter-top for our new kitchen. She took every phone call when I called with questions and was simply wonderful!The owner Chris came to our home a couple of times and truly went above & beyond with his ideas & generosity. When we werent sure how to brace the very large table portion of our counter-top, Chris shop custom-made brackets for us that work perfectly!The guys who came to do the install couldnt have been nicer! I genuinely enjoyed listening to them as they offered words of encouragement to each other throughout the install process (the counter-tops arent light and these guys worked hard to get them in my house and up the stairs into my kitchen!).If youre seriously ready to speak to someone about your project, I highly encourage you to give these guys a call. The reviews speak for themselves and I promise you wont be disappointed!

Stephanie was so helpful and right on top of the whole project.The installers were a pleasure to watch work, after being in the construction field for the past 45 years I know good workers and these guys were just that.The quality of the stone cutting and polishing was amazing and I have been in million dollar homes and never seen betterI would recommend Quality Granite to anyone.

We were building a new house and really focused on creating the perfect kitchen. Chris and peter helped us with the stone selection process and had a exotic stone on site that was perfect for our kitchen.We also had a tile budget for our fireplace surround and we asked if this was something they could do with stone and pointed us to some additional material that they had on site. It really makes the process a lot easier when the material is right in front of you. The fireplace insert would not fit in place after install do to a mistake that I made not them, and chris came right back out and made the modification right on the spot.We went back 3 weeks later for a small piece for the laundry room and they took care of us right away. They have a pretty large selection of remnants.The process was very smooth and easy to work with them and our builder. I would defiantly recommend them to others.. actually my wife already has and is very happy with their countertops.

I don’t write reviews often but this one is well deserved. Quality Granite completely updated my kitchen and bathroom. The new cabinets were simple, clean & exactly what I envisioned, the oversized Quartz breakfast bar was stunning. Not long after the remodel I listed my condo for sale, feedback from every showing mentioned how much they loved the kitchen. Im confident my decision to use Quality Granite was a big reason my home sold in under a week for over asking price. I will continue referring QG and return again for my new home. First project was outstanding, everything went as expected, I even called the office to express my feelings about how smooth everything went.The second project was a complete debacle, the staff was confrontational. The consistency of the steps and process that were applied in the first project were missing all the way. I am not going to go into details but was hoping to get a call back after the project was completed and after I complained to the manager in the office.

I just wanted to say thank you to the entire Quality Granite team that worked on my countertops! Everyone on the team was professional, pleasant and customer oriented! The entire process was incredibly efficient, a team of craftsmen! Every step was exactly on schedule, no delays or disappointments. Working with Quality Granite was incredibly refreshing. The counters look fantastic!! I recommend Quality Granite to anyone needing high quality granite counters or table tops, you will not be disappointed!

The experience was so easy and price was reasonable. Everyone is friendly. Installation today with Buddy, Anthony and Dana was great. They did an amazing job with all our countertops. Their prizes don’t match their online promotions. Staff could be more polite and understand customers point of view. I believe they are more into making commission, not to care about you. They don’t have great prizes as shown on their website, don’t get trapped. If you live 30 miles away, you don’t get promotional prize!!

My wife was very happy with the breadth of stone and designing help. I was especially impressed with Josh and Dana who did the installation for us. Getting new granite countertops from Quality granite as part of my kitchen remodel was an A++ experience start to finish.Initially started looking on a Sunday which resulted looking at another granite place, one of the very few open, and was not impressed with the service, knowledge, or selection. The next weekend I was about to drive down to one of the wholesalers to look at stones when I decided to do a quick search and saw Quality Granite was right around the corner and figured Id give it a shot. Just driving up and seeing the selection of stones told me this was going to be a whole different experience.Peter did a great job with the initial sale, showing stones that matched what I was looking for, describing options, and answering questions. The templater did a great job suggesting some tweaks including adding a small overhang for stools to the peninsula which came out amazing! Peter was very thorough with the layout, putting in extra effort to consult with the templater and fabricator about some different options and moving things around to take a look at another stone in order to try to get the seams as perfect as possible.The installers were also excellent. They arrived on time and were courteous, careful with everything in my home, and meticulous on the install. When they saw that things didnt look quite right with the cutout for the cooktop vs the cabinet size, they went above and beyond immediately measuring and fixing the problem by modifying the cabinets (my existing cabinets, not from Quality) without hesitation.Beginning to end, it felt like everyone involved was treating this project like it was their own home. 100% would recommend for anyone looking for new countertops.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We were given multiple quotes by Raina that were incorrect. Customer service was terrible, and we were told it was our fault that the quotes were incorrect because we changed our minds on the granite type.Just to sum it up, the price changed by over $1000 when it was corrected for delivery fees.Chris, the store owner, later called and said they did not want to do the job. I have no idea how this place got so many stars.

Quality Granite did an excellent job installing new countertops. The experience was great from start to finish. Raina did a great job of communicating quickly and efficiently. She helped work within our budget and detailled all costs so there were no surprises. Stephanie was very prompt and had great followup when scheduling the templating and installation. Jim came to template the kitchen. He was efficient, entertaining, and respectful of the space. And the installation crew worked carefully to ensure all details were addressed, taking care with the silicone application for perfect seams. When we finally made our decision, Peter was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, showing us the layout of our new quartz counter top and scheduling the project. We would also like to recognize Stephanie for her prompt replies to any questions we had via email.Chris came to our home to measure the project. He was extremely helpful previewing the entire process with us and had a great personality. Anthony and Buddy, the installers, came the next week, with all the tools necessary to complete the work. I just had a quartz countertop installation today. My countertops are gorgeous! My whole experience with Quality Granite from start to finish was top shelve. I went through a general contractor and they co-ordinated beautifully. Jim did the templating - he is very exacting! I purchased one of his handmade pine brackets (very nice!). I was notified the day prior for an installation window and a half hour prior to arrival on the day of installation. The install was done by Anthony and Buddy. They were very efficient and courteous. I am a fuzzy... they were very accommodating to the customer. Back at the office, you will love the large selection of product and working with Raina and Stephanie. They are both very down-to-earth and not pushy for a sale. I requested a large sample from the sink cut and was granted that request to... makes it nice to have that in hand for a flooring selection! They did a fantastic job on my countertops. I got about five quotes before settling on which company to work with. Once I decided, our counters were measured and installed within days. The only disappointment was we were supposed to get a vein piece for the threshold of your fireplace. They made it a clean piece instead. Still beautiful!

Anthony and Josh were on time even though the snow was falling heavy and they installed our kitchen counters and two bathroom counters in no time. Their work was excellent and they were friendly and represented Quality Granites excellence.

My entire experience with Quality Granite was great. The sales people were right on top of what I wanted. Dylan and Derek did an quick and tidy Installation. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks where I got my granite.

The cascade of errors began with one of the backsplash pieces being broken upon arrival (which must have happened due to transporting the piece on its side rather than on its edge) and they did not have enough material left to cut a new continuous backsplash, rather it would have to be in 2 pieces which will be noticeable due to the pattern in the stone. Next, the template measurement was 1/8 too small for our cooktop and downdraft vent, necessitating grinding 1/8 off of the hole which had been cut at the shop. Rather than taking the piece outside to cut, they ground off the 1/8 in the kitchen which created a cloud of stone dust (their vacuum did little to help) which covered everything in the kitchen and living room in a film of stone dust- both horizontal and vertical surfaces. We have spent 3 days cleaning so far and that has not included our oil paintings and wool carpets which may have to be professionally cleaned. The owner has agreed to take $350 off the price but that will not cover professional cleaning of the paintings or carpets. I was told the installers would give me a free bottle of cleaner if I left a 5 star review... sorry.

Love my granite top, however the salesman never told us that it was our responsibility to clean and seal the top.I found lots of scratches and panicked and even the secretary on sending her the pics of all the scratches told me, the installers should of seen these......But this morning was told by Chris (the follow up guy that checks on problems) once we seal the top, these should disappear.Chris waS great gave us his card, and told us what we can and cannot use on the granite, which again, we were not made aware of.GREAT JOB INSTALLERS ! Nothing like walking into a store and being snubbed off. I had drawings and measurements but not the official schematics. She basically told us to find them and email them in if we wanted a price. She didnt bother walking us through styles they had, price/level differences or the supposed deal they have going on.Just overall disappointed with the selection in the showroom (since no one wanted to show us the options outside?, the customer service and the lack of assistance from EVERYONE in the store. I

Quality Granite has the whole process of specing, producing and delivering granite countertops wired. Sales did a great job explaining every step of the process. All of our questions were answered. Templating was done with extreme accuracy. The installation by Josh and Buddy was amazing. They did a very professional job and took the time to explain everything they were doing and answering the many questions that we had. A top notch experience from beginning to end.

Quality Granite NH did my outdoor kitchen granite countertops and It looks Fantastic. Chris is a very hands on owner and you can tell he cares about his customers satisfaction. The showroom was under remodel but the work that they did was spot on. Thank you Chris, I will be sure to refer others!

We highly valued our experience and would recommend them and use them again! If we realized the project could be as affordable as it was, we wouldve done it years ago.We evaluated 7 different companies. Quality Granite (Peter & Harley) gave us a positive, consultative experience in the store, which really set a standard for the balance of our decision-making process. There is also an excellent selection of in-stock granite that you can look at in-person. Reviews and BBB ratings are solid and I appreciated how people detailed the way they handled problems that arose.Vs. Competition: Prices were on the higher side of the middle of our quotes, but we heavily discounted our experience with the others. In some cases, we were ignored in the showroom, quotes took over a week and still had bad information, people werent knowledgeable, horrible reviews and bad reports of problem handling.We were between Quality and Bobs Granite but preferred Quality so asked them to review the quote. They were able to bring the price down some due to the size of the job and stock of the product we wanted. While we may have still gone with Quality in the long-run, this made it far easier for us to make a quick decision. We booked immediately, put a down payment and Chris was out to measure the following day. Counter tops were installed a few days after that!The installers work directly for Quality and are not outsourced (This was important to us). They were very consultative, friendly and extremely professional. We paid for them to remove the existing counter tops and haul it away. They were highly knowledgeable and gave us some recommendations to strengthen the support for the bar area. They did a very nice job of install overall and took our payment.Our only problem was that we had a small scratch that I noticed after they left and that the hole cut for the electrical box was slightly too small. I noted this immediately and had a response back saying they would take care of it. It did take a few weeks for this to get done due to scheduling (on both our parts), with maybe a little more follow up on my part than theirs. However; Chris (the owner) came, fixed the scratch and fixed the hole and made sure we were extremely satisfied before he left and in the end, thats all we cared about. He even arrived prepared to replace the piece, if necessary.Overall, we feel like valued customers and we worked with a transparent, company with high integrity and Quality is the perfect name for their business! It looks gorgeous and we keep staring at it like its not really ours...but it is!!
