Visited Concord Mills over the weekend and stumbled across this store. This store is amazing!! I can’t believe all these years I have been spending the full price on my makeup when I could have been getting it for less than the price!! The most lovely staff too. Hannah was the absolute sweetest and so knowledgeable and had the best customer service! She made my experience wonderful. Will be coming back here from now on for all my products. Highly recommend!

The manager Pat Hoover is incompetent. She’s only good at bringing sales down. Not only she has no interest in selling, but will go out of her way to make sure a customer leaves disappointed, unsatisfied and frustrated. If you ever have an issue, please ask for the assistant manager Myriam. She was absolutely wonderful and helped resolve my problem. She was very sweet, caring and helpful. The manager, Pat Hoover should be fired.

They had exactly what I wanted. Fantastic prices and a reasonable selection. Excited to see they had the foundation I usually purchase elsewhere for less than half the normal price!

I’m a makeup artist and I’ve been using this store at this exact location for years to build and add to my kit. I stop in here probably once a month and I have referred SEVERAL people to this store as they have a great selection at an even greater price! Although, I was extremely disappointed for the first time when I purchased a few products and realized that one of them was not placed in my bag! I explained what I believed had happened to the store manager and showed her my receipt, to which they did absolutely nothing to help and I even felt that she thought I was being dishonest about it. /: sort of a bummer considering I am a loyal customer. I suppose - just check your bags before leaving the store and be aware of their return policies as apparently they can differ depending on which location you’re at!! Otherwise this 4 star review would be an easy 5.

I called them before I walked in to ask if they had a product in stock. They said yes. I walked in, and they did NOT have it.If you dont have a product, dont fool a customer by saying yes to bid the chance that the customer would buy something else. Your dishonest is not appreciated.
