Honestly the rudest people Ive ever dealt with in a very long time. Disabled with covid symptoms and they wouldnt even begin to consider trying to help me get an appointment for a covid test. Instead the woman who answered said, Thats not my problem., and hung up abruptly on me. If you can, go elsewhere. Literally. Anywhere else. This place is the worst.
I have nothing but great things to say about this stores pharmacy. Ever since I have transferred some of my prescriptions here I have found the customer service to be excellent. I want to give a particular shout out to the pharmacist Kelly, who really was so caring, helpful and professional in managing my prescriptions yesterday. Also Ive had a good experience with the pharmacist Dev (sp?) previously. Lastly, the pharmacy techs are always helpful and polite on the phone (Im sorry I havent learned some of their names yet.)
They just put you on hold for an hour even though they arent busy. Needed to know if they had any crutches in stock, and waiting forever on hold just to get hung-up on. Pos place, with pos staff.
Theyd get 5 stars if they actually sent the text alerts when my prescriptions are ready
I did not have a receipt for vitamins I bought yesterday that were opened but I never noticed. Be careful with that. Cashier never mentioned that I would get back just five dollars on a purchase that was $14.00.
On behalf of my son, daughter in law and my two grandgirlies, I am leaving this review of the pharmacy customer service at the North State Street Rite Aid.I am not sure what has happened to the people leaving negative reviews about the staff, but our family has always, and I mean always, been treated with respect, courtesy and good communication. Medications have either been waiting for pick up OR at the most, we have waited 20 minutes. We appreciate these professionals and will continue to make the 35 minute drive from home to have our medication needs met.
I dont get my refills here but do go to visit Joe! He is a very nice guy that goes out of his way to make customers feel like rite aid is their home... so I go even if its to just get a coke. Joe is amazing and cares about the consumers. Good hire rite aid. I will be calling about this man.
It was a fine experience
Rite Aid is giving away free Health Insurance quotes! They have an Affordable Care Act Counselor in store, Al Helie, who was incredibly helpful and was able to show me how much money i could save, what plans were available in my area, and even helped me submit my application! The best part is it only took two minutes to see what was available and how much I could save!
This rating is only directed at the girl pharmacists (I always see the men working the drive thru window so haven’t spoken to them)- They’re the only ones that have zero customer service skills, always have a rude/annoyed expression, no greeting or “have a nice day”. They’ll just stare at a computer until you walk away without saying a word after handing you your prescription. No longer filling prescriptions here, going to drive a little further out of my way just to not have to deal with the rude awkwardness of their transactions.
I go here at least 2 days a week but the convenience of it being so close to home doesnt make up for the staff here.Ive never seen such an unhappy, dour bunch. It seems as if being grouchy is in their job description. As for the store itself, its just as any other small rite aid though it hasnt been updated in some time.
Went there recently to buy replacement tips for my Waterpik because they were specifically recommended as carrying them. Well they dont. At least thats what Im forced to assume because every employee I attempted to ask actively avoided me. One to the extent of nearly running away when I made eye contact with him. Ended my search after nearly 20 minutes, still having recieved zero help, and decided to just check out with my other purchases. The lady at the register was nice enough but after learning one of the employees I attempted to seek help from was the manager I was done. The parking lot is tiny and leaving the lot is next to impossible with traffic. I recommend literally any other pharmacy unless you have no choice.
Staff is rude and dismissive. I was told on a Wednesday at 700am if i didnt like the store i should go to Walgreens....so i will henceforth..
This rating is for the photo dept of this rite aid. It was the absolute worst experience with a store that printed photos that Ive ever had. Some of the photos came out crumbled and damaged, some were marked with color spots that arent supposed to be there, most of them are cropped horribly even after I changed the cropping on the order review page they still continued to crop them before they were printed. The guy at the store was rude also he just handed the photos to me no envelope no explanation for the damage nothing about completely missing some of the photos I paid for it was unreal. So thanks a lot rite aid for ruining my photos and I will never do this again!!
I have to say, I wouldnt be writing this if I didnt think it of concern, The last 4 times in a row (from different providers) I watched my provider send off the email to Rite Aid, yet when I get there, they dont have it. When you dont feel well, this is an issue. It obviously is not the different providers.- all four times, it is Rite Aid. And when I mention it to them, they dont seem to care that it might be an issue.
Come on down to Ride Aid on No State St in Concord to see me Al Helie, for a fast 2 minute ACA quote on your Health Insurance. See if you can save money on an Anthem Blue Cross Blue Sheild Health Insurance policy thru the Market place Exchange. I have everything you need to enroll.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Countless times they dont have prescriptions when I come back every month, yet they dont refill them. Took them 4 months to approve something! Never again, if you like waiting and rude staff and people who wont help you then this is the place for you.
Its a rite aid...good for medical related things...everything else if way over priced
