The staff is so sweet, service is fast and the atmosphere is wonderful. I am new to working on Main St and while there are cheaper places, you really get what you pay for here. The croissants are delicious! I will be returning, often.On one especially bad day, the barista gave me exactly what I wanted, without me knowing what I wanted, and was so sweet about my bad day. I believe her name was Kaylee.

One of the best if not THE best coffee place in Concord. Absolutely love the seasonal specials and consider it a weekly tradition to come in.

I love this place! Ive bought all my coffee here for a few years now and its great quality. I love the variety of flavors they carry in decaf, since Ive gone caffeine free. The pastries (especially the scones, oh God the scones) are fantastic! 10/10 recommended!

Nice people working here. Only problem is that there isnt a well formed line and I often get skipped by people who came in after I have been waiting in line. I have to be more vocal when I come in, asking people if they are in line or just waiting for their order.If they can be more attentive to who has been waiting that would be great. Its difficult sometimes but it would be appreciated.

Went here to retrieve morning coffee. While the servers were friendly, they moved very slow and I actually felt bad for the people waiting behind me. On top of that the cappuccino I got and the coffee both left a lot to be desired. I don’t think I’ll be going back here again.

White Mountain Coffee has the best selection of any small coffee roaster Ive visited. Our favorite is the chocolate raspberry, which we cant find anywhere else in NE! The Saturday before Easter, my family made the trip from Northern MA to Concord to pick up a few bags of our favorite beans. We neglected to check their hours (they close at 2:00) and arrived at 2:05 to a locked door. Disappointed, I knocked on the door and explained the situation to the manager who was cleaning up. She very graciously allowed me to come in and get my favorite coffee! Thanks so much, White Mountain!

I LOVED this coffee shop. Huge selection of flavored coffees and house blends. I bought and had them grind for me fresh coffee beans in amazing flavors. Wonderful coffee,pastries and home made fresh breakfast sandwiches...just a wonderful atmosphere and the smell in there was divine. Ill go back every time Im there. A must try for sure!

I cant say enough good things about this company. The coffee is so delicious. I ordered for home delivery and was not only amazed by the fast shipping but also the great flavor of the coffee. Bananas Foster is so so good. The coffee is smooth and rich. Nothing bitter about it. Love the decaf options for the caffeine sensitive people that still love having a coffee. They offer small bags if your curious and want to try them out. Go for it. You wont be sorry.

I love this place! Best coffee ever! I get an espresso shake and they are amazing! Deff a 5 star establishment! And the people that work here and awesome! Very friendly and great at their job! When i walk in i dont even have to tell them they just automatically go and make my coffee for me. I have no complaints!

My favorite coffee spot! They have the best coffee, which includes a large selection of BREWED flavors (way better than syrups). Also great bagels, pastries, quiche. The staff are the most friendly youll find anywhere. The seating and atmosphere are more standard than other trendy shops but it doesnt bother me at all and I study here frequently. If you are in town stop by, you wont regret it!

Great selection of whole bean coffees and the coffee thats brewed isnt just colored water like Ive had in most New Hampshire coffee houses. It actually has flavor and not just aroma. They have a website and mail order too.

They have a wide variety of flavored coffees (whole bean with flavorings added). I tried one of their flavored batch brews (Christmas Cookie) it tasted like just another coffee with some flavored oil in it. Cumberland Farms does it better and cheaper.They were out of most of the pastries when we were there in the afternoon. It would have been nice if theyd offered to warm up the scones we purchased.

This business is situated in an old building in downtown Concord. The atmosphere is very very relaxing. ALL of the employees are exceptional at what they do. The customer service is perfect. The prices of products offered is quite fair. The quality of the food and beverages cant beat.You wont regret a trip there.

Not impressed. Not a lot of menu options. Very plain inside and Ive had better coffee at Dunkin. Staff was friendly and prices were fair. Dont waste your time.

The good: friendly staff, great selection of coffee, such as option to buy un-roasted, green coffee, spacious with seating. The not so good: Staff could be better informed about coffee, would like to see improvement in brewing, paper plates would be my preference over styrofoam as we are leaving future generations with enough waste as it is and baked goods that are all natural instead of using artificial flavors and coloring.

Randomly popped in and was very impressed. Nice, relaxed atmosphere and fast, friendly service. The coffee itself was the best Ive ever had, which was a large, toasted marshmallow iced coffee. I also got a delicious strawberry/cheese strudel. I really cant recommend this place strongly enough.

Fantastic local coffee shop! The roast locally and keep a variety of roasts and flavor brewed. Its a great place for a quick coffee and pastry or to buy coffee for home. Highly recommend!

Perfect cappuccino and Ive had the WMG coffee at other fine establishments and its always superb. Parking is kind of a pain in Concord but try up past the shop on Pleasant street you can usually find a spot or two.

Its the best coffee in Concord at the moment, though with several cafés opening up that will likely change. Their flavored coffees dont quite meet any Golden Standard, but their good basic coffee and espresso are delicious and satisfying. The atmosphere is very good and the place is roomy and happy. There is parking in the rear which, on a Saturday, is a huge bonus!

Fabulous, fabulous drip coffee. Holy moly. Rich and satisfying. Ugh. So good. Quiches are great, too, as are the staff. Decor/seating is a little meh, but theres space and its simple and kinda homey and that works, too :)

Very spacious yet still cozy with a feel good vibe. The hot chocolate is super delicious but at the same time very creamy and heavy, not always a bad thing! The serving size was generous and the serive was superb. Would recommend!

They roast great coffee. Recently I think that the ice coffee they serve has tasted a little weaker than my desired taste.

This. This is the place to go for coffee in Concord. Forget about all of the other places if a damn good cup of coffee is your goal. The selection is huge! Its locally roasted and delivered to the shop weekly (win), and there are 11, sometimes 12 different airpots full of FRESHLY brewed coffee lined up every day. The baristas are constantly re-brewing new pots for great quality as well, so the cup you purchase is always fresh. I am a regular customer and this is the only shop in Concord where I will purchase whole bean coffee or a cup of drip. Fabulous quality beans are great for home and I frequently purchase all different flavors as gifts. Theres a reason why youll often see White Mountain coffee throughout NH at various destinations. The coffee lover would be sorry to miss it!

White Mountain Coffee is a great, local place with lots of coffee options roasted on-site, plus bakery items and sandwiches, etc. (I sure do miss ham for breakfast sandwiches, though!).

The last that served me was knowledgeable about the various beans and their roasted attributes. Will be going back when I need more coffee beans. Also green beans can be had with a day or two notice.

If you are a true coffee lover and/or aficionado this is the place to get your fix. They buy local cream and milk, have 8 to 10 different kinds of coffee where you serve yourself. Good breakfast sandwiches and an awesome variety of bagels and muffins, among many other things to eat and drink.

Staff was not very helpful.I went in, stood at the counter for a few minutes while I watched 2 ladies (1 looked like she was in charge) continue to do what they were doing. They did not acknowledge me, say hi, or Ill help you in a moment, nothing! It was just so incredibly rude. Then, as I was cashing out, i asked a question and the cashier responded, “i dont know” ok so ask someone sheesh! Such poor customer service. Everyone looked miserable and it wasn’t even that busy.

Excellent coffee, roasted on site. Their muffins are great too! I dont think the cafe itself is very cozy but the quality of their coffee makes up for what they lack in ambiance.

They have the best choice in Concord and much of it is Fair Trade certified.
