The gentlemen running the store was very helpful. I was looking for a certain style and color, which they didn’t have on the store room floor. He went to the back and found me the exact pair I was looking for.Excellent service 10 out of 10. I’ll be back.

Went to the Oakley store in Concord North Carolina. Ethan helped me make frame and lens choices for my needs. He was amazing. If you are in Charlotte area looking for Oakleys go there and ask for him. Extremely knowledgeable.

EDIT: I went back in after I cooled off and asked them if they could just switch the lenses out to create the pair that I was told was available. They did, so not totally unhappy now. Wish they could have suggested that in the moment. Upgrade to 3 stars.Was at a different mall looking for a specific pair of Holbrook sunglasses. They didnt have any so I called the Oakley Vault in Concord Mills. I asked the gentleman if they had a pair with: Holbrook XL, Ruby Lense, a non orange O logo, and either matte black or matte camo black frames . He said they did. So I drove 30 minutes there, and guess what? They didnt have them. He said they have the frames he said they had, and the lenses, but not the actual glasses I told him I wanted. My request wasnt very difficult. He said they could order them for me of course. I feel like theyll tell you anything on the phone to get your foot in the door.

Enjoy purchasing items at this store. Ethan and the other associates were friendly and they helped us locate all the latest styles and sizes. Very informative on all the sales that were available during our visit. Always stop at this store whenever we are at the mall. Thanks again to the crew for an awesome customer experience!

When we walked in the door we were greeted by Robert whom helped me in finding a specific pair of glasses I was looking for and then also helped my girlfriend find a new pair as well. All of this in less than about 20 minutes! He offered us a lot of great options to choose from based on what he saw we liked and made the experience seamless and efficient for us!

I just want to say concord mills is overwhelming busy and stressful in my opinion, however, I will always go out of my way to come to this store. Prices are incredible, sales are impossible to beat and the staff have always been so friendly, they literally go above and beyond for the customer. They have helped me over the phone and in store, they will search for whatever size or style you have in mind. Its refreshing to see a group of people so intent on making your visit a great one and they all seem genuinely happy to help. Shop here and I promise you will be so happy you did!

I recently visited the Oakley store at the Concord Mills location. My three son and I were greeted as soon we entered the store. Shortly after looking around we found a few styles we liked. The cool thing was we were not helped by just one rep. The whole team working helped us put together the glasses my boys wanted. They were all very happy with their purchases. Our experience was so great that after meeting back up with my wife and daughter in the mall, we went back to the store and bought my daughter a new pair as well. When we return the store manager himself help us and was great. The best instore customer service Ive seen in a long time. Well done.

They have a variety of glasses and apparel products; some of them have reasonable prices especially when they have good offers, other than that you should come ready if you know how much everything is here. This place has awesome customer service. Great product and selection as well! Did you know you could hit a pair of these lenses with a hammer and they wont shatter? I didnt until the sales rep let me try it out! Way to promote your product. I went from owning 0 pair of Oakleys to around a dozen in two years. I used to balk at the idea of spending so much on glasses, but now I see what all the fuss is about. The clarity makes a world of difference.. I actually WANT to wear my glasses now. This is one of the few places in the mall that greets you and is happy to help its customers. I highly suggest stopping in!

Customer Service is remarkable.The employees know their stuff, they know all of the prices without looking at the tags, can compare and contrast any of the sunglasses, lenses, styles, you name it. They can do it. They are very friendly and informational on everything in the store. My boyfriend always goes in there just to look around for the new styles and were always in there for longer than planned because he has struck up a conversation with one of the employees. They are friendly, willing to talk, and very close in the sense, they will talk to you if you are willing to talk to them. They dont just answer your question and stop. They make it very clear that they want to talk, genuinely want to talk, not just because they have to.So well worth just looking if youre ever in the area!
