Pleasant and helpful staff. Went in for my birthday gifts as usual. Found exactly what I was looking for a MK wallet that holds my cellphone as well. Purchased the mini bottle of the new Gorgeous perfume. It smells delightful

This is a very good location especially for an outlet they had a really really good variety the products that I had not seen and various other locations, staff was very very well informed of not only their personal inventory but also the overall product line available.

I witnessed the Sales associate being Extremely rude to another couple who was standing in line to pay for their purchase to a point that the couple along with myself and another lady all decided it best not to purchase anything from this particular store.

Bought a coat that ended up being too small for the person it was for and it was clearance which I didn’t know was final sale. I hadn’t left the store and I asked to return it but the lady said no she’ll speak to her manager. I told them they never stated it was final sale anywhere, so the lady gave me a refund. Good customer service, will be returning. Thank you

Due to after Christmas sales and covid there was not much to choose from. The back packs were mostly the only thing left.

This is crazy . !!.. Why doesnt the outlet let you return stuff bought online!!!!!??? I dont get it. Now Im afraid to buy anything online since they wont accept returns purchased online!Other store outlets such as Express, Banana Republic, and Levis let you return things bought online. I guess Ill only shop with them in the future...

Terrible customer service the employee completely overlooked me even after standing there staring at her waiting on help. I eventually had to get what I wanted down myself. I even explained my service at the register and they done nothing about it.

Overpriced

Everything looks great, but its all just way too expensive. Im sorry ladies. You can find a good purse for a better price. You dont have to have Micheal kors. Prices suck, but product is quality and stunning.

REALLY disappointed in the Concord Mills MK store. I purchased yet another handbag from them yesterday and the protectant spray and got all the way home to find she put their tester bottle in my bag. I drove all the way back to Concord Mills today - an hour and a half round trip - to get a replacement and a measly “sorry, nothing else we can do” from a Manager. I think a refund of the $9.95 would have been appropriate...at least covered my gas for driving in circles. She said they couldn’t give out free product citing it would mess up inventory levels. I know darn well she could have damaged a bottle out and made this right for a loyal customer. I won’t shop at this store again. I recommend you take your business to the Charlotte Premium Outlets store. I’ve spent thousands on the brand, but this store will never see another dime.
