I was there ready to spend money and get some new clothes. Lane Bryant by my home - the sales associates are always suggesting new ideas and it is so much fun!!!- I was told by two ladies at this store that colored jeans look terrible on people and they were impractical. When I asked for suggestions on a top I was looking at they told me the bottoms that would look good with it were low on inventory. It was like pulling teeth to get information out of these two ladies - from what I understand - one of them was a manager- ArE YOU SERIOUS.?? Apparently i was an extreme inconvenience. I am sorry to say but if this is the caliber of staff that you are hiring- Lane Bryant you will quickly be out of business and that will be sad because I love you clothes. I love the staff you have at so many of your other stores (west michigan)- please consider closely monitoring this store to see what is really going on in comparison with the high quality of your other stores.

My daughter and I went to this store and had the same experience that has been noted. No greeting when entering the store, asked questions of the sales clerk and she was very inconvenienced to have to answer a question. Ultimately she told me to shop on line. We received no help, no conversation, just checked us out with attitude. Lane bryant, the lady with the blue hair needs a customer service education. If she does not want to work retail help her find the unemployment line.

Employees were really weird! No greeting, no asking if we needed help. Just sitting at the counter on their phones or staring at us. We were the only ones in there.If you want a more friendly experience: go to Torrid. I think everyone else got that memo and went over there because that store was pretty popping. Unlike this one.

Staff act like your doing them a favor visiting thier store. No hello or offer of help....very cold acting

I wasnt Greeted when I walked in. There was three employees standing behind the register area. Two of them were on their phones and one Blonde manager was doing whatever. I had to ask three times where exactly was my bra size and Nobody Moved, they pointed to the areas and Nobody showed me where. One of the girls was talking about how she wanted to become a couponer. This was absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I am one to not complain but its horrible.

I have been there twice lately and both times the employees working there have been very unhelpful and rude. They are not welcoming while you are entering the store, told us of no sales and when asking them a question they make you feel like you are bothering them. Very disappointing both times. It was a totally different atmosphere when it walked into Torrid a few doors down from them. I would recommend Torrid over Lane Bryant any day.

I have always had great experiences at this store. However, when I entered the doorway on 7/23, there were several customers, none of whom were wearing masks. Walked out.

The new staff in here is awful. I have always loved this store. Good variety and supportive, friendly staff. Clothes are expensive but worth it. The last visit with new staff was horrible. I will NOT shop here until there is new staff. My daughter asked for a bra fitting and the associate rolled her eyes and continued a personal discussion with staff while she did the fitting. I complained about not accepting a coupon during checkout and the associate stared me down while we left. Last time here. Awful. Lane Bryant you should be ashamed of this store.

I came in last Saturday looking for a specific shirt, and the employee who helped me did a FANTASTIC job! Even though they didnt have the color shirt that I was initially looking for, she helped me find a different one that would look awesome! Didnt catch her name, she is tall though! Will definitely be back!

Best place around to get bras if you wear bigger sizes, they last forever and are super comfortable. If they dont have your size in store, they are more than willing to order your correct size for you.

One of my now favorite places to shop,clothes are worth the cost.
