The parts used to fix your phone are so cheap, Ive been coming here for SO LONG because my screen falls off of the phone from the top everytime its dropped. At my last visit I purchased a phone repair, screen protector & the employee recommended that I purchase one of their cases to help better cover my phone. Less than 1 week later I pulled my phone from my pocket and found that there was a crack across the screen & it is busted where the case had pushed down on the screen. Since Ive been coming here so long and it has been literally a couple of days, I purchased the screen, screen protector & case from them that there was SOMETHING - even just a discount- they could do. But I was told Id need to pay full price for everything to be replaced again. The employee was even a little rude about it. Even though Im certain the screen was cracked from pressure from the case they sold me. Never going back, Ill spend the extra money for quality products.

Went and got screen repaired on Tuesday. Got a new screen protector added with a outer box like case added as well. Literally Sunday morning phone fell off the couch onto carpet not even 1foot off the ground and it cracked. Under the screen protector with the case on called them back and they said that it doesn’t fall under their warranty. My problem is they claim they use good quality materials but the screen they replaced it with wasn’t worth anything. They charge it so much for it to crack like that. Spoke with supervisor Anthony and he didn’t really want to help. Claimed it would cost too much to repair it again. Offered to take 20 dollars off as If I hadn’t just paid 170 to get it fixed the first time. I will not spend my money here again for it to crack again. It’s terrible because the people there are really nice but the company doesn’t care enough to either buy good material or fix it properly. There is no way the phone should crack with the case on under the glass screen protector unless they didn’t fix it properly or they have cheap materials. There is literally no one else you can complain to It is what it is. Moneys gone phone half repaired. please don’t risk it, do your research and go to a better place. Money down the drain.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!They replaced the screen on my phone, installed a screen protector and a otter box, three days later it fell on the GRASS the screen broke and it went dark, I took it back and DERRELL said that I sat on it and that’s why the screen broke, he gave me an attitude and told me I had to pay him again to replace it, DO NOT TAKE YOU PHONE TO THIS PEOPLE!!#ihadtogivethisastaritwouldntletmepostit

False advertisement!!! I do not recommend shopping with them I was promised that the phone case I purchased was “scratch resistant” and I dropped my phone 1 time and immediately noticed five scratches and when I called them to asked why they were advertising false information the gentleman I talked to had a very bad attitude.And told me nobody he worked with was advertising false information so basically called me a liar.

I would not recommend the particular one near the food court. The kid told me the order was going to be in on a certain date and of course it did not arrive. I had to call and follow up without any updates on their end. I told him he needs to be more accurate about shipment and he blamed Covid instead accepting responsibility. Around the corner Is cell doc. Better service.

I’ve had my phones fixed plenty of times here. The screens are really good quality and at an affordable price! Their staff is well educated, professional, and friendly! 10/10 would recommend.

I was in need of an iPhone screen repair for my iPhone X. And thank goodness I came cross “Phone Fix” inside concord mills and had my screen repair in 10 mins. I’m happy with the repair and I recommend that everyone that has a broken screen to get it repair here at “Phone Fix”

Amanda was wonderful. We visited on 1/19/19 @ 7:00 to see if they could tell me why my battery was failing on my iPhone. She was extremely helpful and explained how it happens and said they could replace it. We were from out of town so I was a little skeptical because I was always told you couldnt replace iPhone batteries. Well, Amanda had me convinced and it was the best trust I had. My battery would last 4-5 hours and now 4/15/19, it still lasts me all day. Better than a $1000 iPhone upgrade and cheaper than a warranty claim. Thanks so much, Amanda!!!

I would not recommend this place at all. I purchased a cell phone case for my daughter with the glitter in the back. The salesperson was adamant about putting case on phone, I gave in and let him put it on. A few days later the liquid from the case leaked out into my daughters phone (iPhone 7plus). I called several times and keep getting run around. I have been offered no thing for compensation. DO NOT BUY!!!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone to replace a iPhone screen. They put on new screen and left a huge gap in between phone and screen and then used double sided sticky tape to hold it down. They tried to tell me phone was like that before but I took a before picture and it was not. Phone worked perfect before and after screen replaced the phone would not work correctly. I could only hear and talk on phone if it was on speaker then not at all. I had to go get a new phone after this. I will NEVER use this place again and recommend anyone else not to either. Trusting this place was a HUGH and COSTLY mistake.

I went back 5 times so they would fix my phone right i told Darell to get everything he needed to fix my phone and he charged me for 2 front screens i brought my phone back cause they were defective and then he was suppose to fix the whole phone i told him i would pay him but yet when i got my phone home the frame is still bent my flash doesn’t work and he didn’t even fix the volume rockers after he told me he got the parts in when i went back for the 5th time cause the back glass was broke because of the frame being bent caused the glass to crack Darell told me it’s cause i dropped it blamed me for his mistake when i asked for my money back he wouldn’t give me a refund i spent 400 here Darell didn’t explain to me what i was signing and he charged my husband 109$ for a SERVICE FEE i asked another person it was only 25$ they scammed me i do not recommend at all

Excellent customer service with a huge selection of accessories for everyone! I’ve had my iPhone repaired here on multiple occasions with a remarkable pick up time! The staff is well educated and the establishment has been in business for over 14 years! My one stop shop for all my cell phone needs! 👍🏼👍🏼

I have been using there service for repairs and merchandise since they first opened in Concord Mills. They have always offered fast and competent repairs and the boys and girls that work there offer great service. I travel 42 miles round trip for there SERVICE and recommend that you do the same !

Very bad screen quality and when they fixed it, got uplifted in couple of days. Cheap screen and cheap accessories.

They sold me a garbage screen protector that wont stick to the phone at edges. When I asked they said its like that for every iphone 8. These are the cheap screen protectors from ebay. I wouldn’t recommend this store to any one

Don’t waste your time or money . Screen fixed on Monday had to come back Wednesday because it was glitching Thursday it’s literally cracked again and no my phone wasn’t dropped I was told i would have to pay for another repair . Terrible wish I never wasted my time and money
