I called several repair services for quotes on phone battery replacement. All the other shops wanted to replace the expensive shatterproof screen at least tripling the cost. Logan warned me that there screen may damage from the heat to release the glue but was willing to take the extra time and care on mine to be reinstalled. Afterwards its working perfectly and looks great. A professional customer orientated technician is due high praise. Logan hits the mark. I highly recommend his workmanship.

I showed up at this Verizon store expecting to pay $240 to replace my screen on my iPhone X. When I get there the man saved me $240 as the screen protector I had on my phone kept my screen from cracking. He was very honest and very nice. Very good at his job. Please give them raises and records that show the superb representation of your compant that they do with the repair of your products.

Literally just walked out the door people! I have my phone after hours (but please understand that I also arrived later than expected) if it shows the time and effort that they are willing to put in. I have an older LG that nobody works on would take weeks for any other place to fix. Not even 2 hours well priced and professional thanks guys!

Had the part in stock for my LG G6. Told me an hour, was done in 45 minutes when i returned. Very nice and professional. I swear the screen works better now and is more clear than when the phone was new. The phone is only a few months old so that is impressive. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely incredible service. They were quick and the screen works perfectly. They accidently misquoted my phone and told me the price would be $70 when it should have be about $120. And when I came back to pick up my phone, they said they had made a mistake on the quote, but that they wouldnt charge me for it. Which I thought was so honest. So many places would have charged me for the mistake they made, but they ate it and sent me out a happy customer. This location is about an hour from my house, but Im so glad I came. And this is where I will come from now on with any of my cell problems. Great job!
