Very happy with my Tundra!!!! Not very happy with Price Auto. The truck was sold to me as in good condition with everything working. They inspected it for a year. It has cost me $3123.90 more to have a useable truck. Still not completely functional. Eat my 5 stars Price Auto. They do not stand by their warranties or statements. I am leaving it 5 stars so more people will see this. I apologize. I wrote the first comment before I knew. If you are going to buy anything from them have it checked by a mechanic that does not work for them. I went to a dealer hoping to avoid all this. Had to replace emergency brake, clutch, power steering pump, headlight covers, exhaust parts, air filter, wipers. Cruise control still not working. I feel disrespected.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend, bought a car I thought was good, one month later the car doesn’t start and when I can get the engine to run it only runs for a few seconds then sounds like it wants to seize. Was told there was nothing they could do for and they said they “have no knowledge of any pre existing problems” definitely stay away. I should’ve looked at all the 1 star reviews before purchasing.

The people who work there are nice but I should have looked somewhere else. I bought a 2011 impreza from here in May 2021 and by the time July came it ALREADY needed rear brakes and ALL FOUR tires were basically bald and one has a slow leak, I had to put air in it a week after I got the car. Not to mention as I was pulling off the lot with the car, both blinkers were out. When I test drove the car there was a rattling sound coming from underneath and asked if they could fix it, which they did but as soon as i pulled off the lot ANOTHER type of rattling sound was coming from underneath, which i just got looked at and its my catalatic convert that price auto said the “fixed”so now i have to spend $1800 to fix it. And not to mention my head gasket is leaking already. And they told us they would send us a small part in the mail that was missing from the back of the car and they never sent it either. You’d think if your selling a car to someone you would make sure it’s actually inspectable before you sell it and at least try to fix it up? Considering i came there from an hr away so I dont have time to keep running back and forth so they can fix it. Overall, people were nice but if you want a car that isn’t going to have problems almost as soon as you get it home I’d go somewhere else:)

I wouldnt send anyone here. They are fast talking, typical slimy used car men!! I heard him on the phone and he was getting a delivery from the Manchester car auction which I know for a fact that all cars are not legal to drive and just barely get them officially legal.. Less than a year after buying our town and country Mimi Van the front wheel flew off the and damaged the Van to the point where it was a total loss. Thank God we had just gotten off the highway. DONT GET ANYTHING FROM THERE!!!

I showed up to test drive a few trucks I had seen online. I found a truck I liked, had the keys in hand and was driving away in less than 2 hours. Great conversation with Eric & Spiro; they were both super helpful, and no high pressure sales tactics.

I bought what I thought was a 2015 but apparently it is a 2014 Ford Fiesta on June 5th 2021. Less than 1 and 1/2 months later the car has been in the shop twice! The first issue was the fact that I looked back at the ad and realized I paid 1000$ over the price advertised, I called and after a brief argument I received the 1000$ check in the mail later on that week. The second problem we’re the 2 issues, one the battery only lasted a week and a half, 200$ out of my pocket. Then a week later the car was back in the shop because the alternator completely crapped out and that was 500$ out of my pocket. I am currently dealing with the warranty the bank put on the car and they are giving me a hard time about the claim so it looks like I took both repairs on the chin. I’m very unhappy with my purchase and recommend that no one shop here. It’s just been a complete list of headaches with the car, I wish I had read the reviews before I went to the dealership.

My husband purchased a vehicle in 2020. A day after he drove it off the lot it started making noises. He called and was told it was not covered. They also inspected the vehicle until June 2021. We tried to get it inspected but there is a large amount of rot under the truck. Over 2 feet long. This rot was obviously there when the truck was purchased. This place is a joke. Inspecting vehicles when they do not pass is against the law!

Sold me my dream Genesis Coupe a few months back. Dave was great, took a customer statement over the phone, got me approved, and had it waiting out front for me the next morning. Easiest most painless car buying experience. Pretty good price especially for a rare spec of an uncommon car. Car has also been 10/10 reliable havent had any issues with it.

Worst place to buy a vehicle ever theyre out for themselves and themselves only. Most of there vehicles are junk and not worth a dollar but make them appear to be worth thousands blows my mind they can do what they do to people and get away with it. I bought a truck from them was pretty expensive a week later meineke wouldnt even do an oil change because the trucks frame was beyond gone and wasnt safe at all to be on the road I had them because the state inspection sticker they put on it shouldnt have been on there at all

My personal experience w the dealership was pleasant salesman was friendly not fast talking tryna hustle me.he actually listened to what me n my wife had to say.we took a minivan for a test drive we heard what sounded like a squeeky fan belt.we ended up buying the can and the noise was dealt with like promised paperwork done effiently and professionally I highly recommend this establishment.

Considering all events in 2020 the worst thing was that i bought a truck at price auto sales. Everything seamed great at first untill it came to service after the sale. Once getting my truck home and then into the shop for inspection in my state. My truck has some major issues less then 30 days from the purchase. Issues that leave the vehicle undriveable. Be aware of what your getting from these guys. Im now looking at thousands of dollars of out of pocket repair cost because i made the mistake of doing business here. On top of all after we could not find common ground on getting the vehicle fixed because they wanted me to pay to have the vehicle towed from maine to new hampshire out of my pocket so that they could fix some issues and then split the cost of other issues with me. Which basically was gonna end up with me spending thousands and still being without my vehicle for a week or so and then another trip to new hampshire to pick the vehicle up. i was threatened to be “sued for slander” by finance manager dave if i was to leave this one star review.Thats no way to treat a customer. They would not take the vehicle back. I just want out of this horrible situation. Learn from my experience and be very cautious of price auto sales. Check out some of there reviews on cars.com. This is not the only bad one out there. This seams to be a common trend with these guys. After my experience and feeling like i just got screwed out of $32,000.00!!! I will not be returning to price auto sales thats for sure. All I wanted from them was to pay for parts and i would get the vehicle fixed here locally because it either needs to be fixed first to be driven to them or towed to them for repairs which i cannot afford to have it towed 3 hours. and they were not willing to do that.

I have a young college aged son who bought a car from this place. He was told that it wouldnt pass inspection from emissions but neglected to inform him that the car wouldnt pass inspection ever because the frame was all rusted. When we tried to talk to the manager about it he defended the business by saying that they never brought the car into the shop. If they never brought the car into the shop then how did they know it wouldnt pass the emissions test? Just plain BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!

DO NOT go here, under any circumstances. Drove over an hour here and found a Tacoma that I wanted to take home today (after looking around for a while). Conversed with the salesman, Li, and asked for a test drive, as one buying a vehicle would, and stated we had been searching various dealerships for a few days and had been looking around at Tacomas. As i brought my license to them, Li told me “under these conditions, we will not let you drive our vehicles”. I was confused and asked why. They wouldn’t let me drive their Tacoma because I was looking at other places as well! Li was nothing but rude from the beginning and continued to unprofessional and hurry us out the door when we were frustrated we were told not to drive a vehicle we wanted to buy TODAY. Li also did not know anything regarding the trucks, bummer because they could’ve made a sale today if they let me test drive. Incredibly odd scenario I’ve never experienced anywhere ese

David Jr. was very pushy to get me to buy my car that day because the deal hed give me is only good for that day and he admitted to my father he pressured me. Definetly going to do something about this because I cant let it go. Insisted it was a very clean car and I just found out the entire bottom is rotted out!! HORRIBLE customer service as well, and LIED. PLEASE do not go here!! I will keep writing reviews so other people wont get screwed like I did!!

I have been looking for a reasonably priced, safe 1st vehicle for my 16 year old daughter. I ended up here after being very frustrated with many other used car dealerships. I was getting ready to leave the lot when salesman John came out and asked if he could help in any way. I explained my situation and budget. He simply looked at us and said I have the perfect car. Ok, well lets look. Lets just say it was the perfect car. We ended up driving it off the lot that night. Now, we ended up having a soft tire and a brake issue. BUT, I called John and that next morning he got me right in and they took it very seriously. At the end, we are very happy and absolutely recommend anyone looking for any type of vehicle to come here.

Went in to look at a Tacoma, found one that I liked and started the process. John and Dave were both awesome, they ended up finding a major issue with it. They showed it to me and worked on getting it fixed CORRECTLY. That ended up not being a fix that would be fast enough for me (I was in need of a vehicle soon) so they found me another option that was actually a better Tacoma than what I picked out. They were very honest and up front and I can not thank them enough! I will tell people to go there for their next vehicle purchase for sure!They were very up front and honest, something I have not encountered much in the sales world. If I could give this place negative stars I would, I purchased the car through them they said they did a full safety inspection on the vehicle, and everything was alright… I ended up hitting a deer on the highway at 50 plus miles an hour and no airbag went off in my car they said that this Was not their problem... I honestly would never purchase another car from this place ever again... And I would strongly suggest that whever does by a vehicle from this place they get it inspected and gone through by a different mechanic somewhere else.

I just financed a car from John and Dave from price auto sales 2 in concord NH. They are 100% truthful of what they say. They take wonderful care of their customers. If anyone can get you a car its price auto sales 2. I recommend price auto sales 2 for financing a car its a great dealership. They do really great work to get you a car. They work more harder than any dealership that Ive seen. In my experience with John and Dave they are the most respectful people you will ever work with.

Spent a few months looking around for a vehicle, went to Price and found the perfect Toyota Tacoma. I paid 12k cash for a Toyota Highlander. Everything was perfect until I got into a 3 car collision with my 2 year old in the back only to find the airbags didnt work. I am a former mechanic in the army and I know for a fact there is testing to see if the airbags in fact do you work before selling, therefore they sold it to me without even telling me that this was an issue. Theyll be hearing from my lawyer. Make sure you check everything. For your own safety.

I wouldnt even give this place a single star if it wasnt required. We recently (within the past 2 weeks of this review) purchased one of their WHOLESALE specials, a 2004 Subaru Outback. The ad was extremely misleading first and foremost. They had said that it had all major work done to it prior to it being traded in, like the head gasket, brakes, rotors, calipers, belts and the like, which turned out to be a huge lie! The head gasket is junk, and the driveshaft is so rotted that when driven could potentially fall right out and/or blow up. I spent a good amount of time looking over the body and frame and also checking for things that I know are trouble issues for this type of vehicle, but these are things that I could not possibly have seen without a lift in a garage or proper tools. Not only was I swindled out of a good deal of money, but itll take close to $4000 to even get it to pass a state safety inspection. I was told that this was a safe and reliable car when in turn, myself or my children could have potentially been killed. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Not only did David see that I was on the fence due to the price and possible issues, he practically pressured me into buying this car. He took my money and didnt even have a second thought to my personal safety in driving away in a complete lemon. Shady sales tactics and blatant lying just to make a buck. Now I am without a car but gained a nice shiny lawn ornament.

I recommend this place to ALL! The salesman Dave went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me, as I was in a really rough spot!! I was blown away by the kindness and the generosity! Also the manager Jane was a huge help and very kind! What great people they are, its nice to know there are honest and wonderful people out there. Not happy. Left the lot with a lemon. Cant pass inspection. It should not even had a sticker on it. Gas leak and the drivers side window motor needs to be replaced. I got tricked and I dont like that. Still polite and nice people though. Just wish it was looked at before we bought it.

Recently purchased a vehicle here. Could not have received more sub par service. Sales staff was rude and pushy, and service dept. took shortcuts at every turn. When trying to receive my vehicle from the service dept it was moved to their secondary lot without notifying me. Then I was blamed for not being able to pick it up on their time frames.

No stars is what this place deserve . This place only wants your money any way they can get it. Selling death traps and not caring about people. Lying stating they will put a plate on your car to get your money and when you go to pick it up and find no plate on the car you just paid straight cash for. To find out the next day that all of a sudden they cant plate the car because they know it will never pass inspection . Swindlers they have no shame.

**UPDATE. one year after owning the jeep we bought, we have had to replace the entire front brake assembly front suspension, and the entire front drivers side floor pan. Thousands in repairs, none covered under warranty. And the engine recently starting ticking. Not a good purchase.--- my girlfriend got a jeep wrangler, which after we bought it we noticed dry rot on both front tires. They said they would replace them no problem. I told them they need to match, and they tried telling me they dont make those tires anymore(wrangler duratrac), I told them to look again, and wouldnt you know it? They do! So John agreed to match the tires, but when she went to tire warehouse, they in fact did not. I called Dave, upset, and he said no, they wont pay the extra money to match our tires.(It was $10 more a tire). I told them to cut me a check and well take care of it. It could have been an easy fix, but they were cheap about it. They told my girlfriend to her face they would match the tires, and I confirmed it over the phone, and then an hour later Im dealing with Dave saying no....they Shouldve been straight forward from the start. Were happy with the jeep, but the run around B.S. was irritating. All in all, honestly...● Vehicle we wanted for price we wanted, achieved.● Peace of mind knowing we wont have issues in the future?...not so much

Really enjoyed working with the salesman there, he seemed to be a genuinely honest guy. My son and I were looking at multiple trucks, he didnt try to upsell and honestly listened when there were issues / concerns and really looked into the vehicle, the loan, and our needs. I would go back again.
