Referred someone here bc I had a really great experience but the person I referred had nothing but issues with the car they bought. The car fax somehow didnt show it had been in bad accident. Person brought it to a dealer of the make of the car and was told about the bad accident and said it would cost more to fix then the car was worth. I dont believe they honor their $50 kick back for referrals either. Was told mine was in the mail, never received.

On Saturday September 5th we drove over 2 and a half hours to check out a Red Nissan Titan with 100,000 +miles .We called to check if it was still available. When we got there it was there but ..... my adult son who was buting the truck was checking it out the running board came off in his hand . He also found someone used blue silicone to seal several exhaust leaks instead of repairing it.there was a leak on the transfer case and one on the ac. Then when he brought it to the attention of the dealer he was rude and condescending. BUYERS BEWARE $$$ TOO HIGH PRICED FOR CARS THAT NEED WORK AFTER SALE!! No customer service! Money maybe spent better elsewhere.

AMAZING!! Cant say enough great things about my first experience with the service department. I went in because my car was making a really loud very bad sounding noise by the tire. I was actually really scared to drive it. I called ahead and they said they could get me in right away to be sure my car was safe to drive. I had my brakes done at another well known service station a few months prior and it turns out they forgot to tighten a bolt that was very important. If I let it go longer my wheel would have locked up while driving and caused an accident. Price Auto replaced the bolt for me and made sure everything else was tightened and safe on all the wheels for me! And they didnt even charge me for it! Really great guys too they let me come into the bay to show me what was wrong and explain to me what happened and how serious it could have been. This was my first visit there and they restored my car to safety for me and fixed another shops mistake and didnt even charge me for it. As a young female its hard to find a car place that wont rip you off or take advantage of you because you dont know much about cars. When he heard the noise my car was making he actually said I dont feel comfortable letting you leave here today without fixing that for you. They really do care and they know their stuff! I will definitely be back! Never had a better experience with car service...ever!

We financed a car with them. It was the most difficult car experience Ive ever had. We went in with $2,000 to put down, and wanted a specific car. We got told there was no way we could get payments under $200 a month on it, and the salesman said he would crunch some numbers and call us back. He never called. So we went back, and he had told us another car could easily get down below $200 a month, and we were interested in that. He said, because they were closing in an hour, to come back the next day or another day. We came back, and he told us we were SOL, but ended up trying to work out giving us the original car he said we couldnt afford.Apparently forgetting the car we decided on. He had the worst attitude and was coming across very annoyed and uninterested in even trying to help us leave with a car.He spoke to his boss, and they agreed they could bring payments down to $201 a month. Assured us the car was in great shape, had working AC etc etc. We go through everything to get this car, and then get told we cant take it, because the calipers needed to be fixed, and to come back the next day. We come back the next day, and then they give us the keys, assuring us all is as it should be, they apologized for the delay and said they wanted to be sure they didnt give us a car that needs work. We get on the road, and it seemed a bit rough sounding, but I assumed it was because it was a V6 and had a heavier sound to it.Come to find out, the car needs transmission work, has absolutely no AC and the thing is not at all what it should be. Ive emailed them, tried to be in touch, explained the issue, asked if they can be of any help to us on the matter. Zero response. So here I am, in a car that isnt exactly safe for my family, and car payments higher than they knew we wanted, given false hopes, false assurances etc, and no one answering for it. If the car was as good and fixed up as they said, the payments might be worth it. At this point...not even close.

They were very helpful and pricing was better than fair. John spent 2 weeks searching for and ultimately finding me exactly what I wanted for the price I expected. Even a minor mix-up after the sale was immediately resolved. Very satisfied.

Heed the warnings. Bought a 2004 Toyota, truck wont pass inspection due to the frame being completely rotted out. Brought to my mechanic, he said Im lucky it didnt break in half as I was driving down the road. Frame is not covered under the factory warranty. Called Price, still no return call. Now paying on a truck for 3+ more years that I cant even drive. People need to contact Consumer Protection and the AGs office to file a complaint.

My transaction was pretty typical for a used car experience: do research, check out some cars, scope out the dealers, make an offer, acquire a car. The selection at Price drew me in and they were straightforward and nice. I ultimately purchased a vehicle from them because they had the best car at the right price and were willing to be frank during the discussion and negotiation. All around, a solid car buying experience.Edit to add: Total shady after bought car. Check engine light came on. Hassle to deal with afterwards. Embodiment of shady used car salesperson.

Dont ever go to Price Auto! We purchased a car there, and a year later it wouldnt pass inspection because there was too much rust underneath. Called them, they were willing to work with us, a little. But less than 4 months later, its literally falling apart. So much rust, so much structural damage that was certainly there when we purchased it. They completely took advantage of our situation and sold us a vehicle that was a piece of junk! And now we cant even trade it in because the price was so high that there is too much negative equity. Bunch of crooks!! They totally screwed us!!

Avoid this place - they lied about condition of car it have several issues not mentioned and 1 was pretty major. they also lied about paperwork fee. charged almost $200 in paperwork fees(never mentioned in the ad nor on the phone. not until i drove from pretty far away did i learn of this). they told me that is what the state charges them and they had no choice. i asked a local used car dealer he said the fees is BS. i called the state on Monday and found the state only charges them $25 for the title fee.

Bought a ford foucus for what i thought was gonna be 6000 they added a 2600 hiden fee on top of it after having the car for 2 months the transmission went and the a/c compressor went they told me there was nothing they could do that i would have to pay 1500 on repairs cause it was pass theyre warranty of 500 miles or 50/50 on repairs witch is junk on my opinionAlso when i drove the car away.... the horn didnt work it had no gas, all 4 tires needed air, and both tire rods needed to be fix oh and it brought no mats no spare tire no hub caps bottom line people this is not the place you wanna go for a car they will give you the run around and mess u over at the end. At least i managed to get out of it i went to autofair traded in that piece of junk and got myself a 2019 elantra for 20$ dollars cheaper than i was paying for that ford focus 2012 dont go there people theres wayy better places to go

Horrible experience here never fixed the problems with the truck before I picked it up. Then I had to drive 55 minutes north to give it to them so they could fix the problems we discussed prior. Then I asked them to leave the keys in the truck as I would not make it there before closing. So I drive the 65 mins there after a 24hr shift just to find out the truck was locked no keys in sight I called for 40 mins before I got a response then wait another 15 mins come to find out they didnt even repair the brakes like we discussed. No communication here sleezy used car sales here stay away.

Absolutely disgusted with them. I am in the market for a Toyota Tacoma and with a recent insurance settlement had cash in hand for the right vehicle. After finding what I thought was the perfect replacement for my former truck, I was given every assurance by the salesman over the phone. Feeling comfortable I asked them what it would take to secure the truck for me until the insurance check came through. A $250 fully refundable security deposit was made along with the salesmans word that the truck would be pulled off the lot and set aside for me for two weeks. Two days later, a call from the dealership revealed that another salesman sold the vehicle and I was SOL. Just to note the $250 was never charged so it leads me to believe they were blowing smoke the whole time. I will take my cash else where and never forget this transaction. Unprofessional and a huge disappointment, you business is forever tainted.

I saw a car they had online! So I called and talked to salesman (con artist) he said car was clean and ready to go! So I drive 2 hours, arrive but no one knew where the said car was, so after 4 of there employees searched the lot they found it 3 deep in back row, the car was filthy and wouldnt start, so a mechanic took the car into garage because every warning light was on ! He plugged the car into his computer to read reason of lights and the car had over 30 warning codes!!! The mechanic said this car is junk theres no way this car should be sold ! So I confronted the salesman (very bad English) and immediately I noticed he had a change of attitude, I asked why would he tell me the car was clean and ready to go? When actually the car was junk? He shrugged his shoulders and said to bad, then he suggested that I go look at another car lot of theres! I gave him the single finger salute and left the dump ! THEY LIE AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE CON ARTIST,!

Bought a Dodge sedan from them, a 2006, maybe 8 months ago. it only had 48K miles on it, and i even paid for a warranty. WELL. about a week ago the power steering hose blew out, but i figured it was a fluke and got it repaired. then i went to visit family in ohio and the whole rack and pinion blew out, and i was forced to get it repaired down there too. the warranty complany tried to tell me none of this was covered because it wasnt part of the power train, but a few choice words later apparently they misread the policy. anyway, i got a call from the garage about half way back to NH and they said they did some research on the rack and pinion that they replaced, and apparently the one that was in my car was for a Dodge Caravan... there was nothing on the carfax that EAG gave me except for one accident. im 90% sure this car was in an accident so EAG bought it cheap, and repaired the vehicle with whatever they had laying around. the car has 56k miles on it as im writing this, there should be NOTHING wrong with the power steering. oh, and again as im writing this, MY CAR IS BACK IN THE SHOP FOR MORE POWER STEERING ISSUES. i paid damn near $12k for this thing, im beyond livid. i heard EAG is selling off all their vehicles and closing up shop, and i say good riddance to you bastards.
