Thanks Google reviews, I will never visit used car dealers without checking their google reviews rating and without the carfax report. I saw 2012 Toyota Camry SE for $9,600 listed on Craigslist by Nanos Auto, visit their website request car VIN, and decide to pay for carfax report myself, and the report is so shocking, 4 car accidents recorded, 1. 06/15 minor to moderate damage, left rear to rear. 2. 08/15 minor damage, again left read to rear. 3. 10/17 minor damage, right rear to rear, 4. 04/19 minor to moderate damage, left front to front. Its 200% worth paying $39 dollars for carfax report and not $9,600 for car like this and be sorry!

I have seen other people share similar reviews which makes me so sad. If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a Ford Fusion from Nano’s and when I got a flat tire, I was told by the mechanic my car had CADILLAC RIMS and was not safe to drive. My first car buying experience. When I called Nano’s to inquire, they were extremely rude and told me if it passed inspection it was no longer his problem. Do not buy a car from here.

Terrible experience, this is why people dont go to small car dealers. Nano pretended to be helpful but problems immediately happened with the vehicle he sold me. I was months pregnant just looking for a safe vehicle. He immediately stopped answering his phone when I reached out. The car had no check engine lights but 2 days after I brought it home the light went on. I brought the car to a mechanic closer to me the same day and he told me the transmission was bad. I had been contacting Nano for several months with no reply. Last we spoke he said he would fix it no problem but never came to tow it and stopped answering my calls and messages.****Also, the warranty he sold me only covered $1,500 of the $5,600 worth of work it needed for the transmission to be fixed.DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE OR PEOPLE

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They sold me a car that has so many problems I would’ve returned it if my 30 day guarantee wasn’t over. Engine fan didn’t work. So I took it to nano’s to get it fixed and not even a day later the engine fan was accelerating even when I shut off the car to the point it drained the battery. Next the A/C doesn’t work it needed a new compressor. The catalyst needed to be replaced. The break petal wasn’t working. Thankfully I wasn’t on the highway or I would’ve gotten into a collision. This car is a death trap and if I could return it I would. I live about a hour from concord and can’t afford the inconvenience of constantly driving up because they sold me a car that keeps having new problems. Please be honest when selling a car.

My 17 year-old son bought his first car here in March 2020. He spent all of his savings on a car that within two weeks had numerous problems. We went with him to buy the car and everything was working fine. They said they put new breaks and new battery. Within two weeks, the AC stopped blowing cold air, the motor in the driver’s seat stopped working and the seat was stuck in a position too far back for my son to comfortably reach the break/gas. The car needed to be jumped several times and the breaks started to squeak. When I called Nano’s, they denied any responsibility for the car having all of those issues. Within the last month, just 5 months after purchasing, there was a fire in the dashboard and the car has completely died. If given the option, I would have left no stars for a dealer who has no scruples to sell a LEMON to a 17 year old kid or anyone for that matter. I would highly recommend to NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER.
