Their customer service is practically nonexistent, their title department is a joke, and they refuse to call you back despite repeated promises that they’ll do so. They don’t care about small independent dealers at all

I wish I can give this auction less than one star because google would not let me do that, we bought a 2013 BMW X1 Vin#WBAVM1C53DVW45447In 25th of May,2021 and to day is 16th of September 2021 and they still could not provide us with the title plus we have been calling them and leaving voice mails but nobody at the office even cared to return our calls.What kind of customer service is this.

You will wait on titles forever. That extension for titles, no one ever answers it also. Your 24 hour notice to return a car is a misrepresentation just as much as Manheim Charlotte is. Put a 24 hour notice in at 9:00AM but the seller has until 5:00PM the following day to deliver good on title. They have the inventory we look for, but customer service just isnt a priority at all.

They constantly have issues with getting you a title. This is the only auction I ever have title issues with. They will say they are going to find out whats going on and call you back, but that call never comes and they leave you in limbo to call them back and get the same excuses over and over again. Be aware

MY 1 AND ONLY COMPLAINT- NOT ALLOWING A SINGLE DRIVER FROM A DEALER TO GET SOMEONE ABLE TO HELP GET THE CARS OUTSIDE THE GATE WHILE THE SALE IS RUNNING. THAT WAY I CAN BUY A LOT MORE CARS INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR A GAP OR THE END, I HOPE NOT TO MISS CARS ID LIKE TO BUY. I RUSH IT OUTSIDE IN HOPES NOT TO MISS ANYTHING. IT DISCOURAGES TIMES FOR US BUYERS...i think 1 Driver per dealer which we sign and leave our manheim #, the driver themselves write their drivers license # and print too. So I can focus That is my only issue currently choose between here and Statesville, my winner is Concord without a doubt. Kim, Mindy,Jennifer, Mark, Felicia, Dealer Serv., Title office, counter staff, Front security Staff, Arbitration, all Phases are 110%

They have great trade-in inventory, but the policies and procedures of the auction itself is very deceptive. They lookout for the seller (Hendrick Motorsports) and thats it. After the sale you have literally 1 full day to pick your cars up before they tow them to their larger auction 60 miles up the road, and charge you. Me being from SC this makes for a logistical nightmare. Sale ends on Wednesday around 5pm... Friday morning your cars are moved up the road 60 miles. Not to mention the gate hours suck. Most large auctions or auctions with policies like this have really long gate hours. They close at 10pm. Really should be a 24 hour opening until Friday morning if you are gonna implement such stupid policies. There is lots of land for sale around this location so they should open their greedy pockets and fix this issue. There is also never any secure parking for tow trucks if you physically drive to the sale on sale day. You have to park in a random parking lot at another business that is unsecured and completely out of view from the regular auction. If you do use regular parking they leave a nasty note on your window. There are 400+ cars every week. You have the parking equal to a McDonalds. Fix the issues!!!!!!!!! Protect the interest of the buyers as well!!

Picking up cars for smart Chevrolet

Hard to find cars there need a better system on finding them and getting them out so you can get out and get loaded and get gone took 2 and a half hours to find 3 cars and one of them would not pass the gate!!!!
