Havent been to have car maintenanced in at least 5 months since Im working from home now. Had an appt for oil change, tire rotation, and a manufacturers recall. Waited in lobby for a couple hours like I figured I would, and nice surprise at the end,.....was told thanks to my patience, no charge! I have spent alot of money with these guys, and this was q pleasant surprise! Nice staff, and quality work. Ill obviously be back!

Went very motivated and excited to buy another charger but was told by the salesman Darren, In order to test drive I have to put in an offer. Well downhill from there,not my first rodeo,went with 90% to buy but Ive never heard of such a thing. Why would you talk numbers first? Strange policy as per Darren.🤔Truly put a damper on the excitement of feeling young and buying something new.So took my 50k cash to Lake Norman Dodge for my next purchase🤑 and no I wasnt trying for a Hellcat.

What made me realize today this is a full service dealership is once again I went to service department, had no appointment, Olga and John got the car on the schedule anyway. After a bit, Olga happened to notice that I wasnt gonna be done and I needed to be somewhere, she put me in a loaner she had and sent me on my way. After our visit last Sunday the manager was rude and arrogant.Explains all the reasons why our trade was worth thousands less then another dealership offered .And why he would not extend the rebates the other dealership would.And you lost a jeep grand Cherokee limited sale in the process.

Not sure how used car managers can appraise a trade in by never even looking or driving my trade. Using kbb for used car manager is weak. Then not being upfront about thier price. Which was 1000 over normal. Dont believe the hype here folks

Friendly welcome service area, but the parts, no so good. The sales person wanted to sale me a whole Shifter cable for $140, instead of just a part (shift linkage), that I could get in Amazon for $10.

No truck selection. If you want a 1500 you may find one if you want anything larger they have none.

Sales department good to work with, but if you drive off the lot in your new jeep and find out all things are not working 100% the service department will let you down! 4 service visits for the same thing and have to repeatedly contact them due to not being called back. They do contact you to ask you to give them a 10 out of 10 on their manufacture review, so at that time you ask if the part that was ordered came in. But the guy has know idea, he was just contacting you to get a good review even though he is the guy that ordered the part!Disorganized Service Department!

Hendrick Concord needs to work on honesty and transparency. Placing a price on the internet and adding 10k when you get to the dealership is wrong and stating well did you not read the fine print. I wouldnt buy a vehicle or refer anyone to this company. Sad day when honesty is not a priority. By the way found a better truck with more incentives for less and walked away with extended warranty and payment exactly where we wanted it. Try Shelby for your RAM Truck needs.

Hendrick Kia of Concord makes car maintenance seamless. The service department staff is friendly, the waiting area is clean, and the wait time is short.

The Loaner we were given while our vehicle was being worked was slightly to small for our family. Richmond said he would fix this. He did. We turned the first loaner in no issues and they gave us a larger vehicle with great service. I reccomend that if you ever have a problem you see if Richmond can help. Great guy with great customer service.

Overall awful experience over the past 3 days with Hendrick Auto Mall of Concord.1 star for coffee and bottled water! While looking at used vehicles at HendrickToyota, was told for 2 days that I could see a newly acquired vehicle once it was available. After checking in on the status of the vehicle several times with a manager who led me to believe that he would notify me when it was available. I inquired less than 2 hours later to find out that the vehicle was in the sales process with another customer!! After 2 days of anticipation of finding the perfect vehicle and trusting that the salesman and Hendrick Motors was trustworthy and up front...I found out different. Then I continued to look online, found and took a screenshot of the deal they were advertising for another vehicle. When I went to the DCJ dealership, they said that it was a mistake... more like a FALSE AVERTISEMENT PLOY to bring in customers! A single mother/nurse (I was offered a first responders discount to say that they did something), who is looking to work with them to get a reliable vehicle for herself and her children, was turn away because I wouldnt back down from their mistake . HENDRICK AUTO MALL OF CONCORD is untrustworthy and doesnt stand by their advertising. DO NOT TRUST THESE DEALERSHIPS!!

Love having my car serviced here. We live in Mooresville and choose to go to Concord. I have two young children so I love that they have a play room to keep them occupied. Oscar was my sales manager today and he was awesome. Very friendly and offered snacks to the little ones. Also explained everything they serviced and what to expect at my next visit.

Poor customer service. They advertise a car online and I went to look at it. When I got was told they would just need to go grab it from the lot. 30 minutes pass and am then told they dont have it but they have the same model but a newer year with less miles and they will go it for me to take a look at, another 30 to 40 minutes pass and they cant find that one that either but they have an even newer one. Told them I was interested and 2 minutes later they find both cars and are getting them both for me to test drive. 40 minutes later still havent seen either car and am told I cant test drive them as they are not for sale yet and need repairs. The sales person then had the audacity to say since youre here why dont we walk the lot and see if we can find something else you like...I honestly feel they didnt have the car they had advertised at such a great price that brought me in and that it was a complete bait and switch tactic to get customers to the lot and try to sell them something else. You know since youre already there, I will never be back.

Got a part replaced (for a recall) was treated wonderfully by staff. Looked at lot inventory, definitely getting a new vehicle from them!

Kia side not so good. Volkswagen side, friendly, cordial, helpful, friendly, very inviting. On a rainy day, the coffee was hot, pop corn was fresh and your open arm smiles shines through.

Got oil changed and found oil on drivers door handle. Really?!?! Since the interior is all black, who knows if theres oil inside. This is a dealership, I shouldnt experience this lack of professionalism.
