Zach and Nikki with Gasquatch Customs are some of the most reliable and trustworthy people that you can ever hope to do business with! I have bought a lot of cars over the years, but buying from them has been the best experience Ive ever had, by far! They treat you with respect and take time to go over everything with you, making sure to answer any questions you may have. They went over where they purchased the car from, what all was wrong with it and everything that was repaired or replaced. I would definitely recommend them to my family, friends, or anyone that I know. I know that without a shadow of a doubt, that they would always be there for me if I ever needed anything from them. I needed someone to do suspension upgrade work to my vehicle. First I visited the shop to meet Zach and Nikki. The shop was clean and organized and was impressed by Zach and Nikkis interest in what I needed to get done. This included lowering springs and adjustable shocks while upgrading all bushings with polyurethane and new ball joints. I also had him do some basic maintenance work. Having been in the automotive service industry for 30 years again I was impressed by the thoroughness in detail to the work done. I was called daily to be given updates on how things were coming along. After that work was done I decided to give him another project on upgrading the brake system to brembo calipers and all that went with it. Because this is not a factory option for my car a bit of creative ingenuity had to go into it. Zach had the can do  attitude. Everything turned out better than expected. I was extremely happy and the price was fair! If you have any service work that needs to be done to your car or even custom work,  Zach is your man. It was a pleasure dealing with the two of them. Highly, highly recommed

Today I am gladly returning home for the second time from Gasquatch with a huge smile on my face and a new favorite spot. I can honestly say that I am surprised with the service I have received this time around. Somehow they try make even your second visit easier than the first which not many shops are able to do at all let alone even help you correctly the first time without ripping you off, scamming you or blatantly lying to you. The business is located in a very respected business district in Concord with Nicole and Zach probably being the most helpful ones in that entire area. Its a very pleasant building with plenty of space inside and outside to take a quick and comfortable stroll even if you have to wait for work to be finished on your vehicle. I love hanging out in the back like the average car guy but of course, dont walk into the garage unless permitted to do so. The rates of this shop are absolutely fantastic compared to anywhere else with the first hour of diagnostic being half that of the regular labor rate. With the staff being so responsive and helpful, they will walk you through every single step of the entire operation from the second you set an appointment to the time you leave. The normal labor rate is already half of what 95% other shops would charge to work on your vehicle (and their diagnostic isnt a scam or a lie like it is with most places at half that). I will surely be a returning customer like they have been a returning helpful hand. I dont normally do this long of a review but I really have to let everyone know about this much respected place of business. Lets help this local business grow for the greater good!Oh, I forgot to mention. Theres another bonus to taking your car, truck, SUV or other vehicle to Gasquatch! Guess what it is (my favorite part that keeps bringing me back)... If the work on your vehicle gets completed sooner then the estimated time they notify you of upon arrival... YOU DONT HAVE TO PAY THAT ADDITIONAL OVERHEAD that all other shops still charge you regardless! That means if your work requires 3 hours and he finishes it in 30 minutes like he did for me, YOU ONLY HAVE TO PAY FOR THOSE 30 MINUTES! Nothing more! Any other shop will still charge you that overpriced overhead for your parts, labor and time just so they can pocket more money off you! Not here. I found a new home for my car and I with some very amazing people.

We purchased our second vehicle from Zach and Nikki within a year to use as my daily driver. I absolutely love it! My old car was a 2008 Hyundai with over 245k miles and needing about $1k done in repairs. I got all of my money out of that car to say the least! It was just time for something new.We began watching the website and Facebook for a car to purchase and finally found one at just the right time! A 2012 Kia Sorento Ex. My husband called and spoke with Zach about the car and we drove over and hour back to Concord to check it out.Needless to say I fell on love with it! We bought it that day and left it there for them to put a new windshield in it along with taking it up to the dealership for a recall repair.A week later we drove back down there and ended up staying to hang out with them for several hours before finally heading back home. Its more than just a business transaction when you buy from them. They treat you like family!We just drove it to the beach for the first time this past month and it has done great! It has the double sun and moon roofs so it makes driving at night super fun.We will continue to use Zach and Nikki for all of our car buying needs!!! Would definitely recommend to all family and friends.

We bought a used Honda CRV for our daughter from Zach and Nicole. The transaction was easy and very quick. We did have the unfortunate experience of the starter going bad the very next day, but Zach offered to replace it for us at no charge... this was during the gas shortage and they were about 40 minutes from us so we chose to go to a Honda dealer near us, so Zach refunded us some of the money which went towards fixing the starter. All in all it was a good experience and they stood by their car sale even though it was sold as is.

Zack did a great job taking care of my sports car today, right before my last minute long distance road trip tomorrow. I will use him for my next repair or project!

I bought a CRV from them that had a clunk, which they told me was normal in CRVs at that age. It turned out to be a bad transmission which progressively got worse over a couple months.

Had an excellent experience, plus very impressed with the vehicle. We wanted to buy something that would be inexpensive and reliable. Toyota is known for having that, but often you get used ones that need tires, brakes, timing chains, water pump, electrical work, etc etc. Zack and Nichole at Gasquatch ensured that all of that work was done ahead of time. I didnt need to go pay a mechanic separately. So we got a fantastic Toyota 4Runner thats ready to go another 100K miles. AND they made the buying experience very enjoyable - no rush, no pressure, all ppwrk ready for us. Zack gave me a complete mechanics-level overview of the work that was done to it. I will absolutely buy from them again, and highly recommend to all of my friends!

Absolutely the best car service I have ever encountered. Professional, efficient, concerned for my safety and very fair pricing. No more dealer service departments for me - where they charge you an outrageous fee for messing your car up worse than when you brought it in. Im disappointed that I have to give a 2 star since they were extremely nice people. Unfortunately the work I had done was not upto par. I had brakes installed and they forgot to install the new rubbers and springs on the rear which were included. I bought 3 actuators to be installed for my heating/cooling system. They installed 2, couldnt find the 3rd. ( Ford installed it at a cost of $220 since it broke a month after I was at gasquatch).The final issue was that two wheel studs came off my back wheel after the work was done. Luckily it was spotted in time and no damage was done.I got a good deal from them, but its only a good deal if the work is done right.. I felt like the job was rushed and thats why these issues happened.Update: in 25 years of owning aftermarket wheels I have never had a stud come off.You say you kept within my budget? I paid what you asked and then gave a tip. How is this staying within my budget? When I just paid what you asked for.
