Frank was very helpful, professional and friendly. Extremely great prices, fast service, and quality inventory. He was very knowledgable with the Jeep Wrangler edition. Highly recommended.
No pressure transaction and seemed very transparent with everything about the car. He helped me with my credit union to get my loan finalized. I had it inspected before hand too. Finally found my lifted Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.
Frank!!! Great help and very professional. Did not feel pressured and was a great feeling. Would recommend going here if looking for a new vehicle!
A Million Thank Yous to F&F Auto Group for the awesome customer experience they showed me and my family. My aunt needed a specific vehicle that she had her heart set on for some time. It wasnt anything flashy with all the bells and whistle but shes had her heart on for some time. We found F & F because he happen to have 1 of the top 3 models my aunt had considered as a plan B. Frank mentioned he had access to hundreds of cars nationwide through his buying resources and could do everything possible in locate the Model, Year and color she had her heart set on. I honestly felt Frank wouldnt even come close to something that would be a candidate for consideration. Boy was I wrong. Not only did he locate the exact color and body style, he actually found it with extras we never expected like custom wheels, a roof rack, premium sound system and much more. Ive never had a salesperson take so much care and attention to go out of his way to provide exceptional customer service. Frank arranged transport of the vehicle to his lot and had the car detailed from top to bottom. We honestly felt Frank would upsell all the added bonus items on the car when the time came to sign on the dotted line. Nope!!! He was Super fair and reasonable. I cant thank Frank & F & F Group for the awesome customer care and attention. If your looking for great & reliable transportation at a fait price or that weird hard to find car, give Frank a call. Hes the Man!!!
Frank had me drive 2.5 hours to see a 2006 Toyota Tacoma that he said was in excellent condition.. We paid a mechanic $110.00 to show us that the frame was so rusted out that the truck was unsafe to drive on the road and should be kept on a farm. I am currently asking him to reimburse us for the inspection, gas, and time to drive to Fairfield from Stateline NV. He tried to sell this truck from another dealers lot in Fairfield. Very dishonest salesman trying to pawn this rust bucket off on some unsuspecting fool. He obviously did not inspect the truck before he bought it and is now trying to get $17,000 for a truck that is basicly worthless. Stay away from this guy. He is a dishonest sleaze bag! As most used car dealers are!
I bought a 2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid w/ 60K from Frank at &F Autogroup. Frank was very personable and nice at first. I appreciated his overall personality and demeanor when purchasing the vehicle. I bought the car in cash. The car had the Good value rating on Cargurus and Frank assured me there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car. He knocked off $300 from the car because I was paying all cash, I had hoped for $500 off but he said he absolutely could not do that. I signed the paperwork, gave the cash, etc. Then Frank hands me a single key. A key that isnt even the original key for the car, it doesnt say Ford and there is no clicker--so no keyless entry or ability to turn on the car alarm. He then tells me that I can order clickers cheaply online. I was a little rattled by this. Why not tell me this beforehand? Especially, if youre a nice guy? I would have still boughten the car, but insisted a bit more on the $500 off. Anyways, I found out you can order cheap clickers from China that may or may not last or work for around $60/ a piece but if you want Ford ones--they cost a couple hundred bucks a piece. I found a place that did refurbished Ford ones and paid around $125 a piece (I bought two). I thought it was a pretty good deal considering. Frank, also said, I could come back to the shop and they would help me program it. I thought this meant he was being a nice guy and it would be complimentary. I called him today, once the keys arrived, and he said that I would have to pay the price that the company he uses to program keys would charge him. Which he estimated would be around $80 per key. Naturally, I was upset. I wish he would have taken the cost of what these keys would be off the price of the car. Because 1) This is adding up now and 2) This is becoming a major chore, especially because I do not live in Concord. I denied the request to use his company to program the keys. I am going to use a local place in the Vallejo/American Canyon place instead as they program keys for $40.Overall, I felt like this place was dishonest and told me things I wanted to hear because I am woman and I was paying cash. I would NEVER buy a car here again. And, I am bit weary now, wondering if my car is indeed in perfect shape like Frank ensured me.
Very congested parking, extremely hard to find parking.
