Robert Mathews was awesome. I had a very specific request for white on blue color scheme. He helped me search all mini dealers in California and found one 20 minutes from my home at MINI of Stevens Creek but their sales team was not as responsive. After multiple attempts and some back and forth with Mini of Stevens it turned out Robert was correct and they had the car I wanted. When I finally got a hold of them they sold it that same day even though I had been in touch with them a couple of days ahead. Robert informed me of a similar car coming into Concord. Took pictures of the car when it came in and help me start the online process. He even took my calls and helped keep the ball rolling on his day off.

Love the 330i I bought. It was priced fair and I plan on enjoying it for years. The three stars is more in relation to the experience I had with my sales representative. If I had not been in a bind where I needed to buy a car this weekend, I would of walked away and waited for something else regardless of the price. I never felt engaged, never felt sold, and to be honest I felt more like a nuisance to the person than a valued customer. I feel like he was there to push the paper work and I was lucky to have him even talk to me. I had previously bought a m235i at this same dealership and loved my experience. Infact that was a major reason I was confident in returning to this location. I already know I wont feel this way when Im ready to buy another BMW again and as a result will look for a dealership that gives me service on par with the awesome product they sell.

Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT purchase a car from this place. I’ve had my car for 3 months, only driven 2,000 miles & already had to pay $1300+ out of pocket on “wear and tear”. I was lied to saying my oil changes were covered with my extended warranty. All in all they sold me a Lemon car & I have now reached out to corporate to help me. If you are a woman, they will take advantage of you like they took advantage of me. This has been the worst car buying experience for my family & I. I wouldn’t doubt it if they just took off the check engine light prior to selling it to me.This is the list of things I had to get fixed & I quote“ Ms. Bojorquez just wanted to update you and let you know it looks like the car needs a new battery due to causing low voltage faults for the check engine light. My tech also did an inspection on the car and found the rear axle seals leaking, front suspension links torn, and drive belt tensioner is noisy. The only bad news is that the battery is not covered but the inspection items are covered less your $200 deductible. The check engine light could be more than a battery but wont know until I get it replaced and recheck again. Your total including the maintenance services we have already done, the battery, and your deductible your total will come out to about $1310.35”End quote.This is the headache you will be dealing with at Concord BMW if you purchase from here.

Probably one of the worst dealerships i have bought a car from in my life. I have never felt like i was at a typical dealership than this location. Not once were we seen as human beings who wanted to learn more about the car that we wanted to purchase. Instead felt like the workers were just forcing the car down our throats and trying to get their commission. If i was not on a time crunch to get a car i would have definitely went to a different dealership for sure. Lena was probably one of the nicest people there and tried to help us out as much as possible but her financial manager only cared about getting the money and seeing us leave in a car.

This is the 1st time Ive been to this dealerI bought my car in Fremont. I had to get my car towed because I had a flat time. The service department is the worst Ive ever experience. When I called in the morning to see the status of my car and I told the person who picked up the phone that my car was towed last night and he said So you want to make a appointment I said no I looking for the status of my car. When my car was ready this afternoon the service dept was leading was a complete disaster. No one knew what was going on with anyones cars to be picked up. They even locked a lady out of her car who had been there for 2 hours to pick her car up and they couldnt find who had her key. Avoid this dealership like the plaque.

Leo took care of my purchase and had me in and out with no issues, didn’t try to oversell me on any products I didn’t want and made sure I knew all the functions of the car plus offered me a FaceTime chat if we do need to go over questions we might have. 100% will buy again from them without hesitation.

Took my car for regular oil change last Saturday. I was greeted and checked-in quickly, until I was told my service advisor was busy and I had to wait. After 8 min I complained. I was told I had to wait some more. Finally some other service advisor decided to help me. That was after three other customers checked-in and left, while I was waiting. Finally they took my car. When I returned to pick it up that afternoon, it had still an alert message on the dash stating that maintenance was needed. The mechanics failed to re-set it. I complained and that was fixed. I had asked for courtesy car wash. It wasnt done. They gave me a card so I could come back for a free car wash. No thanks, wont drive 40 min for that. On the way home I re-set the pressure monitor (adjusting tire pressure is a common task in those revisions). I noted they did not adjust them properly. My car, on the drivers side inner frame, clearly states the rear tires are to be kept at 38 psi. They adjusted them to 32 psi. The BMW experts dont know how to maintain the cars they sell. Highly disappointing. Wont ever visit that dealership.

I have had a very positive experience working with the team at Concord BMW. From the sales staff (Kris) and technical support (Ken), everyone provided excellent Customer Service. My only criticism is that I have personalized plates and no one explained to me the next steps in getting them transferred to my new car. I filled out the appropriate DMV form and went there to have it processed only to find out, after waiting an hour to get in, that the car wasn’t in their system yet. If I had been told I would have to wait, I would have!

The sales department was not great, sort of sub-par. Over all, sort of felt as if the only thing that really matter was the sale. Even though you set up an appointment, there is a LOT of waiting.

Lena Chi was absolutely incredible throughout the process of purchasing our X3. She was extremely understanding and patient with my wife and I. I could not have asked for a better experience with a salesperson.
