I went in on Thursday 7/22/21 and bought $50 worth of balloons only to have the little balloons on the floor by the end of the night not even 24 hours later, and not even 48 hours later the big ones are practically on the ground as well. What a waste of money. They only filled them with enough helium in them so they float as you’re walking out. Dollar store balloons last longer than this. By the time I had to use them (the next morning as a surprise) more than half the balloons didn’t even serve their purpose as balloons! This party city is a joke.

Very crowded and busy. Im laughing so hard at this crown made of zip ties like nobody would notice. But hey, it aint stupid if it works, right? 🤭🤣 Store was a mess but thats as expected at this time of year and its the customers fault, not Party City. They keep things very well organized the best they can.

This is one very rare negative review that weve written.We were at this particular store (Concord) Saturday morning (Sep 18) at 9:30am. We were quite upset that we had purchased balloons a couple of weeks ago from Party City - just as we left for Canada - to ensure we had them on our arrival back from our trip for a surprise birthday party this past Saturday (we were coming back early to help our friend with her husbands surprise birthday party).When purchasing the balloons a couple of weeks ago, we were told by the folks working in the store to come back the morning of the party and they would put helium in them for us, no problem, and at no cost since we bought the balloons thru Party City.We walked in Saturday morning, and we waited 15 minutes at the area where balloons were being blown up for other clients. We do completely understand that there are other orders. But there were 6 employees working on blowing up balloons, including the manager- and one other at the cash - and no one even said good morning, or asked us what we needed. We had to have the balloons ready for the surprise that was happening later that day, along with other chores we had to do during the day (like decorating, getting the cake etc, at other places). We even pulled out the balloons and the receipt to show we bought them at Party City.We were upset at the lack of service, or just being polite, but all the employees. This isnt the first time at this store. But to see the manager not evening saying a word to us, but constantly looking at us. We had no idea what we were supposed to do to get these balloons taken care of for the party.We looked online to see if we could order a machine - it weight take too long to get the machine delivered. We went to the big box store to see if the balloon machines were available but there were none.We ended up going to Harris Teeter to get them all blown up with helium. The charge: $58.00, by the lady who works in floral and who was so kind to fit us in through her already full schedule. We were so grateful.If one person - especially the manager - would have acknowledged us, and helped us to know what we were supposed to do, we wouldnt be upset. But there was a complete lack of customer service. Again, we understand that there are other orders, that the employees are busy filling them, but to have zero acknowledgement was truly disappointing.

Convenient location especially since there are hardly any other ones nearby. Their inventory is very low. If you have an upcoming event start early because they dont restock too often.

Im not real crazy about the new layout. They definitely didnt have some of the things I needed but I did find most of what I needed. The staff kind of communicated amongst themselves and werent real helpful

Disappointed they did not have hardly any costumes at all in there store, walls were bare. Nothing like the store used to be.

Staff was busy but attentive to my 7 year old daughter that was helping me shop for decorations for a family friends birthday party. Attention and bringing joy to children is a joy and reward in and of itself. The work can be hard and tedious, but know that you guys are bringing joy to so many that use your products and services that you often dont get to see. Bless and thank you all for what you do....

Not sure if there are a lot of baby boys being born lately, but very little to choose from for a baby shower for a little boy.

Great service. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were able to answer all my questions and check to make sure what I requested was in stock (it appeared not to be).

This is by far the best party city ive ever been too. The employees Nichole and Stephanie were the best. They took time with me and made me feel special even though they were helping the other customers. You can tell they work hard and love their job. Thank you for a great experience.

They remodeled the store and out of alot stuff but I love the new balloon station they have cages to catch the balloons if they fly away now and have way more staff to get things blown up faster staff super nice

They are doing a complete store remodel which is a hot mess. They decide to tear up the store during graduation time is a bad choice.

Friendly and a good selection of party goods

They saved the day with st. Patricks day items when every other store has moved on to Easter... It would have been a 5 but the candy selection was weak and the twizzlers were very stale. Other than that the workers were so nice and cheerful. Love the greeting of welcome to the party it made me smile and giggle! Thanks for make my green day exactly the way I wanted it for my kiddos

Over charged on balloons and refused to give me my balloons with ID made me go back and get the conformation number and then I asked for a bag because when you buy stuff you put it in a bag they said it was a dollar if I wanted a bag so nickel and dime the customers after I just paid for the helium for the balloons and the balloons were pricey to begin with

If you want balloons 🎈 put your order in online. The line is horrible on Saturdays. You wait in line to select what you want. Then you have to wait in line to pay for them and then you have to go back to pick them up. 😒 Six balloons and 1 hour later, I left the store......for 6 balloons.

They’ve remodeled the store since I last went and it’s honestly bare looking. They had more things to chose from and looked full before they remolded. Was very disappointed today.

I came to check pricing for my son birthday party next week, talk to a nice young lady who was helping with blowing up balloons, I must have been a bit of a pain because I stop her several times, but she was so nice and pointed me in the right direction in the store and online. I wish I got her name. Bought a balloon packed and will pick them up next Saturday, will also be there on Friday to get all party supplies. That nice young lady has me help me decide to buy from party city instead of buying the party supplies on Amazon. Thank you for your help.

I needed a specific item and Party City had what I needed and the management was very knowledgeable about other materials I could substitute for other things I needed.

This place was demolished the other day, not the staffs fault for sure. they probably just need to have more around halloween time.

Ive been disappointed in Party City for a bit now, but todays visit was not pleasant. Instead of getting someone who did know, the customer service person silplybtold me they do not carry something which I know is not correct. I will now travel an extra 30 minutes to get to the next-nearest to hopefully find what Im looking for. I cannot seem to get the other location on the telephone.

Awesome experience very courteous staff

At first, it seemed the balloon area was so busy that we couldnt get personalized assistance. However, when I asked for latex free round balloons, (due to allergies), Nik and associates were super helpful, carefully selecting the necessary colors and styles with me. It was fun watching them be inflated and Nik even walked me to the register, delivering great customer service. We will be back for all of our balloon needs.

I stopped by to get a mylar balloon for Fathers day. They have a selection for almost any occasion. They were very busy. It didnt take as long as was afraid it would take. The staff was friendly and helpful. I got what I needed and was out sooner than I expected.

Large amount of options with reasonable prices

Aside from Amazon, Party City is the best place to shop for any kind of party. All the staffs in this branch are very helpful and Freindly specially Stephen the assistant manager and Aiwa.

I had the pleasure of speaking with a young lady named Awa (I hope I spelled it right). She was amazingly helpful! I had been looking for Spider Mann toppers for cupcakes and the only thing I knew was to call around. She was nice and helpful enough to offer to search the database and tell me how to order them online and pick them up. I was able to retrieve what I needed from your store in Mooresville. I was really greatful. I called several of your stores and no one mentioned this service and was able to help like she did! Thanks young lady!

The only reason Ill give it 2 stars is because I was able to find what I needed. As a businews owner in the Event Industry, Party City is a last minute only place for me to get supplies. Otherwise I would never spend money on their products because of their very high mark ups. You can get all of this stuff way cheaper online. That being said, they are good when we are in a pinch. But this location will not be used again. They have the most disgusting bathrooms that Ive seen in a store. I would say they need a deep clean, but honestly they just need to be torn down and redone, from the apparent lack of cleaning. Both of the staff members that I interacted with today seemed high, or just generally unaware of their job or their surroundings. I will be doing my best to avoid this particular store in the future.

They have anything that you would need to prepare for any type of party that you might be having. Beware though because there are a lot of choices and temptations to choose from.

Awful customer service. Ordered items for my sisters wedding and they charged my account. They said it wasnt charged when I went to pick up the items and were going to charge me again. The items were sitting right there on the counter!!! I couldnt take them home. I was on the phone with corporate and while on the phone they cancelled my order without notification beforehand and just refunded my money.. Needless to say, I will never be shopping at Party City ever again.

I really didnt want to give them 3 stars but I couldnt give 2 1/2 ⭐⭐. There selection is SUPER LIMITED!!! If you are going for a kid themed birthday party you are in luck. Need a quick colorful table setting you could pop in and possibly find something, maybe even a few things for a holiday occasion to set the party. BUT if you need to put together a dazzling event then the store is NOT the place to go in a pinch. The internet lied🤯🤯🤯 and said they had products that werent available and the store clerk had NO IDEA what I was talking about or of the store even carried it. The only good thing that came out of this trip was a few extra steps on my #fitbit...because #palatineparcels walked away #emptyhanded

If you seeking friendly, helpful, willing people....then this isnt the store for you. The staff is poorly trained and customer service is horrible. The Manager is even worst so it kind of makes sense. The products are fine, but if you walk 100 feet farther, we found almost everything we just paid 3x more for at Dollar Tree. Including Balloons and party favors. I wish we went there first now. If youre going to just pick up something and not interact then this is a great location for you. We found the University store is much better in terms of service. Good luck on your choice.
