I can strongly recommend this shop. Troy the owner was extremely patient and flexible with my requests and questions and did a perfect job of under promise and over deliver. When I pushed him for a delivery time frame that I knew was aggressive, he said he couldnt guarantee it, then proceeded to make it happen. The quality of the product is all I could ask for and the painted finish of the final product was above and beyond! I am so excited to have these cabinets to enjoy for the years ahead.

I cant say enough about the quality cabinets that All Custom Woodworks installed in my kitchen. The fit, finish and all-wood construction is excellent. Troy the owner was very helpful and delivered our cabinets as promised. I would do business with them again.

I called all custom Wood works because of there reviews on different directories they were so pleased with the work they did, so I tried them out and I have nothing but great things to say about this company! My counter tops are amazing they are one of a kind the workers were very fast and friendly. Thank you for making my kitchen look beautiful.

I highly recommend All Custom Woodworks, if you are thinking about having your kitchen refaced. We had our kitchen refaced by All Custom Woodworks and we are extremely pleased with the final results. The work was done in a timely manner and the crew that worked at our house were hard working, clean and acted very professional.We love our kitchen and would not hesitate to use ACW in the future

I wish that I had read the negative reviews before making the mistake of dealing with this company.As stated in other reviews, the owner is rude, and unwilling to accept responsibility for his mistakes.The major (but not only) problem with the cabinets that the company made for me was that the edge banding on the plywood panels did not stick, but began to peel off.I noticed this after about 1.5 years. Instead of offering to repair this problem, the owner accused me of abusing the cabinets in some way. He then told me that the cabinets were out of warranty, although the contract stated that the warranty is lifetime. After trying to negotiate for 2 months, It seems that I am left to pursue redress in whatever legal ways are available, but that I will likely have to have a competent shop repair the poor work.I do not normally write negative reviews such as this, however I have written this one simply as a warning in the hope that may save some one else the grief that I have gone through.

My experience with ACW was very poor. Owner was rude and threatened to not install my cabinets. It took two months to install my cabinets. There were cracks in the doors as soon as they were installed. I had to pay someone to take them down to ACWs shop. It took three months to get my doors back. The doors have an uneven finish and the finish still has cracks in it. Most of the crew that works for ACW dont know how to install cabinets. ACW will try to tell you that they are working within the contract. They told me that since I had two contracts, one for the cabinets and one for the installation that they didnt have to follow through with the installation. ACW is very concerned that you will not pay for cabinets....so they wont take them off the truck until you have paid. Which leaves you with an uncomfortable feeling that if something doesnt work, you are stuck with cabinets. I had three shelves that the installers did not put in the cabinets...turns out they didnt fit and I had to take them to a local wood shop to have them trimmed.Overall: Find another cabinet maker and installer. ACW will cause you delays and headaches in your product. As far as the warranty.....if the product has issues for them start then ACW needs to pick up the product, fix and bring it back. This should all be done in a timely manner and three months is not timely. I had to call multiple times to get my doors back.
