Waited for atless 45 mins to ask a question about door locks after 3 intercom calls no one shows up. The lady at the help/pro desk, all of a sudden becomes and expert and ask me what was the question. Her answer was No. I come to Home Depot to get some help with a fix. I can wait on a customer service support for 45 mins to get a No answer. I hope Amazon and Google steamrolls over your business like most big box stores are suffering. Better time spent Google what I need and ordering it over Amazon.
