I absolutely love this store. Im a makeup fanatic so Im always happy when I walk into this store. Generally I know exactly what Im looking for but a few times I do ask for help. Ive gotten help from Irene a bunch of times and she always knows exactly what Im looking for. Irene also did my makeup and it was amazing. All of the staff though is super helpful and are really a lot of fun. Never a sad moment in this store

2/24/15I dont really like wearing makeup. In fact, my little sister was always trying to help me put together makeup, and give me tips - she always had her makeup done beautifully - but not me.I do, however, use one Mac product. I think I officially own a handful of items from their store, but only one for daily use: their Studio Fix compact. I love that I can just go into the store and give them my name and they keep my shade on file. I dont really like shopping so this makes life really simple. I have a fluffy applicator brush that I love and bought really cheap somewhere else. It works great, and applies it lighter than the absorbent foam applicator it comes with.A couple visits ago I explored the store with the help of an associate and bought a bronzer, blush, a couple pencils and some lip gloss. I definitely like Victorias Secret lip gloss better, and the bronzer was a lot of money compared to similar stuff from the Target shelves. But the Studio Fix compact goes with me everywhere! Its worth every penny!I refilled my Mac compact this week - there was no line at the register and I was in and out of the small store really fast. Perfect!

Horrible customer service. Nobody greater me or talked to me until 20 min later. I got a mac lipstick as a gift and it was damaged. Never used or anything. The lady wouldnt let me exchange it because I didnt have a receipt. I still had the little box with it and that sticker with it. So if my brand new lipstick is damaged I expect a new one. The manager was very rude and the associate.

Can they atleast do their makeup right and not cakey

So I booked a appointment here weeks ago to get my make up done and I talked to some lady and she said there was openings at 1:30 I said okay I call up today to make sure it Was still there happens to be there was no appointment so great works who tell great info and book you down
